Excellent Prime Day Deals on massagers, a hair dryer, serum and more

From CB: Yesterday I didn’t buy anything except for a smart watch for my mom. (It’s still on sale for $130 off!) Today I’m definitely buying new shower heads from Moen, they have great deals on those, and maybe this light and these chairs I’ve been eyeing. Here are some more things Hecate and I found for Prime Day, which has so many great sales.

15% off Innisfree Pore Clearing Facial Volcanic Cleansers

From CB: We’ve talked about Innisfree before, when I recommended their excellent clay mask, which is also on sale for Prime Day at just over $10. This listing is for two different cleansers from Innisfree, the pore clearing cleansing balm and the facial foam. This listing has over 700 ratings, 4.6 stars and an A on Fakespot. Like the mask, reviewers say that these products are excellent at deep cleaning their skin while leaving it smooth and soft. “For years I have struggled with acne and using innisfree has helped me tremendously! I use it twice a day and love it so much! My face is smooth and soft.” “I absolutely love this face wash! One tiny dab is enough for my face and neck! The smell is amazing!”

$50 off a deep tissue massager

From CB: I looked through so many deep tissue massage guns trying to find one with a good Fakespot rating. (Thanks Karen for the idea!) This massage gun by Toloco is $50 off and is just under $70 for Prime Day. t has a digital display and comes with plenty of attachments and a carrying case. This has over 3,800 ratings, 4.7 stars and a B on Fakespot. People say that it’s just as effective as more expensive massagers used by physical therapists and that it gives relief from muscle pain and spasms. I “Now that I’ve had it for a few months I feel like I can properly review it. It works like magic! It’s perfect for those that like a good, deep and effective massage. Totally worth the money, and the battery life is actually pretty good, too.” “This is AMAZING! I have a friend who has the twice as expensive HyperIce HyperVolt. The Toloco build quality, battery life, and accessories are all on par with it. It seems to be slightly louder but is still very quiet in operation. Everything is so well made. Worth the price tag!”

$19 off the BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Hair Dryer

From CB: I first purchased this hairdryer in late 2018. It still works great and I even bought another one for my second bathroom. The Babyliss Nano Titanium dries my hair faster than any other dryer and makes it look smoother and sleeker than typical hairdryers. It’s on sale for Prime Day for $19 off and is currently $76. This excellent hairdryer has over 2,300 ratings, 4.6 stars and an A on Fakespot. Reviewers love it as much as I do. “Once you go to a professional grade hair dryer, you won’t want to ever go back. This is our 2nd professional grade hair dryer and we are very happy with this one. It’s quiet, light weight and does a great job. “ “It dries hair super quickly, is very powerful, and works great with both the directional nozzle attachment and whatever diffuser you decide to buy. I have curly hair so I do both, and it’s always been great.”

A foldable memory foam topper makes a great portable guest bed

From CB: This memory foam mattress folds in two places for easy storage and travel. It has over 6,200 ratings, 4.3 stars and a B on Fakespot. It is on sale for Prime Day at just under $52, which is 33% off. People say it’s much more comfortable than they expected and they like how easy it is to set up and store. “I am 6’1, 185lbs and I am able to sleep very comfortably on this single sized mattress (25”x75”). The memory phone provides plenty of support and the trifold layout allows you to move and store your sleeping mat with ease.” “This was perfect for my extended camping trip! It fit the cot well, wasn’t too heavy or bulky, and provided a super comfortable night’s sleep.”

Over $19 off Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm

From Hecate: Elemis is a great brand so if you ever get a chance to score some, do so! This Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is over $19 off so snatch it up. It cleanses while moisturizing, but will still take the whole day off your face. It’s like a little spa treatment in a jar. Over 8,500 people agree with 4.6 stars and a B on Fakespot. “I think most expensive creams and lotions are just branding and marketing and a waste of money and I still stand by that. This is an exception. I use a pea sized amount of this cleansing balm and it 1) cleans wonderfully 2) leaves my skin super soft; no toner needed 3) takes my eye makeup off; no eye makeup remover needed, 4) smells amazing, and 5) feels luxurious like a spa.”

A K-beauty serum with niacinamide for $9 off

From Hecate: The serum from The Face Shop is formulated with niacinamide and squalane and is suitable for all skin types. It has 869 ratings, 4.4 stars and the same score on ReviewMeta. People like the texture and how well it goes on still wet skin, “The serum has a gel-cream texture which is light, non greasy and goes on fairly smoothly. Better to apply on a slightly damp skin and less is still best.” Plus it doesn’t take long to see a difference. “Its been couple of weeks i have been using it Am and PM and loving how my skin has become even toned and brighter.” “I’ve been using it for almost two weeks now and I love it. I have seen so much improvement in the redness and pigmentation of my skin.”

That’s my favorite hair dryer too. Definitely pick that sale up if you are in the market.

For Canadians, this model is currently on sale on Amazon for $69.99 (which never happens!)

    These post have been great!

I will testify for that innisfree facial foam as someone who’s too lazy to double cleanse. My skin is normal-oily. After washing my face I feel clean, smooth, doesn’t feel dry or stretchy and not “soapy” when I rinse my face.

    • Roop says:

I use that cleanser too, and it’s amazing! I have oily skin and I get a nice deep clean with that cleanser.

I camp in my SUV and own that trifold mattress. It is super comfortable and can be adjusted to a be a lounger as well.

I have those chairs in black! Have had them seven months and can say they are sharp looking in person and pretty comfortable. My only knock against them is that there isn’t much back support since the back curves in so much. Either you are sitting up straight using your abs (not the worst thing), or you are leaning back too far to be eating. It’s easily fixed with a cute pillow (with removable and washable case, of course).

The Elemis balm is something I’ve used now for a few years after getting a rather large tester sample. Is heavily fragranced but so so lovely. Most of their products I’ve tried don’t really suit my skin, I think a lot of it is aimed at drier skin which I don’t have but this makes my skin look and feel lovely. It’s a beautiful way to take the spf, make up, grime of the day off.

I needed a refill on my NuFace gel primer but I decided to give the silk creme a try since it’s offered on the affiliate link. If anyone is considering getting the NuFace mini, I highly recommend it. I started with that a few years ago, and let me say the results are immediate. I upgraded to the full set at some point with no regrets. The two downsides are 1. You really need to do it daily to keep up the effects & 2. The $25 gel primer only lasts about a month. It’s cheaper than monthly facials, though.
