I am sure the force of the blow she allegedly delivered felt like a feather brushing against him, how can you file assault charges on something that weak, look at her arms- Now if it were Madonna throwing a punch, that would be a different matter!

One of these days, that tendency to strike out and hit folks is going to get Amy into deep doodoo. Someone is going to not give a shit about Winehouse’s celebrity. They’re either going to sue the shit out of her, or they are going to BEAT the shit out of her.
I’m a sadistic meanie, but it would serve her management right. If they don’t control Amy the Drugged-out and Drunk Toddler, she’s going to bankrupt them, eventually. Either give the crazy cow her psycho meds before she goes out in public, or make her responsible by paying for someone’s pain and suffering!

I have to say this so-called beatdown didn’t impress me as causing any sort of danger or using much force, and she didn’t even look that mad. She looked like she was just smacking a kid in kindergarten for grabbing an extra cookie or not waiting their turn. Much ado about nothing.
Gotta hand it to her - I can’t think of anybody else in the world that can slide on a pair of thousand-dollar Louboutins and still look like a filthy street person.

To be fair - she keeps all of her drugs in her crackhive. She’s just like a mama bear protecting her cubs from stranger danger, real or imagined. And like a mama bear, she’s liable to turn homicidal if anyone so much as slides her weave the stink-eye.
In all seriousness though, we’re talking several thousands worth of illicit substances for her personal afterparty crammed up in her bouffant - I challenge any of you who claim they wouldn’t be combative over such an investment.

gg: It’s brushing off these incidences that usually get Winehouse into trouble. She and her people feel as though, she’s beyond reach of the law and she doesn’t have accountability.
True, as an 80 lb. bulimic drug addicted alcoholic, she probably tickled that dude’s forehead with her elbow. Unfortunately, she’s going to lash out at the wrong person, and it may be more than the beehive that will knocked off her head.
If in doubt, just remember that lovely Guns N’ Roses concert, Axl Rose attacked a fan because of his meltdown.

I still can’t get over her calling Kanye a c*nt and she has the audacity to assault fans, show up drunk/high at her own shows (when she does appear) and generally be a hot mess wherever she goes. The woman is a walking time bomb

she is an arrogant, gross little twat. She won’t be humbled until she’s dead - and that’s pathetic paired with sad . . . for her. She should not be allowed to preform anywhere or record anything until she starts behaving, never mind clean. But she won’t act like a civilized human being until she cleans up (obviously). She glamorizes her drug addiction and drinking - in interviews she always talks about getting/being hammered all the time - it’s just SO rock & roll! blech. she just utterly revolts me. She will fade, and will only have her stupid actions to thank.

when you watch the clip it does appear that something was thrown, right before she elbows. it’s so stupid, this chick is a douche and honestly, i liked her at first, i thought, “hey, she’s got a bit of talent.” at this point, though, her drama and ignorance far out numbers her talent. (and to think i started out a fan who would offer excuses.)
