Half-centenarian Madonna is said to be fuming after clips got out of the video Britney filmed that will air during her upcoming “Sticky & Sweet” tour. The video features Britney freaking out in an elevator wearing a lycra bodysuit with a hood. Madonna’s 1994 song “Human Nature” plays in the background. When Madonna found out clips had leaked, she got pissed and blamed Britney. She’s said to be considering yanking the video from her tour, but I doubt that will happen. This was in Star, so take it for the rumor that it is.

There are advanced details of this video, but I haven’t seen clips and couldn’t find any in a half-assed search. E! Online had a few faraway photos of Britney shooting this, so maybe that’s what the article was referring to. Even if it’s true that Madonna is upset and blames Britney’s people for the video getting out, she’s not likely to cut it from her tour. She needs the publicity that goes along with including Britney’s segment.
Madonna celebrated her 50th birthday over the weekend at a $200,000 party at a club in London. Her husband, Guy Richie, gave a touching speech, saying “She looks better now than she ever has done. I’m so proud. I love her so much.”
Madonna mentioned she was let down by the turnout at her 90-strong party, saying in a speech that lasted a full 40 minutes that she was “really disappointed” that some people didn’t come:
“There are a lot of people who are not here tonight, but thanks to everyone who did make it.
“I can’t believe I have reached half a century. It only happens once and this is an event I’m glad to be sharing with you.”
Neither Gwyneth Paltrow or Stella McCartney were at the party. They probably had better things to do than sit through 40 minutes of Madonna talking about herself.

Ummm, just a couple comments:
1) Guy’s statement: “She looks better now than she ever has done..” Who’s he trying to fool? Madonna must have threatened to rip him a new one with one of her talons if he didn’t tell that HUGE lie. Although, to Guy’s credit, I must say in pic #7 (the thumbnail version only) she does somewhat resemble the Madonna of yesteryear circa 1980’s.
2) Her tour is called Sticky & Sweet? I highly doubt there is anyting remotely sticky or sweet left in that worn out bod anymore.

What the hell is the outfit she’s wearing? I’m not sure I understand it…did she look in the mirror and say, “Yes, this is the best I can do for my 50th b-day party.”? I don’t get it - are those gold bracelets up on her biceps part of the outfit or did she add those on? And all the chains? I didn’t realize part of the theme was back to the 70’s.

As someone said already- it IS a big deal to blow off a friend’s party. It’s not like me where hell, I get it if someone can’t fly in to be with me! I mean, this economy bites it, lots of people struggling, air fares are sky high (har har) but her friends have the resources. And 50?! Milestone b day. She IS a LEO, people. Leos HATE being dissed more than anything, I’m one myself I should know!
She’d going to freeze them out somehow. Watch. -
The outfit! Gahk! WTF? Not only is she supremely self-centered but she has absolutely NO TASTE. She actually referred to her half-century - well, I’ll be blowed (if that were possible).
