Someone posted this grainy far away photo to my favorite forum, Gossip Rocks, and said that a friend of a friend sent it. It reads like the start of an urban legend, and the picture is so blurry and hard to make out that it’s not that convincing. Considering that Lohan is involved, though, it might be true:

apparently callum sent the video (which was filmed on his cell phone) when the 2 where an item has been sent to some of his friends…which as you may have guessed have been trying to sell the video.
Anyway so i have this friend (cant say her name.) who is friends with lindsay lohan. She’s just emailed me saying that someone has sent an email to lindsay with a screen clip from the movie, and shes freaking out because she “cant remember it being filmed”.

The consensus on this super low-res photo is that it could be anyone, but if you make it really small and squint, it does look like Lindsay. Unlike the recent Kristin Davis photos, which look just like her, this is a better way to get publicity from BJ pics - use one that’s so hard to make out that no one can really tell if it’s you.
They claim this is a still from a cameraphone video though so there might be more decent footage to come.
These photos are NSFW, but barely. They’re like an impressionist painting of a blowjob.
