Open Post: Hosted by Lindsay Lohan’s Klepto Crack Tears (updates)

wenn5560259

This is your official open post to discuss all things Lindsay Lohan. Her arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 Crack Standard (PST), which is 4:30 my time. I’m not going to sit around all afternoon waiting for the train wreck – I’m going to the gym. But I shall return to write about the up-to-the-minute crack shenanigans, hopefully by 4:30 my time.

By the way, it is official now: Lindsay was charged with felony grand theft, as the LA County DA’s office just announced. Her bail has already been set too – $20,000. Which isn’t much, considering that Mother Crackhead will likely only have to put down 10% ($2000). According to Radar’s insider source, at the arraignment, “Lindsay’s probation will be revoked… Immediately. She will be formally arraigned on the single charge, and at that time she will be expected to enter a plea of either not guilty or guilty.” Lindsay will almost definitely plead not guilty –because she’s NOT and because she “feels that she is being maligned, and that she has a reasonable defense: She was loaned the necklace, plain and simple.”

Also – during the arraignment, the judge could decide whether or not another SCRAM bracelet should go on while she’s out on bail. According to one source, the DA will be asking for a sentence of six months in county for probation violation, and additional time for this felony count.

I’ll be updating and junk in a few hours! Or maybe CB will be stepping in. Who knows? Life’s a surprise!

UPDATE: Okay, I just saw a screenshot of Lindsay’s arrival. The crackhead is wearing a long-sleeved white mini-dress with her tittays jacked out. Of course. See the photo here.

UPDATE #2: Here’s a screencap (via TMZ) of Lindsay from the waist up:

blohan1

And here’s a live feed that I hope will go inside the courthouse:

Update by CB: I’ve been listening to TMZ’s live coverage (here) and they mention that the judge has exited chambers. Radar Online has running updates here. Many people are commenting on Lindsay is dressed so inappropriately for court, and one person tweeted to TMZ that Lindsay looks just like Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct. Kaiser is about to create a new post with the latest in this case and some new photos. We’ll see you over there in a moment.

Wow, how many times has this women been to court in the last 6 months. Who has to go to court this many times? It’s ridiculous and instead of her parents defending her they should be telling her to get it together because the closer this women gets to 30 the less time she has to rebound from all of this crap.

  2. Eileen says:

WHAT? Where’s the famous pink crack coat photo! Never gets old!! LOL

  3. SuperSleuth says:

    Deja vu.

  4. brin says:

Wonder if she has the f word on her fingernail again.

  5. devilgirl says:

It’s snowing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Lilo’s kind of snow, but it is white around here.

  6. OXA says:

Her 10% down of the bail is less than the necklace she stole.

  7. Marjalane says:

.” Lindsay will almost definitely plead not guilty – “because she’s NOT” and because she “feels that she is being maligned, and that she has a reasonable defense: She was loaned the necklace, plain and simple.”

AND because she took a poll of all her dealers and they agreed: Not Guilty!

  8. Zelda says:

Okay I’ll put it out in this post too:
Thoughts on why her face is so bloated?
I’ve stayed up all night on…substances…and looked less swollen the next day. I’m sure she has too. What is UP?

  9. OriginalGracie says:

@devilgirl: hahaha, here too! I bet if it snowed in California, Lindsay would scoop some up and try to snort it anyway just in case.

  10. ctkat1 says:

Yippee! A new mugshot- this takes us up to, 5? 6? Will have to google…

  11. Ron says:

Lindsay is keeping legal professionals and reporters in jobs. She is a one woman stimulus package for CA.

  12. di butler says:

She should never, ever, ever make that cocked eyebrow expression in public again. Not flattering.

  13. Laurie says:

I hope she gets some serious jail/prison time. I am tired of her antics and disregard for the law. Time to serve some time and hopefully that will straighten her out. Nothing else seems to scare any sense into this idiot.

  14. ! says:

How embarrassing for her. I mean, a lot of Hollywood peeps have their ups and downs, mostly with wild behavior and drugs…but to get in trouble for constantly stealing, and get nabbed (finally) for taking high end jewelery? I mean, c’mon. That she needs to, and does, steal is embarrassing enough but cripes, that she gets caught, doesn’t stop, and finally is going down has to just be mortifying.

  15. serena says:

Not only she’s a crack-head liar but she so damn dumb. At least wait before doing another mess. wtf.

  16. Melissa says:

As much I am really do hope she has to do hard time and actually be punished for something she has done for once, I will be sad to not be entertained by all her crack shenanigans!! It is very entertaining and helps me get through my boring day at work:)

  17. LindyLou says:

I can’t wait to hear the store owner’s version of events. This will get good!

