Shailene Woodley & Lucas Bravo split after a whirlwind six-month relationship

Back when Shailene Woodley dated Aaron Rodgers, I was constantly mystified by their relationship. It was the same with Shailene’s relationship with Lucas Bravo, the French actor who is probably best known for Emily In Paris. Maybe I just don’t “get” Shailene, because I still have no idea what she’s doing with these men at all. Anyway, Shailene and Lucas started dating earlier this year. They were first seen out together in March, and they went IG-Official in early May. Well, it’s over. But why did it even start in the first place?

Shailene Woodley and Lucas Bravo have gone their separate ways. The pair, who debuted their romance when they first stepped out together in Paris on March 23, have split up, a source tells PEOPLE. Amid news of their breakup, the pair have deleted their photos of each other from their respective Instagram pages.

Woodley, 33, and Bravo, 37, went Instagram official when Bravo shared photos from their trip to Slab City, Calif. on April 30. Those photos no longer appear on Bravo’s main grid on Instagram.
Woodley, meanwhile, has removed all Instagram posts from between January 27 to Aug. 31. The actress’s since-deleted photos include one she posted of Bravo on May 4, showing Bravo at Disneyland’s Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge park in celebration of Star Wars Day.

Woodley and Bravo were seen spending time together as recently as Aug. 4, when the pair were photographed as Woodley snuggled up to the actor on the Paris set of Emily in Paris. In August, a source told PEOPLE that Woodley and Bravo’s relationship was “a breath of fresh air for her” and that the French actor is “uncomplicated, kind, not pretentious and emotionally present.”

“Her friends love him,” the source added of Woodley, stating that the Big Little Lies actress was “thriving” as of August. “It’s a whole new vibe,” they said at the time. “It’s the total opposite of her dynamic with Aaron,” the source added, referencing Woodley’s ex-fiancée, the NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers. “She’s happy, light and having fun again.”

I find Lucas very attractive, but I’ve read some of his interviews where he seems a bit complicated. Not Aaron Rodgers-level complicated, but Lucas doesn’t seem like some happy-go-lucky guy. Shailene doesn’t seem that way either. Anyway, it will be interesting to see if Lucas ever dates another American woman after this, right?

    Did someone cheat?

Or did someone not want to commit?

I’m a little surprised they broke up. They look like they’d have conversations with each other about… things ( being hippy dippy?). They look like they fit better than any woman paired up with Aaron Rodgers (who seems like he’d talk about stuff like he’s on a podcast constantly).

Shailene dates difficult men maybe that’s why she can relate to Melania Trump and empathizes with her. She and Sydney should be besties.

I was trying to remember where I recognized his name – he was in one of my all time favourite movies “Mrs Harris Goes to Paris” as the young book keeper in love with the Dior model…

Sometimes you just need some good d.
And then the “relationship” part of is actually doesn’t work.

It is just part of living in the world.

Hope they both had a good time on their adventure.
