Many of Beyonce’s fans want to believe that she not-so-secretly hates Kim Kardashian. I believed that at first, but I don’t anymore. I think Kim has managed to finesse and impregnate her way into the Cool Kids Table, which includes Jay-Z, Beyonce and Gwyneth Paltrow. Beyonce and Kanye West are like siblings, and I think that’s a good way to think of Bey’s relationship with Kim – they’re like sisters-in-law who are nice to each other on holidays and concert tours. Sometimes they even have fun together. As for Gwyneth – well, Kim is Tracy Anderson’s client, and by extension, that means Kim is Goop’s client. Goop’s relationship with Kim is business, and since Goop’s business is “lifestyle” that means she has to be nice to Kim.

Anyway, Beyonce posted a congratulatory message to Kimye on her Tumblr yesterday. She posted the black-and-white image (above ^^) and the message “Congratulations Kim & Kanye. Enjoy this beautiful moment together.” Do you think Blue Ivy and Knuckle West will be friends growing up? Probably not. But I bet Knuckle will try to hang out with BIC and use BIC for added fame. Generational famewhoring!

Obviously, Kim and Kanye are not going to name their baby girl “Knuckle” but I was just having fun in the gossip vacuum that is the baby name speculation. I’m a little bit surprised they haven’t announced the name yet, but I’m sure we’ll get it sometime this week. I am not surprised that we haven’t seen a photo yet though – I really do think Kim will be able to talk Kanye into a photo shoot with People Magazine. It will happen. Believe it.

Incidentally, Kris Jenner is already speaking about her new grandbaby. Kris told HLN, “We’re all fine; we’re all good… and extremely happy and thrilled for the new baby. She’s doing great and she’s beautiful.”

PS… My new guess for the baby name is “Kami”. It’s a K name, it’s Armenian, and Kami West sounds very “Kardashian”.

Another day, another set of Beyonce-approved photos of Beyonce. Beyonce Beyonce Beyonce! Beyonce posted some new photos onto her Tumblr this weekend, and I guess people are freaking out about the photo of Bey and Blue Ivy sitting in a hot tub/whirlpool together. I don’t get why it’s a big deal? I mean, obviously you shouldn’t cook your child in a steaming hot tub, but I think Beyonce is sitting in something like a whirlpool, and while the water is probably warmer than that of a pool, I doubt Blue Ivy is quietly boiling or anything. What surprises me about that photo isn’t the whirlpool, but Beyonce’s turban and sunglasses, like she just wanted us to see “The Diva Reclines”. The other photos are just kind of meh – although I don’t get the “sprawled out on the grass” pic. I kind of hope some ants got in her drawers.

As for the neverending speculation about pillowy pregnancies… whatever. I don’t think she’s pregnant. Beyonce and her people keep telling other people to deny that she’s pregnant too, which is weird way to deny a story (but a great way to get people to keep talking about whether you’re pregnant):

Beyonce pretty much squashed the pregnancy rumors last week when she shared a picture of herself drinking wine with Jay-Z in Berlin, but just in case there was any lingering doubt, the singer’s rep apparently told Gayle King that she is “absolutely” not expecting another baby at this time. King addressed the issue on CBS This Morning on Wednesday, June 5, telling viewers she had gotten a denial directly from “Team Beyonce” one day earlier.

“There have been a lot of rumors about Beyonce expecting,” the CBS co-host began, referring to reports in mid-May that the music superstar was pregnant with her second child. (Speculation started after Blue Ivy’s mom canceled her show in Antwerp, Belgium, due to extreme exhaustion and dehydration.)

“I got a call yesterday from Team Beyonce, you guys, and they’re basically saying, ‘Stop the crazy, she is absolutely positively not pregnant at this time,’” King continued. “It’s a crazy rumor that started that they can’t seem to stop, and so they wanted us to…know she’s not pregnant.”

