Heather Mills writing vegan lifestyle book

There are some celebrities that have really earned their fame. And there are some that have lived amazing lives, overcome adversity, or have become immensely powerful and influential. I’m thinking of the Oprahs of the world. But there are lots of famous people who have something to say. Yet it seems like the ones who should shut the crap up are the most likely not to be able to shut their bovine-esq jaws. That’s right, I’m talking about Heather Mills. You know whenever I reference a cow chewing its cud, we’re talking about Heather.

The former Mrs. Paul McCartney – who has neither earned her fame nor lived an amazing life – is writing a lifestyle book, packed with helpful tips so you, too, can be just as successful, happy, and respected as Heather.

Heather Mills has taken her promotion of veganism to another level in her new book, a healthy living manual.

In the 64-page book entitled Get Healthy with Heather, the 40-year-old former wife of ex-Beatle Sir Paul McCartney dispenses advice on how to live a stress-free life, including swapping to a vegan diet.

Heather said: “Spring is in the air and this is a time for change, regeneration and new beginnings. We all know sometimes that life’s problems can be quite overwhelming so it’s really important we learn to relax properly and iron out those everyday stresses and strains.”

Packed with motivational quotes and tips from Heather, the book advises on the best way to move to a vegan diet.

No word on whether Heather will disclose her secret explanation of how she unhinges her jaw at that angle to make that face of hers. I understand where Heather in coming from, in terms of the vegan thing. The English countryside is filled with pastures. Cow-filled pastures, in fact. What if Heather happened to be ambling along one day, just talking - not even chewing, but talking – and some ravenous meat-eater saw her gaping maw and mistook her for cattle? Her life could be in serious jeopardy. Heather’s often said she’s afraid for her safety; I think we’ve likely figured out why. She’s just trying to save her own hide. Or face.

  1. I’m sure she’s got a lot to teach all of us about being stress-free. Because her life is so…oh, never mind.

  2. I believe that having millions in the bank like she does would go a long way toward relieving MY stress. And all she had to do to earn it was sleep with a Beatle (the best looking one, at that!) for a few years and have a baby.

    Cindy Kennedy:

I read somewhere that Heather used to eat a lot of meat, all the time. Is she a strict vegan now?

  8. I would have thought she’d have a best-seller if she’d released a book called “Make millions by gold-digging”. Somehow I don’t see “Get healthy with Heather” as a winning combination.

  9. I just wanted to mention how much I enjoy your pic choices for the H. Mills pieces, A. Winehouse, too. I always get a good chuckle.

I think I might make steak for dinner in honor of her new cookbook.

  16. well , hmmm , seems everyone on here hates heather mills , hmmm , i dont really understand why , heather and paul obviously loved one another at some point , else paul would not have married her , im sure paul could have chosen from thousands of woman , well atleast hundsreds , and chose here , so it was not a one sided love affair , he was not conned , and probably had a very nice time for quite a while , alot of relationships burn out after a while , in my view , there was nothing differnet about this relationship , my feeling , is that heather has always put her charity work first , and this is one reason why paul admired her , the world is in my view in perol , because the world has adopted a meet eating society involuntarily , its just happened that way , my thinking is that given the choice , if it was equally or more tasty , a vegan diet would be adopted by the world , especiually if we all had to farm and reap our own harvest , how many of the meet eaters would be happy to kill with their own hands their dinner , i wonder , heather and alot of people feel that all people should be given a choice and an equally avilable choice of what they eat , and because the vegan way of life is still made dificult because supermarkets do not cater equally to the small wholefoodshops , it is sometimes impracticle for some to adopt this way of life , and heather is simply putting the information out there , it is a view of many that the world is consuming far too much meat and dairy products , inorder to provide land for these animals , the worlds forests are being cut down to provide grazing land and also to provide land to grow crops to feed them , the worlds news are going on and on and on about how the transport system is putting too much co2 into the air ruining our climate , but the smaller known truth is that cow belching in the form of methane gas which is 10 times or something more harmfull than plain c02 is causing more harmfull green house gases than all the worlds transport system put together , and that included all the plains , trains , automobiles , scidoos , the lot , so the issue of veganism is not just something which can help a human protect themselves from bad colesterol , cancers etc , not to mention animal welfare , the major outcome will come back at us in the form of horendous weather systems which have the ability to wipe out most of mankind if we dont change our ways , calmer is coming to us all , peace be and remain with you , from vegan power , peace
