Time can seem like it passes slower in the gossip bubble and I could have sworn that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom got married just a few months ago before we actively tried to ignore them and their inevitable “trying for a baby” stories. It’s been a whole year, though, and Khloe wants to remind us of that fact. She posted a tongues-out photo of herself kissing her giant basketball star husband along with the news about how happy and perfect her life is now that she has love. Eat that, haters!
A year ago today I married my best friend. I am so excited to be celebrating our one year anniversary!!!! I can’t believe it has been a year already, it feels like we just got married yesterday, but at the same time I can’t believe it has ONLY been a year. I feel like sooooo much has happened in just one year. My life has changed so much, and I as a person have changed even more. I have never been happier, never been so at peace, never been so in love. I am a better person because of Lamar. I laugh constantly! He brings so much laughter, happiness and fun to my life yet he also keeps me calm and grounded. I feel like I truly discovered myself the moment I met Lamar. 365 days have passed since we got married and each and every one of those days my husband has been the first thing I think of when I wake up, and the last thing before I go to sleep. I truly wish this kind of happiness upon everyone, I feel so blessed.
Happy anniversary to the love of my life! Thank you for everything you have given me. I love you. I can’t wait for our 80th wedding anniversary!!

Life & Style is reporting [via Hollywood Life] that Khloe and Lamar renewed their vows on September 27, at the same place and on the same day as they got “married” year. I put married in quotes because that wedding wasn’t legally binding and it took Khloe and Lamar several months to work out the prenup details and make it official. So technically their anniversary isn’t September 27, although I see why they would want to celebrate it then. They look really happy together and I shouldn’t make fun of them. Khloe would only “thank” me for it. She says the haters make her stronger.

I’ve never seen an episode of any Kardashian reality show so I have no idea how these two come across on television but I must say that my cold, black and single 30-something year old woman’s heart melted after reading her blog entry quote.
Also, those Kardashian women (except for Kris) have the best hair in the world. Nary an extension in sight…those locks are thick, rich and real. Makes me hate them because I want their hair!!!

You know, I’ve been married to my husband for over 20 years, and in all those years we have never felt compelled to take gross pictures of ourselves like that to broadcast around to people. They’re in love? Great. Good for them. But how about keep your tongues out of sight? No one wants to see that.
That is why they get called “Kartrashian.”

I wish she’d stop dressing like her petite sisters (that second-pic dress was worn WAY better by her sister). She’s got great legs and curves yet doesn’t see these as assets. Stop wearing minis with a tight band at the bottom. I’d love to see her in an a-line flounce.

My eyes involuntarily rolled back into my head when I glanced at the header shot, so I didn’t get too good a look, but what I caught was absolutely vile.
Freckles, I think they have BOTH of those issues – being in denial about relationship troubles, and insatiable appetites for attention. A vow renewal after a year is sketchy, but as CB pointed out, it’s actually been far LESS than a year.
It seems that vow renewals are the herald of divorce when it comes to attention whores.
Either that, or they were shooting the pilot of their new show “Lick It Real Good: Tongue Baths with Khloe and Lamar”, sponsored by Valtrex.

He definitely makes her look more feminine so I can’t blame her there. But she always has a busted face if you look close in the mag pics and on your fancy TVs. The other 2 have nice curves but I don’t see Khloe as curvy. I want to like her the best but ever since she met Lamar she has been so bratty and spoiled. Lamar looks and acts like something dead in the head. I laugh that they caption most of what he says. If this is her best friend after a year of marriage and a month of knowing him prior Good luck. He’s away most of the time. She’s in Miami, then doing the Kardahian show. So, since they see each other so little, this marriage could make it to the 80th year. When it takes 3 months to work out the details (he has the money not Kluelees) I don’t see a lot of love. I see a job of going for as much money as possible before the gig is up

Celebitchy…I’m no fan of Khloe at all, but I really don’t understand why you are so bothered by their marriage date…lots of people have the ceremony on a certain day (and celebrate their anniversary on this day) and have the papers or whatever legally done on a different day, it’s really not that uncommon…especially for “celebs”, if I’m not mistaken Eva Longoria did the same thing.

I know I’m sort of alone on this one, but I don’t find Khloe to be as ugly as everyone else seems to think she is. She may not be typical pin up girl pretty like her sisters. I would never want to see her in any of Kim’s Maxim or Playboy get ups, for example. But, I do think she’s pretty in her own way.
Anyway, they look happy. I never thought they would make it past the first month. So, good for them for proving me wrong. I tend to believe everything this family does is scripted. But, Lamar and Khloe seem to genuinely enjoy their plot line. So, maybe it’s at least partially real.

Khloe and Lamar look good together and they look happy. I don`t think Khloe is the ugly sister, I actually think she is the prettiest (between Khloe, Kim and Kourtney) one and by far the smartest one. She is much taller than other girls and wear high heels so she appears much bigger than Kim and Kourtney who are short or of average hight. Regarding the other two sisters, Kourtney seems borderline retarded and Kim destoyed her face with Botox, she is way too young for that.
