There was a brief time in my life several years ago when I was floundering emotionally and spiritually and somehow let myself watch a bit of reality television. Okay I really wasn’t floundering at all, but that’s the only excuse I could think of to justify it. And there’s a chance I was a mild fan of The Surreal Life. I often marveled at Brigitte Nielsen. The woman was as bizarre as they come, especially her odd relationship with Flava Flav.
I was pretty impressed that Sylvester Stallone married a woman so much older than him. Imagine my shock when I found out Nielsen was only 41 when she filmed the show. She looked at least 65. But clearly she doesn’t see it – Nielsen has announced that she’d like to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her Playboy cover by posing again.
Sylvester Stallone’s busty ex Brigitte Nielsen wants to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her Playboy magazine cover - by baring all for the men’s magazine again.
The actress/model announced her plans during an appearance on the Billy Bush Radio Show in Los Angeles, admitting she’ll undergo cosmetic surgery to look her best for the big reveal in December. Nielsen explains she’s planning a face lift and a boob lift and reduction.
She says, “I wanna look up and say, `Oh, I like myself. I don’t like my lines… I’m gonna do the boobs; I’m gonna lift them and be a bit more discreet and then I will do Playboy. Twenty years ago, I did the cover of Playboy… I wanna do Playboy December this year. I’m gonna be 45.”

I hope that plastic surgery is going to involve at least 30 rounds of diamond-grade microdermabrasion. Botox would be good for all the wrinkles, but that woman’s face looks like a splotchy leather glove. She is a true testament to what hard living can do to your looks. Brigitte looks like she spent the last twenty years smoking cigarettes in a tanning bed.
Here are some other famous women born in 1963. Imagine their faces, and then look below to understand my point: Vanessa Williams, Kathy Ireland, Elle Macpherson, Natasha Richardson, Phoebe Cates, Tori Amos, Lauren Holly, Nicolette Sheridan… you get the point. They don’t all look like they’re 25, but none of them look 65 either. I’m not sure plastic surgery could even make Brigitte Nielsen look her real age. Something tells me she might want to focus on other endeavors… like sobriety and visiting the dermatologist regularly.

Dear god ! I also thought she was like 57 when she was in the surreal life, maybe she´s one of those people who are better looking in person, I just find it hard to believe someone can look at least 15 years older than they really are.
-
At least…and I like this about her, she seems very comfortable in her own skin. I´m in my 20´s and there´s no freaking way I would walk around wearing nothing but a thong in a house full of strangers like she did in the surreal life.

^^ That’s a really good point, it doesn’t seem to have affected her self image, even though she’s clearly aware of it.
-
She actually looks better then she did in The Surreal Life, but she still doesn’t look good.

I read in Rolling Stone that she really benefitted from Dr. Drew Pinsky’s rehab treatment and is the most successful of the bunch.
However, I wanna see proof the woman’s only 41. That just can’t be. I think maybe it’s one of those hollywood little white lies.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I used to dislike her, but then I saw how down to earth she was on the Surreal Life and on Celebrity Rehab. Yeah, I know they are reality shows, but she seems to be a fairly caring person who is not afraid to admit her own faults and short comings. I recently saw her in an interview and she, at that time, was still off of booze and cigs. Good for her. She may look a bit worse for the wear, but according to her, she had a really, really bad alcohol addiction that almost cost her her children.

she is of fair complextion and need to take that into consideration before she abuse her body with smoking and sun tanning. omg she look just awful. i cant belive i am only 4 years younger than her.

I, too saw The Surreal Life and also the parts of the rehab show…’can’t help it!
Anyway, she was hi-larious in The Surreal Life and, when not actually wasted, she’s a very down-to-earth, good person. She seems pretty cool, actually. And, who knows? If she’s been working out, she could be in Playboy. She used to considered beautiful…and she has HUGE, REAL boobs, at that. And who’ve got to remember Playboy had Carnie Wilson in it one year :-/ -
People in Hell want ice water Brigitte, doesn’t mean they are going to get it.

Yikes. Is she wearing a wig?

I always thought,, she was Crazy!!!!!!That was the Alcohol, thats what it can do to you….I am a recovering alcoholic and I know how it can take ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING away from you….It surely is, no laughing matter. I wrote an article once, called Dear Al. It was an article that woke a bunch of people up! We all know that once you are sober and clean you feel so much better. Almost seems like you can conquer the world whan you awake……. because you have been so blinded and have lost your feelings. When you awake your whole life is back(REALITY) along with all your senses…. OH, HOW I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THE LIFE OF AN ALCOHOLIC *SMILES* BUT, IT WOULD TAKE FOREVER……She is beautiful in her own way and the alcohol took most of that away. I say, If she can do it ,go for it, but of course, I don’t feel that a woman should be showing it off that way…I guess that sounds like a contradiction. I don’t feel it’s right do go in a magazine and spread your legs for the world to c, Denise

She has struggled with alcohol addiction and is also a heavy smoker. The years of hard living have taken a toll on her looks.
