She looks better than usual. The squint is improved. First time I’ve seen her eyes in about five years. Although there’s something about her expression that seems a little uncomfortable – like, “If I move my cheeks or my lips any more, they’ll split like a sausage skin”.

Some Botox and skin treatments, but nothing radical. She looks very good IMO.
She looks better than she’s looked in awhile – like maybe she’s gained a teeny bit of weight. I always thought part of her problem is that she desperately wants to be beautiful, and she is only very cute. Nothing wrong with that – but trying to look like CZJ will only make her miserable, you know?
I am so distraught about katy perry being on how i met your mother. Its like the only show i watch (started watching on a regular basis in season 4) and I CANNOT STAND KATY PERRY. Everything about the girl annoys me, my ears bleed every time her stupid proactive commercial comes on and i hear her say “i’m talking about zits here people.”

I’ve always liked her face because I think she has rosacea quite badly and struggles to hide it (as I also do).
I find her squintiness cute and the fact that she is a famous yet normal-faced woman very, very refreshing in this world of homogenous trout pouts and doe eyes.

She looks much better whatever she’s doing. I’ve said for a couple of years she needs to get her upper eyelids done. You can’t see her eyes anymore the skin is so droopy.

@ N Renee has always had cheeks like that and I’m going to blame it on being Swiss. I have the same kind of cheeks. We are both of Zellweger ancestry and we both have those cheeks! 🙂

Disagree with the many “looks natural” comments. Upon close inspection, it appears that she has a bit of that thickened, weird, orange-peel like skin around the chin/corners of mouth/lower lip that so many women who get bad filler jobs seem to have. An especially visible example is one of the supporting actresses (won’t name names) on Cougar Town. Weird.
Last pic- look at her lips. YUCK! She’s messed her mouth up with lip injections like the rest of Hollyweird..