Right now, anyway. “It’s true that she and Jay-Z absolutely want to have another baby,” King said. “And when the time is right, when they decide the time is right, they will share it.”

Beyonce has yet to comment on the rumors herself, but she’s been giving hints to fans in the form of pictures on her Tumblr. In addition to the wine-drinking snapshot she shared on May 31, there was a telling photo of her dinner menu earlier in May, with “salad nicoise” very visibly featured. (Tuna is a controversial food for pregnant women due to its high level of mercury.)

There’s also the fact that Beyonce has been showing off her super svelte figure and flat tummy — no bump! — in skintight catsuits during her world tour, which features some pretty intense choreography that she might not be able to perform pregnant.

“She wants her body to do the talking,” a source close to the singer told Us Weekly recently of the baby buzz. “She is doing that now by showing she has no belly!”

Jay-Z, too, sent a message about the rumors via Hot 97 program director Ebro Darden. In a May 20 radio show, Darden read an email he had received from the hip hop star that said simply, “It’s not true.”

Just think, when the bump rumors first began a month ago, Beyonce could have directly denied it to People Magazine and that would have been the end of it. Instead, she posted cryptic photos and had some weird hissy fit on Instagram and she and Jay-Z called friends and had the friends indirectly deny the story over the course of a month. God, did Beyonce really need the ticket sales that much?

Here are some cute new photos of Beyonce and Jay-Z having a “date night” in NYC last night. I guess Beyonce’s Mrs. Carter Tour had a lull, so Beyonce got to perform at the Concert for Change on Saturday in London, and then she and Jay came home to New York? Fame/Flynet says that their date night consisted of going to see Iron Man 3 in Battery Park. Which seems very… normal…? Shockingly normal. Do they just sit in the same theater with all of the peasants? Amazing. Do they get popcorn? I want to know! Also: Beyonce isn’t pregnant. If those photos of her wine-drinking didn’t convince you, the leather booty shorts should convince you.

Here’s something I didn’t know: the whole Chime for Change thing was co-founded by Beyonce! Did you know that? Beyonce, Salma Hayek and Frida Giannini co-founded Chime for Change to raise money for girls’ education around the world. The concert on Saturday raised $4.3 million and that money will “fund approximately 200 projects in 70 countries around the world.” No shade from me – that’s a great thing that Beyonce just did.

Also, there are still questions about when Beyonce’s new album is going to come out. She keeps releasing drips and drabs of new singles, but we still don’t have a release date for the album. But one fan in Norway asked Beyonce personally when the album is dropping, and Beyonce allegedly said… November?! Beyonce is seriously going to drop her album in November? That seems… odd.

Beyonce is drinking wine! It’s okay. She wants us to know that she’s drinking wine. Beyonce finally tightened up her PR game after that mess with the pregnancy rumor, and she finally decided on a solid game plan: to post photos of herself drinking wine. These photos all came from her Tumblr, so all of this is Beyonce-approved, straight from her 24-7 Beyonce Archive. Beyonce wants you to know that she’s not pregnant. Beyonce wants you to know that she enjoys a glass of wine while on tour.

A picture’s worth a thousand words — and this one seems to say that Beyonce is not, despite rumors to the contrary, pregnant with her second child. On Friday, May 31, the 31-year-old “Love on Top” singer shared a telling snapshot of herself drinking wine with husband Jay-Z in Berlin.

The photo, posted to Beyonce’s Tumblr along with several other pics from her late May visit to Germany, shows the hoodie-wearing superstar sipping on a glass of Barolo red while sitting on Jay-Z’s lap. He has on a backwards baseball cap and a gray shirt, and appears to be smiling as he watches her drink.

Pregnant women, of course, are advised not to consume alcohol, as it can have potentially harmful effects on the baby. Beyonce has not outright commented on reports that she is expecting a second child, but this photo could be a clue.

