Matthew McConaughey and his girlfriend, Camila Alves, were seen out at a Houston Dodgers/Los Angeles Astros baseball game in LA on Mother’s Day. Camila was holding a pink baseball bat from the gift shop, which might indicate that she’s expecting a girl. Camila is due in July.
OK! Magazine reports that Matt plans to be a stay at home dad and has cleared his work schedule to be there for the baby:
“Matt joked if he wasn’t careful he’s wake up bald and old and having missed out on years of his kid’s life that he couldn’t get back,” a friend of the actor tells OK!.
Matthew, 38, hopes to be Mr. Mom after model-fiancee Camila Alves, 24, gives birth this summer. “He’s intent on being there for his kid the way his parents were for him,” says the friend.
“Camila’s enjoying the idea of having him around. The two are busy picking out baby names!”

Star Magazine reported in its recent issue that McConaughey would do pushups and workout between scenes on the set of his film Ghosts of Girlfriends Past in Boston this April. They quote a witness who says “He’d jump down and do a set of push-ups. He was dressed really nice, but he didn’t seem to care!”
McConaughey is also rumored to be in consideration for the lead of Captain America in an upcoming film version of the popular comic.
There’s not a lot of gossip about Matt because he’s been laying low and staying in with his girlfriend as they prepare for their new baby. Congratulations to them. McConaughey certainly seems excited about their upcoming arrival, and he’s sure to be a devoted father.

I think Matt will make an amazing father. They had been together for a pretty long time when she got pregnant & when it happened he was super jazzed about it.

The pink bat was for Mother’s Day/Breast Cancer awareness, most of the players were using them throughout the Major League yesterday.
I would assume her carrying the pink bat is indicative of her impending motherhood, but not much else.

Jennifer Garner sealed the deal by getting pregnant about 2 months after they started dating.
They got married while she was 9 month pregnant, so, yes, Jennifr Garner did the same as that model just did to Matthew.

Not using protection, while you give your partner the impression that you ARE using protection, is as low as you can get.
And the worst part is that she only started dating him and wouldn’t take the chance he would dump her.
She really wanted to get pregnant and talked about it in every interview, but instead of starting a family with her then fiance, the divorced Garner, tricked Ben into marriage and the huge commitment that comes wth a baby.
That Brazilian woman is a model in her own mind. She was no one special before Matt, and now she’s the gold-digger that trapped him, while he was too high to know what’s going on around him.

I’m pretty sure that if he didn’t want to stay with her, he could leave. He has tons of money, and would have no problem paying child support.
Besides, ever think she might have been surprised herself, since she had a pretty successful modeling career? Maybe Matt trapped her, poked a hole in the condom– because secretly he wants a ton of kids. I could see that.
…Or maybe they’re just two people who love each other and get to share in joy of a new baby together– that’s nice too.

She was a model at a B agency in nyc for a while. She never really did anthing with the modeling . Having a baby with a star was the best thing for her.
