Here are photos from last night’s London premiere of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The stars – Daisy Ridley and John Boyega – stood apart from the rest of the cast to show off their color-coordinated ensembles. They look amazing. John wore an ensemble to reflect his Nigerian ancestry. Daisy wore a dress by one of the great British courtiers, Vivienne Westwood. Sometimes, an actress or a model will wear one of Westwood’s famous corsetted dresses and it just works perfectly. This is one of those times. The shade of blue, the velvet panels, the puffy “mullet” train, and the corset combined for an unforgettable look on Daisy. I love this so hard.
Here’s Kelly Marie Tran, looking super-glamorous yet again in this Phuong My gown. Did she get a new stylist or is this some kind of massive screw-you to all of those toxic bros who ripped her to shreds with The Last Jedi?
Keri Russell is just having some styling problems during this promotional tour. This Stephane Rolland dress is another mess!

Kelly looks beautiful and I’m glad to see her there. Because JJ Abrams listed to all the Rose Tico whiners and gave them exactly what they wanted in this film.
Everyone looks AMAZING. Love John’s and Daisy’s matching looks. Her stying is particularly great here, too. Kinda punk rock.

Love the blue outfits, the red dress, great colors. The light green flowing dress looks like an oversized bed sheet to me. Btw, do not care one fig about Star Wars movies.

They all look really good but Daisy and John definitely stand out. Love the blues on them and their outfits are striking. Not big into the new Star Wars franchise ( Empire Strikes Back forever!) but will check this film out.

Im really hating how much I am loving everything Daisy has been wearing to these premieres.
Wow, Daisy and Kelly look GORGEOUS! They are killing it so far with their premiere looks. Keri needs to start taking notes, she is too beautiful for these bad dresses she’s been wearing.
Imagine being Keri arriving to these premieres and seeing how fabulous everyone else looks then catching your own reflection in the ladies room mirror and realizing how absolutely awful you look by comparison. She needs to find out who hates her so much and fire that person.
My first thought: I both hate and am in absolute love with Daisy’s look. I’m not a fan of mullet dresses. However the color and intricacy of this is breathtaking. So maybe I actually do love it when I push past the “ugh. a mullet” response.
Second thought: I LOVE that John brought culture and history to the red/blue carpet.
Third thought: Someone help Keri! A bed sheet set is trying to strangle her.
I love kerri’s dress. Not sure what’s not to like about it. I think she looks gorgeous. Whoever did daisy’s hair and makeup did a bad job.
Daisy hair looks like it came undone, and not in a cool way. Other than that I think she looks gorgeous.
The girls look coordinated and like they’re at the same event! I love when that happens. They all look great.
Daisy and Kelly are definitely coordinating their looks for this promo tour. LA premiere Daisy wore red and Kelly blue and now they switched for this one and they both look great!

I go into a Daisy post with a sigh lately, but she’s looking awesome. They all do. Even Keri with one r. She looks old school Star Wars and that strokes a soul.
Wow, holy sh-t! I love everything here. Ridley looks incredible, down to the hair. That dress is SO Star Wars-y without being costuming. And Boyega has 100% redeemed his too-short summer suit. They both look wonderful.
Daisy looks rapturous and that color on Kelly is sublime. I don’t hate Keri’s dress. John looks great too.

Daisy and Kelly look beautiful. I like Keri’s dress too but it seems like it’d be very complicated to manage. John looks fantastic. Saw Rise of Skywalker yesterday and it’s my fav out of the six films since the original trilogy. Heck, it’s probably the only one I’d watch again out of the nine. Very cinematic and no clunky, convoluted storylines like the three prequel films, which were strictly for star wars nerds and took the “opera” in space opera too far with the cheesy dialogue and stilted acting. Daisy is really improving as an actress and she was fantastic in all the high-energy, fighting scenes.
Keri always seems to dress as if she thinks she is 4 sizes bigger than she is. Her clothes always swim on her.
Argh Kelly looks gorgeous but why do I feel like I can see nipple on the sheer side?