  18. beth says:

that last picture of her where she looks like a 50yo aging very badly – is that real, or did someone mess w her face w Photoshop?

  19. Isa says:

Well, I’m the last person to preach, but I don’t see this as entertaining at all.
By now I had wished all things LiLo would have vanished. But unfortunately more drama over something that a lot of people in Hollywood consider a way of life, only she gets nailed for it.
    Let’s hope for the best…..

  20. Maya says:

Lindsay has been stealing for years and now she must pay the price.

  21. k says:

If the necklace were loaned, wouldn’t the store have arranged for her to sign a recipient form or something?

  22. Gwen says:

I wish someone would finally teach her a lesson. Don’t expect it to happen though.

  23. Marjalane says:

This is amusing- I just heard the local NBC affiliate lead with this questionable tease:

“Tortured starlet, Lindsey Lohan faces her toughest battle as she faces shoplifting charges”

Yeah. Felony shoplifting. “Tortured starlet” made me snicker.

  24. wunderkindt says:

    Her brain has been coke-jacked.

  25. rissa says:

Im the same age as lindsay and I just cant believe how much trouble she gets in. ive never even gotten a speeding ticket!

  26. TQB says:

Yay!! A new mugshot is coming! Yay!

  27. NayNay says:

I hope that she is finally held accountable for her actions. She is not above the law, and has been getting away with very little punishment for her crimes. Celebrities should not be treated better than regular people.

  28. ctkat1 says:

I’m thinking that we’ll have enough mugshots to make a calendar by the time she turns 30- Christmas present for everyone!!

[I joke about this whole situation because it went from being troubling, to tragic, to frustrating, to ridiculous, to worthy of mockery at this point.]

  29. katielouisiana says:

Lindsay always look better in her mug shots than she does in any other pictures.

  30. LittleFATMe says:

As Michael K might ask, “Wonder what Nana Lohan says about all this?” She is probably still trying to drag Mother Lohan out of her drunken sloppy state so she can tell her what her little money maker, I mean stealer, is up to now.
On the topic of bail, $2000 is nothing – she can simple pawn some other stolen crap and be back on the ho stroll in no time.

  31. bunkins says:

    JAIL JAIL JAIL

    FINGERS CROSSED!

  32. Anonymous says:

    Gawd thats so true Katielousiana…lol

  33. dread pirate cuervo says:

It’s wrong that I want her to be late for court, right? Or dragged kicking & screaming. Or a low-speed Bronco chase. I’ve been waiting AAAALLLLL day for this & feel like it should be a spectacle. Even that superlong $ciento article (no really new info) from the New Yorker didn’t take up enough time to get me to 4:30. I think all future crack-shenanigans should be handled by the po-po bright & early.

  34. hottathanholywatta says:

she can add to her wonderful collection of mug shots. I personally dont think she’s necessarily a thief I think she’s an entitled, spolied brat that doesnt understand that the world doesn’t revolve around her and that with her actions come consequences. Quite frankly if she was smart, she’d leave LA move to some small town somewhere and live off the meager earnings she has left and perhaps go to school and become a dental assitant

  35. wunderkindt says:

I want the mugshot shotglass and fridge magnet set.

  36. Kat says:

Prediction: She’ll get away with it again, like she always does. She’ll get some b.s. sentence, community service, paying the $2.5k to the jewelry store and be on probation again. Even if she does get jail time, it won’t be enough to deter her from acting like the narcissistic, self entitled crack ho we all know. There won’t be any real jail time (real jail time=6 months or more in a non hollywood spa rehab type facility) or any real consequences. That’s why LL behaves the way that she does: she knows there are no real consequences for her actions. Dina & Sparky can get her out of anything, including handcuffs.

  37. Laurie says:

Does anyone know?? If they revoke her probation today, will she go to jail immediately or not? I read she will have bail for the felony theft charge, but her probabtion revocation is separate from that, right? Any legal eagles care to comment?

  38. elusive says:

This post makes my wednesday happy. I cant wait to see #5!

  39. brin says:

My Lindsay mugshot wine glasses are on back order.

  40. Ferocity says:

…I’m looking forward to this. The boyfriend isn’t going to understand why I’m glued to the internet today.

  41. Penguen says:

@hottathanholywatta – it’s a nice thought, but would you really want her around all that novicaine (sp?) and laughing gas?

    Hide yo kids.
    Hide yo wife.