Earlier this month, the Destiny’s Child alum shared another telling snapshot of her dinner menu, which included salad nicoise, or tuna salad. Tuna has long been considered a controversial food for expectant mothers due to its high level of mercury, so some thought she might be trying to send a message with the cryptic post.

Jay-Z has been a bit more explicit with his denials. In a May 20 radio show broadcast on Hot 97, program director Ebro Darden read an email he had received from the hip hop star (A source close to the radio station confirms to Us Weekly that the email exchange took place.) Responding to Darden’s congratulations on the rumored new sibling for 16-month-old Blue Ivy, Jay-Z said simply, “It’s not true.”

Actually, Jay-Z apparently wrote, “It’s not true. The news is worse than blogs.” I wonder why Beyonce’s game wasn’t on for this round of pregnancy rumors…? It’s something about her that makes me put my conspiracy theorist tin-foil hat on. I think Beyonce is so conspiracy-friendly because she’s so mega-controlled, she’s so OCD about every single thing in her life, and it feels like every move she makes is so calculated. Anyway, I guess she’s not pregnant. Too bad. I was looking forward to seeing if she invested in a better quality pillow this time around.

Beyonce had a show in Copenhagen last night as part of her Mrs. Carter Tour. She was singing “Irreplaceable” and letting the fans in the front sing along with her, putting her mic down to their level to sing “to the left, to the left”. She was walking away from a fan when he slapped her booty! Which is… gross. On HIS part, not hers. She was just performing and she gets a grope-y ass-slap from some random dude? That’s assault. What I love is that Beyonce didn’t laugh it off. She turned around and looked at him and said, “I will have you escorted out right now, alright?” Here’s the video of the exchange:

Gross. Again, on HIS part, not hers. Gawker says the dude was allowed to stay, but I kind of wish Beyonce would have made a bigger deal about it.

Meanwhile, have you heard about Shirley Manson criticizing Beyonce? In an interview back in April, Shirley was discussing Beyonce’s embargo on unflattering Beyonce photos, and Shirley said: “Who knows what her motivations were, but I am somewhat baffled to even begin to understand why this unstoppable force, this incredible performer, this fully empowered business woman and successful star has allowed herself to be flapped by what the media has deemed ‘unflattering’ images.” Subtle shade, and completely appropriate. Then Shirley said recently, “A lot of celebrities just want money, fame, power, fancy cars, houses all over the world and have people bow down to them. To me, that’s frightful behavior.” Bow down you say? Huh. Well, apparently Rihanna “liked” it too. For what it’s worth.

Here are some new photos that Beyonce just added to her Tumblr. She’s reorganized her Tumblr so you can now see photos and videos from her Mrs. Carter Tour too. Some of the pics that she’s put in the “My Life” area are from her trip to Cuba with Jay-Z last month, the same trip that caused all of that controversy. I like the photos of Beyonce and Jay-Z posing together, just because we rarely get to see those coupled-up, tourist-y photos.

As for Beyonce and her Bump of Secrets, yesterday we discussed whether or not Beyonce was trying to shut down speculation about her womb in the wake of two major media outlets (E! News and Page Six) claiming that she is definitely maybe pregnant. Now comes word that Jay-Z is trying to shut it down:

Babyoncé confusion reigns! On Friday, E! News reported that Beyoncé and Jay-Z were expecting their second child citing multiple trustworthy sources. The report appeared to confirm rumors that had been building in the less-confirmation-dependent zone of the Internet ever since Queen B wore a dress cinched high above her waist at a New York gala earlier this month. The speculation accelerated when Mrs. Knowles-Carter canceled a May 14 show in Belgium citing dehydration and exhaustion.

The only problem: According to Hot 97, Jay-Z has denied reports that he and Beyoncé are expecting a second child. The New York radio station reported this morning that Jay, responding to a congratulatory e-mail, wrote back: “It’s not true. The news is worse than blogs.” Blue Ivy’s sibling might not be on the way just yet, after all.

