Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus had a chaotic marriage and Tish filed for divorce three different times over the years. The divorce finally “stuck” last year, and Tish immediately became involved with the actor Dominic Purcell. Several months ago, Tish announced that they were engaged after a whirlwind courtship. On one side, she’s 56 years old and she probably shouldn’t rush into anything two seconds after her chaotic marriage ended. On the other side, when you know you know and maybe they both wanted to lock it down. In any case, Tish and Dominc got married this weekend in Malibu.
Tish Cyrus is married! The mom of Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus, 56, tied the knot with Dominic Purcell during a poolside wedding in Malibu, California, over the weekend, Just Jared reported.
According to photographs obtained by the outlet, Tish wore a long white dress and veil, and carried a bouquet of flowers with her as she walked down the aisle.
Miley, 30, was by her mom’s side for her special day, wearing a blue one-shouldered dress. Her siblings, Brandi Cyrus and Trace Cyrus, were also in attendance, per Just Jared.
From the blurry photos at Page Six and JustJared, it looks like Tish’s wedding gown was a strapless, corseted affair with a billowy skirt. She wore a veil. Dominic appears to have worn black pants and a white henley??
Interestingly enough, not all of Tish’s kids were there. Noah Cyrus and Braison Cyrus apparently skipped their mom’s wedding and instead… went to Walmart. Noah posted an IG Story about Walmart. According to the internet, after Billy Ray and Tish’s divorce went through, the kids chose sides and Miley, Trace and Brandi chose Tish’s side.

It should be noted that Brandi and Trace are Tish kids from her first marriage that Billy Ray adopted. Throughout this whole thing, Brandi and Miley were team Tish and have distanced themselves from Billy Ray. And Noah and Braison were team Billy Ray. Trace was seemingly cool with both sides until he recently uploaded a childhood photo of him with Tish, Miley and Brandi.
It’s also sad that Tish used to post pictures of her grandchild (Braison kid) pretty often but there has been nothing for over a year. Noah has blocked Tish and Miley doesn’t follow Billy Ray.
I don’t follow Tish Cyrus, but I do follow Dominic Purcell and he seems like a decent, solid guy. He talks about his mom, his kids and even nice things about his ex. He always supports his friend Wentworth Miller and values their friendship. I hope Dominic and Tish are happy.

I agree 100%, Dom by all accounts is a fantastic person. She’s very lucky.
I hope WM was able to attend, he’s rarely seen now.
ETA: I wouldn’t mind a post from his perspective, he’s done very well for himself. Great with his kids (we’re they there?), plus he was on Legends if Tomorrow for years. He’s a pretty big name in that comic book sphere.

Tish always has to be the center of attention! Giant wedding with a whole raft of attendants and a poofy Princess gown as if she is 25 and it’s her first marriage. You can see where Miley gets it from.
Noah always seems like a searching, emotionally damaged person. Whatever her beef is with Tish, it probably all comes down to one more attempt to differentiate herself from her much more successful and famous older sister. Kind of like the shaved eyebrows. I hope she eventually finds peace with her situation.

In every casual photo, Tish is smiling directly at the camera as if Dominic isn’t even there, while he’s clearly focused on her, even when he’s looking at the camera.
So it seems like Tish always has to be the centre of attention, even when it’s not her wedding day.
@Chaine: And her groom is completely casually dressed. You know what that tells me? That they agreed to allow each other to dress however they wanted, however they would both be happy and comfortable and feel best on their special day. That’s awesome. You’re never too old to celebrate finding joy.
The stuff about Noah is really uncalled for. If she’s an emotionally damaged person, surely the takeaway is that her childhood was probably all kinds of awful, as was living in Miley’s shadow which is still a thing today (and perpetuated by crappy comments like yours). So what if she wants to differentiate herself? That’s fine? Most people do? How many siblings do you know who want to be lumped in together constantly and are fine with misconceptions about how similarly they are perceived? Do you know a lot of 20-something girls who don’t want to establish their own identity outside of the family unit? Add all of her unique & traumatic circumstances on top of that, and no sh**. That is absolutely not weird, nor the problem. Her “beef” with Tish isn’t a result of nor does it “come down to” wanting to be “different” from her siblings. That completely diminishes the wild, terrible crap that girl has been through and reduces her to a lobotomized caricature of a petulant child who’s pursuing drama for drama’s sake. I’m sorry, but how dare you. I don’t know her, I don’t have any personal reasons to give a microscopic molecule of crap about her more than any other human, but that IS a human who comes from an extremely dysfunctional, unhealthy, and extreme background, and has at least made some effort to deal with all of that and find the “peace with her situation” you so generously wish upon/demand from her. I’m surprised there is a drama with the kids because Billy has wanted out of the marriage for years. I would think now that they have divorced and both parents seem happy the kids would be ok.
That is not how childhood trauma works. It’s also clear that both parents have some pretty major issues, so why would all of that be magically cured/undone just because they’ve moved on with other people (which is also not a sign of personal growth, remorse, amends, etc It’s *just* being with another person)…??

Just came to say that whoever is responsible for Noah Cyrus new face should be in jail. That really is a crime, she is not even 30 yet and I will stop now because I don’t want to offend or humiliate, I’m just shocked.
