Canadian blogger Zack Taylor has posted this photo of Justin Bieber sucking face with a female fan in Toronto. There’s no clear date given, but the person who submitted it to Taylor says it’s of her friend making out with the Bieb and was taken a few months ago. (Presumably when he wasn’t with Selena Gomez.) It’s obviously more than just a friendly kiss, and either Justin is goofy off for the camera or is sticking his prepubescent tongue down some girl’s throat.
Bieber was in Toronto on tour in August and November of last year.
Before he was puttin’ the moves on Selena Gomez, it seems Justin Bieber was getting “friendly” with one of his many “fans” in Toronto!!
According to our ZackTaylor.ca reader who sent in the above photo, “Justin and my friend Michelle kissed behind the Four Seasons Hotel downtown a few months ago while he was in town for a concert. I didn’t feel right about releasing it before, but now its fine cuz its been a while.”

This bothered me for a moment, because it makes me wonder what else Bieber is up to on tour and whether he’s doing more than just kissing his fans. The girl looks of age, though, she’s probably too old for Bieb, and I think that if this kid was going for groupies we would have heard about it by now. More than one photo would have gotten out and it would have been all over the tabloids. This girl better watch her back. Bieber’s tween fans are going to want to shank her. “He should be kissing meeeeee!”

Before the ‘statutory!’ stuff starts, remember that the legal age for on-getting is lower in Canada. It was 14 for ages and ages, as long as your partner was also under 18, and only just (like, three years ago) got raised to 16.
BUT you can still be legally getting it on at 14 or 15 if your partner is no more than five years older than you.
So if he’s 16, he’s legally able to do whatever/whomever he likes in Canada, and even last year it was fine, as long as his partner was under 20.

Ah, he’s a kid and he’s full of crazed hormones right now. I see no harm in this (except that “kiss” looks downright painful!). He’s at that age where he’s learning about girls and relationships, etc., so I’d cut him some slack.

This is great. He’s a teenager, he brings his art on tour – I won’t say music, it’s not music, It’s crap so I’ll say art. I’m guessing he has to have an adult hanging around because he’s underage but, lets face it, adults are shite these days when it comes to watching over poptweens.
So yeah – he’s making out with a fan. He’s probably been screwing someone he’s been touring with. It wouldn’t surprise me if “blowjob with bubblegum lipgloss” was on his pre-concert demand list, right below apple juice-boxes.

Well there isn’t any doubt that this is one typically horny 16 year old boy with the kind of opportunity to get lucky that most of them would kill for. And I doubt he feels like he is being taken advantage of. I just hope he is being safe and that in 20 years we don’t have another Donny Bonnaduce , or Corey Feldman on our hands.

Well, my first thought was “what? That could be anybody with Beiber-hair that she’s kissing!” But I guess the general consensus here is that we’re believing that’s a picture of him. In that case, kissing behind a hotel?! That sounds shady in a “my mommy uses a special kind of sugar but she doesn’t put it in her coffee” kind of way. I’m not sure whether to doubt the picture/source or to just start believing that young Beiber is full of tricks….

I don’t understand why the girl who leaked the pics thought it was okay to release them now. The only thing that’s changed between a few months ago & now is that Beib has been shown groping some bikini-clad Disney tail.
I *just* thought about something I’ve never considered before. I’ve never been able to believe he was older than 14…but as a singer, he obtained fans with the his boyish voice. (I think called Contertenor)
Perhaps he’s been using hormones to prevent him from going through puberty right away… for the sake of preserving the voice, not allowing it to change. If he *was* taking hormones, his appearance would also be effected, delaying in the features maturing in puberty.
