On the Fourth of July, Bunnie Xo, 46, was caught on camera kissing Calabasas Confidential star Dylan Wolf, 24, in the rooftop VIP section of Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville bar. We knew Jelly was already dating again, but Bunnie’s social media posts made it seem like she wasn’t in a hurry to jump into another relationship right away. Bunnie and Dylan’s kiss didn’t look like anything more than a fun holiday hookup.
Dylan immediately started posting about it on TikTok while Bunnie addressed it on a recent episode of Dumb Blonde. She told listeners that she was at the bar for a friend’s birthday party, and that she’s still single and just trying to have fun. The kiss happened because she’d never been kissed during fireworks before and thought it would be romantic. She also wasn’t happy about her personal business making it to TMZ and felt like her privacy was violated. Here’s more from E! News:
Bunnie Xo is free to do what she pleases.
And the Dumb Blonde podcast host’s estranged husband Jelly Roll agrees, with her revealing that the “Save Me” singer, who filed for divorce in May, doesn’t have a problem with her moving on following a video of her kissing Calabasas Confidential star Dylan Wolf in Nashville surfaced.
“He gets it,” Bunnie (real name Alisa DeFord) said on the July 10 episode of her podcast. “Not an issue at all.”
“What the issue is,” she continued, “you’re trying to just move on from your life, and people are videoing you for clout…You’re literally videoing a woman who’s trying to move on with her life and has been through hell this entire f–king year, and it’s like, you couldn’t just for one second let her just have a moment?”
As for where she and Wolf, [who] shared their PDA at Jelly Roll’s bar, stand, the 46-year-old clarified that she’s “not dating” the 24-year-old reality star, she’s just “living” her life.
In fact, the Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic author shared that she’s not looking to be tied down after being in a decade-long marriage.
“I don’t want to date anyone,” she explained. “I am here for fun, baby. I am having fun. I learned a lot of lessons this week. I’m gonna take it on the chin, because I did this and I take full accountability for it. That’s all it was.”
“I just want to clarify though,” Bunnie added, “I wasn’t on a f–king date.”
This sounds so ripe coming from a woman who regularly tells everyone her business. Plus she was at her ex’s bar, she surely wanted it to get back to him. However I listened to Bunnie’s podcast and she almost convinced me. She said that the rooftop is known as the “Bunnie level” because it’s where she always hangs out, so she felt “safe” there. Until this point, Bunnie has been able to control the narrative through her podcast and social media. I get why she’s upset that someone filmed her and sold the video to TMZ. You know that she at least wanted Jelly Roll to know about it though.
If she’s making money from talking about it, then it’s fair game for someone else to do the same. Considering how chatty Dylan’s been about both Bunnie and Jelly, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was filmed by someone from his crew. He may have hit on her for that reason.