    🙂

  42. logan says:

The only way this person will EVER change if everyone she comes in contact with refuses to be a part of HER world and refuses to help her in anyway when she get herself in trouble. She has too many friends (enablers, hangers on, etc.) who are more than willing to be there for the fun parts. She has far too many people (lawyers, family etc.) who are more than willing to help her get out of trouble. Let her live her life the way she wants, but don’t be there to bail her out. Believe me I speak from experience. I have a daughter who went from one mess to another. Once her father and I STOPPED helping her get out of jams she decided to live her life entirely different. Granted she will be paying financially for a long long time, but it is without our help. You can’t enable an addict no matter what the addiction.

  43. Frenchie says:

It’s bad when you make more mugshot than movie posters.
It’s even worse when your mugshots look better than your fashion pictures !

  44. gamblea says:

why would a jewelry store let her walk out wearing an item. If her assistant borrowed it for a shoot, why was LL wearing it around town. She flubbed that, saying ‘I’m so sorry it was an accident’ would have been the proper if not overused lie in this case.

  45. Nanea says:

In addition to whatever kind of jail sentence they’re going to decide on, I’d like to see her do, let’s say, 2000 hours of community service – e.g. helping out at a home for children whose parents left them because of drugs.

  46. happygirl says:

**Passes popcorn to brin 😉 **

KAISER! I couldn’t love you more if I tried – have a great workout and thank you for the crack laughs and the open post!

Do not pass GO, give the person back the $200 you stole, and go DIRECTLY to Jail!

  47. Kat says:

She just arrived. Sauntered up the court house steps like it was her own private catwalk. She still doesn’t get it.

  48. Maria says:

wow she sure knows how to dress. white skintight short dress. very appropriate.

  49. Marie says:

Don’t forget she got her hair did last night for this special occasion, so she is going to look FABULOUS!! lol

  50. Johnny Depp's Girl says:

WEll that’s ok Maria, in a few short mins, she gets to wear an Orange jump suit again!!

    YaYAYAYAY!! I vote JAIL!

  51. Katie says:

I think real jeal for real time (longer than 2 weeks or whatever she served) would be the best thing that could happen to this girl. Something major needs to happen for her to get her life on track.

  52. lucy2 says:

I would hope that her already being on probation will lead to stricter consequences, not yet another slap on the wrist. But who knows.

Somebody has to do some sort of product with all her mug shots.

  53. happygirl says:

@ brin ~ ROFLMAO!!!! I should place my order asap so I don’t miss out on those mugshot wine glasses! OMG I think I just peed myself a little. It’s like Christmas. I know…I’m totally evil.

  54. Marie says:

A bra or at least a supportive one would have been appropriate.

  55. Matt says:

    HAHAHA! Popcorn at the ready.

Because of the time difference here in Oz I might wait until I get home from work and savour all the juicy details later!

  56. Lisal says:

Nothing about this is amusing. Here you have a human being who is constantly being enabled by her family and friends. She has nary a person in her life to guide her. Very, very sad.

  57. bunkins says:

she is a grown woman who knows exactly what she is doing. my god she isn’t 5 years old. she is so narcissistic. she thinks this is a runway. obviously she isn’t serious and rehab has done nothing for her. hope they throw the book at her!
some serious jail time could be the only wakeup call.

  58. brin says:

@happygirl….I think the mugshot beer steins are on sale….we should stock up!

  59. Moreaces says:

Kaiser, it’s really very evil of you to continue to torture us with that horrible picture of her with the white one sleeve dress, you should really be ashame of yourself, sometime I have to sleep alone at night, and this is one of them,, hmmpff

  60. Rita says:

I missed the opening kick off. Wonder if the advertising rates for this thread went up.

  61. happygirl says:

@ Lisal – I rarely comment to disagree with anyone posting here, but, with all due respect, although I agree it’s unfortunate that she’s enabled so much, she’s also a grown adult who should be able to recognize right from wrong by now…and the only thing I find SAD in this case is how many times she’s broken the law with little to no consequence. Just my humble opinion, of course, but I think it’s time for her to put her big girl panties on and face the music. For once. I do respect your opinion, though. 😉

Edit – @ brin – girl, you’re KILLING me! Omg…funny sh*t!!! (and seriously with the outfit to court? Did she think court meant Chateau Marmont?)

  62. Jeri says:

Does she have her F–k You fingernails on?

  63. Moreaces says:

    @TCB
Yay!! A new mugshot is coming! Yay!

In about 25 years someone will go on the show Pawn Stars, with the 35 collection set of her mug shots, they will probably be worth about 10 cents though.

