Here are brand spanking new photos of Angelina at the Paris premiere of Salt. Meh. I don’t care for this dress very much either! Although I will give Angelina props for wearing a dress that wasn’t A) a shapeless sack or B) a black strapless dress or C) a beigey-grey neutral. This dress still has a “glittery sack” vibe (a glittery sack soul, if you will), but it actually makes an attempt to show off Angelina’s body. Unfortunately, the cut on this Pamella Roland dress isn’t all that flattering, but whatever. And the fabric looks cheap.
Some more pluses about the look: Angelina is showing off some Jolie-cleavage, which looks pretty great after breast-feeding three beh-behs, and I like her hair. She actually called someone in to do this hairstyle, and it looks very nice. Okay, it’s a little high, but I told you guys that she’s been giving me Southern beauty queen vibes lately. This whole look says to me “Miss Georgia runner-up.”
By the way, I included this in the links a few hours ago, but it’s worth repeating – the latest rumor (I think it comes out of the UK) is that Angelina and Brad are considering starting a kids’ clothing line. Coughcoughbullsh-tcough.

Darn it Angelina. I wanted to follow up on my earlier comment about you with something glowing about the current look.
The dress needs to be tailored, and the waistline is in a weird place on her body. Her hair looks less jacked up than the last photo, and she looks great in headshots from the front. From above, the hair is a little too pageanty.
She can be so pretty, but she needs to hire a stylist.

I think it’s definitely an improvement over the last one.
doesn’t wash her out even tho it’s a light color, but what I don’t like are the two different straps. it would have looked better with either one or the other.
I think she looks better with her hair down, but this isn’t SO bad. too much eye make up but her lip color is good.

I think she looks great – all things considered. She’s grown a ton and seems happy with her life and lot. Granted, it’s easier to be happy with money and waking up next to Brad Pitt every morning, but she seems to have grown a lot as a person. Plus her focus is not entirely on herself; she’s using her celebrity and money to expose the injustices on this planet. Good for her!

Ouch, that’s not the most flattering cut. I’m beginning to feel a bit sorry for her- a friend of mine suffers from PCOS and insulin resistance (not sure if they’re related) and the pills she takes make her very skinny. She was voluptuous before she started them, and hates how thin she now is, desperately.

GORGEOUS on those pics.* A few hours ago I saw her answering here (I am french) a French journalist who barely spoke English and his accent and questions were awful. Several times he interrupted her to translate. I was impressed by how cool and gracious she remained while this complete idiot couldn’t even speak two sentences correctly and was being rude.

I like her hair, but agree that the fabric looks cheap and the dress looks like someone made it on their little amateur home sewing machine. She needs to get that red long dress out of mothballs and put it back on.
Oh, and I agree about the stylist, too-she needs to be fired, pronto. Jolie is at the top of her game now and every red carpet she should be knocking it out of the ballpark.

there are a couple celebrities that i would love to style or at least offer advice to. please change up your hairstyle (but dont make it old!) put it up every once in a while! where clothes that fit and flatter. it doesnt have to be slutty, but they need to be told what flatters their figures. also a few really really need to branch out fashion wise.
jolie was totally one of the ones who needed to branch out, and she is doing it, so yeah! she is trying colors and taking “risks” for her. she just needs a little guidance and i think she would look much better. that and some weight. like at least 10 pounds.
can you imagine what she must look like in real life? the camera adds 10-15 pounds. she is much too frail looking to be believable as an action star. she needs some muscle. i also think it would do a lot for the way the clothes are fitting her.

Even with a stylist there’s room for self expression and an opinion about likes and dislikes…she still says “OK” at the end of the day to her hair and clothing.
Leads me to believe that Angie doesn’t have much of a fashion sense or is expressing something with her fashion choices that I can’t put my finger on…
Nothing very interesting about the outfit.
The dress isn’t flattering to her body and looks cheap and the whole attempt at elegance looks dated.

Yes the shoes are blah but at least they’re not the same beige peep toe/black heel pumps she’s been wearing to death. The hair is, and has been, bad for quite some time but I think it’s a wig & it was turned into an updo while trying to disguise that it’s a wig. Dress doesn’t fit well, color’s boring. Whoever picked out that red number should be brought back that one was awesome.

I don’t really get the hate on what Angelina wears. She obviously has strict taste on what she likes, colors, styles, etc. I bet it if her stylist continued to pick out styles Angelina didn’t like THEN she would/should be fired. Face looks pretty and the hair looks like she was going for the Hollywood glam look. She’s pretty enough to pull if off, but this dress and the last one both look too big, like her main goal was to make herself look like she’s not scarily skinny. Judging by the way they both fit, she still is.

Okay…. we’re moving in the right direction? Yeah, that’s the best I can do. How about a jewel tone? How about just starting with a jewel tone basic pump if you’re going to wear all these sack like neutral clothes? How about a meeting with a tailor?
What strikes me as odd about AJ is that she seems like someone (at least from her interviews) who is very comfortable with her body and her sexuality, yet 80% of the time on the red carpet she wears clothes that look like she’s running and hiding from it. She’s a beautiful woman, embrace it, dress for it, show off your best assets!
Please don’t jump on me for this next comment, but she has been dressing like the women I know who have had kids and then 1) don’t know how to dress their new body or 2) think their sexuality goes away now that they are a mom so they suddenly become ulta-conservative under the guise of “I have kids, this is clean and comfortable”. This is so not true and there are so many great examples of how to dress out there and part of her job is to dress up and bring it on the red carpet. I hope she can find kick-a** Jolie again.

I’m not much of a fan of the dress or her hair, but she still looks gorgeous, that face is unbeatable.
I also think her body looks better lately, not ‘scary skinny’ as her (pc term) ‘non-fans’ like to harp on about. She looks like a naturally slim woman to me. But whatever *shrugs*
Oh and I also give her props for changing up her look for the red carpet. I like that she isn’t oompa loompa orange, with some boring same old LBD on and dead straight hair *yawn*. So kudos to her for at least trying to take some fashion risks, even if they don’t always work.
I wish she would get a new stylist though, but I have a feeling that fashion is not really her thing.

It doesn’t matter if you love her or hate her, you’re allowed to have a separate opinion about her outfit.
For the devotees, just because someone doesn’t like the dress doesn’t mean they’re a “hater.” And if you love her more than anything, you can still not like an outfit, it’s just fashion. I love Springsteen more than anything but I don’t love every song.
The dress doesn’t fit. It’s a blah colour, the shoes do look bridesmaid (haha, above), the tattoos are trashy and the hands… oh my God her hands….

Majosha hard is the word I’m looking for too. She looked a lot better overall at the last premiere. Here her body looks disproportioned, and she looks old and weak. Something about her frame reminds me of my grandmother. I don’t like it at all. She’s young, I don’t get why she has that old and frail vibe lately, she should be in her prime right now… 6 kids or not, I think eat a sandwich is right and perhaps get some muscle tone back.

I like it better than the sack gown, but don’t love it – and I usually like pale & glittery, but the fabric does look a little cheap and I don’t like the different straps. Plus it’s not fit well to her – as skinny as she is, she has a naturally wider waist, and her stylist should know how to pick stuff that works better with it.