Still due to be born soon, though, as far as we know, is Beyoncé’s forthcoming album. She has performed new song “Grown Woman” live and offered peek after peek. But her reps have gone to bizarre lengths to control photographs of the singer, a situation that prompted Garbage’s Shirley Manson to launch some on-the-money criticisms.

Look, Beyoncé has only tweeted four times and she has more than 8 million followers — almost as many as MTV, CNN, and The New York Times. She and Jay-Z are entitled to their privacy, of course. But they’re bigger than “the news,” and it’s disingenuous for them to pretend otherwise.

I agree with Spin. And here’s what I don’t understand about Beyonce’s locked-down, compulsive, 24-hour-archivist shenanigans – why not just issue a straight denial? It wouldn’t even have to come from Beyonce’s mouth, although Spin is right, Beyonce could just tweet three simple words: “I’m not pregnant.” But why not get her rep to issue a specific denial to People Magazine? That’s what I don’t understand. Beyonce lost her ability to claim “privacy” for these questions a while back, when she gave interview after interview about her pregnancy and what childbirth was like and all of that.

Beyonce does not want you to see these photos. They do not come from her Tumblr! They come from some kind of professional paparazzo in Milan, which is where Beyonce performed at the Mediolanum Forum Saturday night. Does Beyonce look pregnant in these photos? Eh. The current theory – with new sources popping up each day – is that she’s “pregnant” (“again”). I do think she looks like she’s gained a little weight – her face looks more filled out and maybe her abdomen looks slightly bigger. But it could just be water retention or a series of unflattering photos too.

Soon after E! News reported on Friday that Beyonce is definitely maybe pregnant, Beyonce posted this message on her Instagram: “I can’t stop the rumors from starting, and I can’t really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me.” See below:

Gurl, please. No one cares about your thoughts on the “low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me.” And you know why, Beyonce? Because you LOVE when people talk about you. You love when everything is all about The Beyonce Show. You started selling your personal life around the same time you strapped on a pillow. When you’re a person who keeps a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, multi-year archive of your daily activities, you have no right to shade the peasantry for showing a passing interest in the state of your womb. Besides, if you wanted people to stop talking about your womb, you would just give People Magazine a straight denial.

Anyway, she deleted that Instagram shortly after she posted it. Because even she realized how dumb it sounded. So is she going to have another pillowy pregnancy? I don’t know. Maybe. We’ll see.

I don’t really understand why this news “broke” on a Friday afternoon for Us Weekly and E! News considering that Page Six already had the “exclusive” story on Monday. But here we go – Beyonce is pregnant again. Allegedly, maybe. Probably. Or something. It’s worth noting that after Page Six claimed Bey was pregnant, Us Weekly ran a story with sources claiming she definitely was NOT. Then Beyonce had to cancel one of her concerts in Belgium and everyone was all “Oh, it’s on, break out the pillows, y’all.”

Let’s just do bullet points:

*E! News says: “That’s right: Superstar supermom Beyoncé is expecting her second child with hubby Jay-Z, multiple sources exclusively confirm to E! News.
The news follows rampant speculation that the “Countdown” songbird was pregnant, even as the couple remained tight-lipped about their ever-growing family.”

*Us Weekly doesn’t have any new sourcing, they’re just citing E! News. But! Us Weekly does say that when Beyonce finally did perform in Belgium (after canceling the one concert), she told the crowd, “Now, my doctors told me not to perform tonight, but there was no way in the world.”

*And People Magazine doesn’t have anything. Yet. I feel like People’s editors think that Beyonce should confirm exclusively to them, but Beyonce’s people are like, “No, Bey, you gotta wait until some big event and then pop that pillow out!” Or something.

Anyway, the long and short of it is that there’s still no real confirmation. Watch this space!

