32 year-old Balthazar Getty has been married for eight years and has four children. He was photographed all over Italy and all over a topless Sienna Miller this month in photos taken on when he was on vacation with the 26 year-old actress. Getty’s wife and family were said to be “humiliated” by the photos, according to reports on People.com, and Getty announced his separation from his wife as a result, saying that the photos were embarrassing to himself and his family. Sienna Miller also sued over the photographs, which featured her topless and vacationing with Getty in Italy in at least three separate locations by at least two different photographers. One set of images showed Getty playfully grabbing Miller’s naked breasts while she reached down to reciprocate.
Sienna and Balthy’s vacation is over, and she’s been photographed back in London alone looking gloomy and unkempt as usual. Their relationship might be over too, because Getty has been supposedly sending “I’m sorry, I love you so much” e-mails to the wife of his children, the youngest of which is 10 months old.
There is nothing like being photographed with a topless hottie to make you realize how much you love your wife.
Our sources say — and they are impeccable — Balthazar has resorted to e-groveling with his e-stranged wife, Rosetta. He has been sending her e-mails in the last week saying, “I love you.”
Balthazar announced earlier this week that he and Rosetta had separated after pictures of him with an au naturale Sienna Miller surfaced all over the ‘net. We’re told if the divorce goes on, Balthazar will come out looking awful. For starters, he basically lived off her until he got his recent TV gig (he’s the grandson of a billionaire, but hasn’t gotten his $$ yet). But the person who will come out looking even worse, we’re told, is Sienna Miller.

Last year when he confirmed that his wife was pregnant with their fourth child, Getty told People “I love kids. I love having a big family. I think the more the merrier – big happy home of, you know, little punks running around.” They have son Cassius Paul, 7 and daughters Grace, 6, Violet, 4, and June Catherine, 10 months. Getty is said to have been dating Sienna since May, and maybe he’s come to his senses now that the whole world is mocking him. He gave up a lot for a woman who has a bad and very public track record with various men.

Anna is Balthazar’s 34 year-old half sister, and we assumed she was his wife due to their same last name and the way they were shown posing at several events together. I think the Getty machine explained that all the lovely money he gets from trust will all go to his wife and 4 children if he divorces.

If Rosetta were my friend, I’d tell her to get rid of him. Being all over Sienna Miller, then announcing the split to make it look less - whatever. How do you call it when somebody cheats on you and then tries to calm things by telling the world you were seperated, only to want you back after having had his share of fun? I mean, sorry. This is a joke, right? No man in his right mind would use e-mail or text to ask his separated wife that he cheated on with some blonde actress to take him back? Oh wait, this is Balty we’re talking about, yeah, he’s not in his right mind.
Still think this is all a rumour. Even if the “Getty Machine” knocked some sense in him, he’s still screwed one way or another as thanks to all those “au naturalle” pictures his wife has all the ammunition she needs for divorce court. I can only hope she’ll hold her ground and remember how embarassed and humilated she was and kick his sorry arse to the curb.

Wow. Betty is a man and as faithful as his options. But as a woman, we ALWAYS have a choice to say NO. She shouldnt have been part of the act at all, but I think she’s exceprionally wrong selfish as to not insist that they be at least be discreet since there were kids involved. How cheap and low class to embarass this woman and her kids like this. He’s a man, and they just dont think, but you better believe that SHE knew the reprecussions of this choice. The next time Sienna needs to come to the USA to work I hope they deny her visa on the grounds of her being a sexual terrorist. Her parents should be ashamed of the homewrecking harlot they have raised. I doubt she will have many friends left (married friends anyway) after this debacle. I wouldn’t want someone like that around my husband. She has no boundaries when it comes to satisfying her libido. She and Angelina have a lot in common in that respect. At least Angelina actually settled down with Brad and started a family. Sienna just leaves a trail of casualties behind and moves on without a second thought.
