These are photos of Lindsay Lohan headed to New York yesterday. She looks… healthy. Ugh. Is this rock bottom? I know we ask that practically every week, but Lindsay is seriously not looking good. She’s not going to be feeling good either, once whatever this (above) is wears off and she’s faced with this news: her ass is likely going to be sent to jail. TMZ reports that Lindsay has violated the terms of her probation, and the judge is one of those “send her dumbass to jail” types who will probably follow through. Say your prayers. For the judge, I mean:
Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and is headed for a showdown in court next month that will almost certainly land her in jail.
Lohan — who is on probation for DUI — has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement laid down by the judge … TMZ has learned.
Judge Marsha Revel made it clear to Lindsay late last year, she must attend alcohol ed courses once every 7 days. The only exception — if she was in inpatient rehab. And the judge was explicit … if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she was going to jail.
The school in which Lindsay enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21 days. So here’s the disconnect: The school has not reported an attendance violation … because Lindsay frequently waited until the 21st day to attend classes.
Bottom line — Lindsay met the school’s requirement, but squarely violated the judge’s order.
We’ve learned what’s going to come out at Lindsay’s progress hearing on May 20 — that she has habitually violated the judge’s requirement to attend classes at least once every 7 days.
Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay — no more chances. If probation is violated, she’s going to jail … and probation was repeatedly violated.
We asked Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, for comment and received the following email: “We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.” Good lawyering for sure, because — as we just told you — the program may not have a problem with Lindsay, but the judge is going to have a big problem.

Oh, a technicality! That’s rich. Wouldn’t it be funny (disturbing) if Lindsay got sent to jail on a motherf-cking technicality? That the only thing standing in between Lindsay and the big house is a judge’s whim? Sometimes I really hate our justice system.
By the way, I put this in the links yesterday, but it’s worth repeating: Lindsay turned down a $1 million offer to appear on Celebrity Rehab. Honestly, though, I can’t say I blame her. I don’t think I would take $1 million to hang out with Dr. Drew either. That man makes my skin itch. Lindsay can’t say that though, because her skin always itches. Because of all of the drugs.

Her face does look really weird in these pictures. If it was just one photo of her looking weird, I’d say it was the camera angle, but there are several. Her face looks unusually round. Not a good look.

She is so stupid, thinking she can get away with all this – she’s documented by photographs, out practically every night partying (probably not the best idea if you have court mandated alcohol classes), shopping when she’s supposed to be in depositions, etc.
kitten- I thought bulemics get chipmunk cheeks and not double chins. That double chin seems like it is from taking too many drugs and alcohol over a period of time. She’s still really skinny if you compare her to her Mean Girl days – which looked like she was at her natural weight then. So she shouldn’t have that double chin at her current weight and whatever is going on with her has to do with drugs and alcohol. Alcohol can dry you out and leave you with a puffy face.
She seems to be losing her hair. She already has a receding hairline and her hair is always limp and stringy.

Finally Lindsay will face consequences for some of her actions…this is evil to say but I almost felt a tinge of happiness that she should go to jail as it may finally help to wake her up & stop flouting the law that the rest of us have to live by. Is a joke that she hasn’t been picked up way b4 this as she has been violating any terms of her probabtion for a good while all evident in paparazzi shots

yup, bloated, pale, out of it…she used to be such a pretty girl, and she is really ruining everything she had going for her – looks, career, friends, etc…
I know it’s not nice, but I hope the judge does sentence her to a month or two in jail. it will give her a true reality check and might just jump start a REAL recovery.
This is still L.A. county .. you couldn’t keep a celebrity in jail if you glued the doors shut.
Celebs (or more so their money) can buy themselves out of anything including jail time. Paris Hilton, anyone? She had an awesome PR team and lawyers back then to handle that scandal. She was able to get away with a lot of stuff normal people wouldn’t.

Celebrity justice being what it is, Lindsay will probably walk, but it would be nice if she is thrown in jail for a long time. She has done everything she can to deserve it.

Wow I hope this is true and she goes to jail. What’s pathetic is that all of us are depending on a JUDGE (instead of her parents!) to force her into some kind of awareness that she is mortal and therefore must follow the law. there is an overcrowding problem in the county jails in LA, this is the main reason most people (not just celebrities) usually only serve about a 1/10 of their actual sentence. i was sentenced to 15 days in Lynwood for a DUI and only ended up staying for a few hours. they tend to reserve space for people who have committed more serious crimes.
I personally think that bloat is either alchohol or Oxycontin bloat (or a combo of both). Whatever is causing it, she does NOT look healthy. Her liver is seriously damaged, I can tell just by looking at her. It’s hard to see the jaundice because of her unnatural color, but I am quite sure that it is hiding under the layers of grime and fake tanner. She is headed towards total liver failure, at least IMHO.
And if they don’t throw her ass in jail, I’ll be pissed. I wish that she had pulled this crap here, she’d be UNDER the jail at this point. But nope, not California. What a f*cking joke cesspool of a state.

yeah, she looks healthy…for a 70 year old. however, for a 23 year old she looks bloated, exhausted and dirty.
What I really do not understand is why she does not have to give a UA every week, while on probation! If the judge imposed this, she would definately be put behind bars………

@ Belle-Funny because a friend of mine who used to snort Oxys like crazy had the ‘swollen nasal passage’-very very noticeable. And I’ve noticed recently how Lilo’s nose has looked wider in the bridge area. Not to over-analyze things but just seemed really obvious..I was wondering if it was weird camera angles or coke/oxy swelling. God, I hate myself for spending this much time on garbage like “lilo gossip” but I can’t help it! Her face just looks so different……
