Vanessa Hudgens was one of the ABC red carpet hosts last night. I saw some people on Twitter call her annoying, but I liked her nervous giggly energy and thought she did a good job. She was especially adorable with her costar, Andrew Garfield. (I posted this clip of them together.) Vanessa was in a sleek Michael Kors black sequin cutout gown that showed her enviable figure. You could tell she was happy to be there.
E!’s host Laverne Cox was also very fun. Her interview with Andrew Garfield was similarly my favorite, but I think that’s just Andrew Garfield. She was in a black August Getty gown with a pointy asymmetric bust and a duvet-like cape which makes the look.
She looks very happy with her boyfriend and she’s gushed about him recently!

Presenter Tiffany Haddish was in dark green and silver sequin strapless Dolce & Gabbana. It really sparkled on screen. Simu Liu, her co-presenter, was in a too-tight red Versace suit. He looked ridiculous. Tiffany’s dress looks better in photos than it did in motion.
Maddie Ziegler was in Giambattista Valli, in a giant gown that really made her styling shine. She’s only 19! We’re going to see so much more of her.

She looks so different now that I wouldn’t have recognized her w/o the name-check.
She has had at least a brow lift and had the tip of her nose refined. Her jaw also appears sculpted by Japanese potatoes, if you know what I mean.

I think she looks good, but her bun is too severely tight and wound up. Like when you tie floss on a skin tag to cut off circulation so it just…falls off.
I think Tiffany looks beautiful. Maddie looks so grown up but then again, she is now, lol.
She was on my best dressed list as soon as I saw it. Stunning!
Vanessa, Laverne and Tiffany all looked good. Kaiser, you are right about Tiffany’s gown looking better in photos than in motion. But it’s still a great look.

I liked Vanessa and her energy. I loved Simu’s suit! It really stood out and he carried it well. Tiffany’s is gorgeous too and it’s a different look for her.