Two days ago, Page Six reported – based on the gossip of unnamed sources – that Beyonce was maybe/probably pregnant (again!). Beyonce didn’t say anything. Neither did her reps. No one officially commented on the reports, although Us Weekly got some sources to claim that the pregnancy story was BS. Then Beyonce canceled her show in Belgium yesterday, apparently because of “doctor’s orders”. Huh.

Beyoncé is canceling her Tuesday concert in Belgium because of dehydration and exhaustion, her rep says.

In an email to The Associated Press, the singer’s publicist says Beyoncé has been advised by her doctors to rest. She was scheduled to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp. The show will be rescheduled and tickets can be used at that show.

Her next tour date is Wednesday at the same arena. The statement says “she is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision.”

The cancellation comes amid reports Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z are expecting a sibling for their daughter, Blue Ivy, now 15 months.

Beyoncé, 31, launched her Mrs. Carter World Tour last month in Belgrade, Serbia. It wraps Aug. 5 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

The plot thickens!! I’ve said several times this week that I don’t believe Beyonce is pregnant, but I guess I may need to admit that I was wrong. She could totally be pregnant. The fact that her reps still haven’t formally shot down the pregnancy rumors taken with the “exhaustion” excuse and the show cancelation? Suspicious. Very suspicious.

Beyonce did issue a personal apology to her Belgian fans too. She posted the note (below) on her Tumblr & Facebook pages, saying: “To my dearest fans in Antwerp. I’ve never postponed a show in my life. It was very hard for me. I promise I will make it up very soon. I’m sorry if I disappointed you. Thank you for your concern. I’m feeling much better now. And I’m ready to give you a great show. See you tonight. All my love Beyonce.” So I guess she’s definitely going to perform tonight? Hm.

Yesterday we discussed the Page Six report that Beyonce is maybe/probably pregnant (“again”). I threw some shade on the report just because I think A) if Beyonce wanted people to know she’s pregnant, she would have come out with a giant pillow at the Met Gala and B) this is bad timing because of her current tour. For what it’s worth, Media Takeout is all over it and their sources are saying Beyonce is totally with child (although Media Takeout was all over Pillow-gate back in the day too). What’s interesting is that the Page Six story just circulated all day long yesterday without one hard and fast denial from Beyonce’s people. Even People Magazine had to report the story with a terse “Reps did not respond to requests for comment.” But now Us Weekly has unnamed sources denying the second pillowy baby.

Is Beyonce pregnant with her second child? Uh-oh, uh-oh — no. In Monday’s Page Six, the New York Post claimed that the “Grown Woman” singer, 32, is secretly expecting her second child, and took pains to keep her growing curves under wraps by donning a tight leather corset at last week’s Met Gala in NYC.

Multiple sources close to the superstar, however, tell Us Weekly the report is inaccurate. “This rumor again?” marvels one insider. “Don’t be silly.”

Chimes in another pal: “I know another kid is in the future, but it wouldn’t make sense for her right now while on tour.”

Indeed, Jay-Z’s wife is currently in the midst of her grueling Mrs. Carter Show World tour, with daughter Blue Ivy, 16 months, in tow. “I would like more children,” Beyonce said on Good Morning America last week. “I think my daughter needs company. I definitely love being a big sister [to Solange, 26].”

For the time being, however, the Grammy winner is content — and has her hands full — with Blue. “My biggest job in the world is to protect my daughter, and I am very protective,” she explained on GMA. “I just want to make sure that she can have a healthy, safe, normal life. I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love and now have a way bigger meaning, and that’s to be her mother.”

Do you believe Us Weekly’s sources more than Page Six’s sources? Eh. My current working theory is that Beyonce has just gained some weight and people are misinterpreting that as early pregnancy. My current working theory is that Beyonce is going to spend a few years talking about giving Blue a sibling before she actually gets down to it. And by that I mean…ugh, I don’t even know anymore. Whatever. I’m fresh out of conspiracies. I don’t think she’s pregnant, but we’ll see.
