Joe Jonas was seen boarding a private jet with former Miss Teen USA Stormi Bree

Back in September, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner were in the middle of an extremely messy breakup – Joe was (stupidly) leaking all of this crap about Sophie, then she responded by suing him and accusing him of child abduction. A New York family court told them to go into mediation and it worked – they hammered out a temporary custody arrangement for their two young daughters, issued a joint statement and dropped all of the TMZ-briefing and lawsuits. Now, do we think it’s all over with the drama? No, I don’t think it’s over, but hopefully it won’t play out in TMZ.

Sophie had the girls over Christmas in England, but she’s supposed to drop them off with Joe in America this weekend. Sophie has already moved on from Joe as well – she’s been dating aristocrat Peregrine Pearson for several months. Now it’s Joe’s turn to move on. He was spotted with a former beauty queen-turned-actress named Stormi Bree.

Joe Jonas is not one to be left in the dust while his ex, Sophie Turner, moves on following their bitter split … spotted boarding a private jet with a stunning model. After ringing in the New Year in Los Cabos, the singer linked up with former Miss Teen USA titleholder Stormi Bree Wednesday … which is sure to kickstart some romance rumors.

It’s the first time we’ve seen the two together — and they don’t even follow each other on IG — so they may be trying to keep things under the radar.

Either way, after some downtime in Mexico, it’s likely Joe’s heading home to NYC … as Sophie has to drop their kids off to him on Jan. 7 after she spent Xmas and New Year’s with them.

Unclear if the former “Game Of Thrones” star introduced the youngsters to her new BF, British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson, during the holidays.

The mention of “Miss Teen USA” is fascinating here, because we’re left with the impression that Joe is dating someone very young. Stormi is 33 years old though, just one year younger than Joe – she was Miss Teen USA in 2009. She’s a single mother as well, she has a five-year-old daughter. It actually seems like Joe is dating someone pretty appropriate?

    My opinion for what it’s worth. When the Jonas Brothers first hit big. Joe was the one all the girls wanted. When they got older and sorta split up. Nick got more popular. Way more popular. And Joe couldn’t keep up. Then Nick dated and married Pryonkra (sorry for spelling). So they became a power couple. So Joe went after Sophie. Because at that time she was coming off of Game of Thrones and X-men. Joe thought they would become a power couple. They didn’t. So he dumped her to get his name back in the papers. So now he’s hunting another woman to make himself look good in the papers again. This woman won’t do it. But he can’t be alone when Sophie is dating. Seems like a mini Brad Pitt play.

      I do think there is truth to this but I’ll add it wasn’t that he just dumped her to make himself look good b/c together they are more famous than apart especially him. Joe knows Sophie is the popular one. Even now her love life generates far more interest than his does and she’s dating a civilian. I think what played a part was she was the more famous one but he was the one who outearned her and was the breadwinner. I think he grew resentful that she was and is still famous (more so than him) despite all the work and money he earns. Also while i think he wanted to be part of a power couple, the reality was he wants his wife to follow him on tour and support him and his endeavors and while I’m not saying Joe doesn’t want his partner to have her own thing, he doesn’t want it to come at the expense of foresaking support for him. Hence him now dating a lower tier model whose work will def not interfere w/Joe’s schedule.

      Sophie sacrificed alot. She moved to LA and Fl for him (it def wasn’t her idea to move to those places) and when it came time to make things “equal” i.e. let her film her show in the UK plus move to the UK, I think Joe realized he refuses to make that sacrifice. He wants to live his life how he wants to and his future partner has to get on board. Again I don’t think he did this maliciously, this is one of those things both parties had to go through to realize what their limits are and for Sophie its being in the UK close to her friends and family for her mental health and Joe’s priority is his career and his family. I think he got shady with the leaks to garner sympathy and take hold of the narrative but also i do think saying prioritizing your work over compromise for the sake of marriage would definitely hurt the Jonas Brothers brand. Here we are.

        @Jmoney. that tracks for me. he tends to date younger and i think he always had a bit of a chip on his shoulder about the Jonas Brothers act and the fact that IS his most famous and succesful endeavor. i think he wants what Harry Styles has, but can’t manage to get there…

    Do we think “Bree” is short for “Breeze,” as in “Stormy Breeze?” Or is that too smart. lol jk. sort of.
