Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are still doing… whatever this is. Their first dates were in Canada, as Katy toured through the country. Justin and Katy seemed to cool down for a few months, but then they were photographed canoodling on a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara several weeks ago. Katy apparently invited Justin to enjoy a mini-break in between her tour dates. Well, Katy is still touring in Europe. So Justin traveled to see her and they had a dinner date in Paris over the weekend.
Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau took their romance public Saturday night … the lovebirds went out on a date in Paris, France, to celebrate Katy’s 41st birthday.
For their first official outing, Katy and Justin took in a cabaret show at the Crazy Horse Paris, where the paparazzi waited in anticipation for them out front.
TMZ obtained exclusive video of what happened next … After the show, the couple walked out of the theater hand-in-hand, and a fan gave Katy a rose and wished her happy birthday.
The two then walked to a waiting vehicle as the shutterbugs snapped photos of them, before they were driven away. Of course, Katy and Justin looked absolutely stunning together and appeared to be happier than clams.
Yeah, my impression is that he wants this more than her? Like, this is his post-political career move into the celebrity world. I get that impression from the way “Canadian sources” are hard-selling this relationship. A few weeks back, those Canadian sources told People Mag that Justin and Katy are “both smart and love to talk about serious issues” and their relationship “has had time to develop on a friend and intellectual level as well as supersized attraction. The romance has merit.” Considering that Katy is dumb as a box of hair, none of this bodes well. I predict Justin will move into podcasting and Instagram-influencing next.
Also: I kind of feel like Katy is trying to have a “big” relationship like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Is that a weird comparison to make? It just feels similar, especially with the way it’s unfolding.