  64. TeeTee says:

the first thing I did was look for “THE necklace” on her, LOL

    what a Hot Ass Mess!!

I wonder if her fans (heehee) are still saying she’s making a come-back..
she IS but in the sameole way.

  65. JenJen says:

@Laurie, I have always heard that anytime someone breaks probation, it’s a direct “go to jail”. She obviously isn’t worried about that and not being able to maintain her bleach job.

Dr.Drew is entertaining on HLN, he’s joined her team. How does he know she’s sober? Please.

  66. chasingadalia says:

This is making my shit class go by so much faster.

  67. ctkat1 says:

She’s wearing a skintight, short white dress that looks perfect for a nightclub- because a nice suit, or blouse and demure skirt, etc. wouldn’t possible be appropriate for court. I worked as a law clerk for a Judge- they pay attention to what defendants wear. It matters.

She came strutting into court in that dress and high, high heels like she was on a red carpet, and the sad thing is, she is probably giddy with all the attention. It doesn’t matter that it is negative attention, to her, all attention is good attention.

  68. OXA says:

HLN has a panel discussing LL and they all said her dress was inapropriate for court. Dr Drew says her sobriety has to be addressed and worked on daily like a diabetic works on their diet and take insulin.

  69. Marie says:

@ctkat, I agree I use to work for the state and was in judge’s chambers a lot, they notice this and it shows a complete lack of respect for the court.

  70. TQB says:

@Moreaces, you name-checked me in a post about Pawn Stars! LOVE. I am so making that collection.

  71. machiavelli says:

She will be booked, will plead not guilty, posts bail and is out again. So what is new?

  72. the original bellaluna says:

@ brin – Please put me down for 4 mugshot wineglasses and 2 of the beer steins (for my dad).

    Girl, you are too funny!

  73. dovesgate says:

If I ever decide to become a crackhead shoplifter, I’m contacting LiLo for her list of shops to visit. And when I’m caught, I’m claiming to be her long lost cousin and that I’m siccing Dina on them if they dont let me go. Hmmmm there might be a viable career change in store for me.

  74. mimi says:

I will be in a 3 hour class beginning in an hour (Eastern time) so I will be checking consistently for updates as opposed to learning say….Family Law (although in a way it could be applicable considering Dina’s shit*y parenting!)

  75. Rita says:

    @Marie & ctkat

All judges take note if defendents are showing respect to the court but at her last court appearance she had f’you painted on her nails and got a slap on the wrist. Let’s see if this judge remembers that.

Holy smoke, I just saw the length of her dress. I’ll bet she has f’you embroidered on her cooter cover.

  76. Melinda says:

@ Brin and Happygirl- you forgot the commemorative beer cuzies. 😉

  77. Sparkly says:

Oh man, I LOVE this judge.

  78. JenJen says:

LL is quite cocky today, talking over the judge in a snotty tone, too. I bet she enjoyed all the anticipation while she sat in the vehicle arriving.

  79. Kristin says:

That judge RIPPED into her. LOVE HIM. “Look around. You are no different than anyone else. Everyone else here has to follow the law. You do too.”

  80. Kat says:

She is acting like the snotty, self-entitled little bitch she is. Thinks she’s above everyone else, when she’s just a thieving drug addict who should have been locked up a long time ago.

  81. ctkat1 says:

Wow- that Judge is not fooling around. He said, in no uncertain terms, that if she breaks the law, she will be held without bail and her attorney will not be able to get her out this time.

He also clearly told her that she was no different than anyone else, and she had to follow the law like everyone else. He’s not playing.

  82. OXA says:

Her lips look ridiculous and remind me of a duck’s ass.

  83. seVen says:

Awwww snap, its on now. This shit is better then the OJ trial!

  84. Rita says:

    @ctkat1

That’s what they told her last time. Does the judge expect the public to accept his theatrical scolding as punishment? Throw her ass in jail for probation violation.

  85. Naw, Bruh. I'm Good says:

Soooooo, there was this kid. And she did this movie once called The Parent Trap. And now she’s, like, a has been. But, did you hear about that new girl from True Grit who has all kinds of awards nominations and stuff? Cause, like, she’s actually, like, an actress and…

  86. dragonlady sakura says:

Jail? Oh, please. This is Lilo we’re talking about. She could be caught with a kilo of coke in her purse while drinking beer inside a daycare, and the most she’d get is a citation and stern warning.

  87. Marie says:

Who thinks she will be celebrating tonight?

  88. Maria says:

why did her eyes flash to the right when the judge said “you’re not different from anyone else”? The rest of the time she was looking straight ahead

  89. ashleighlauren says:

I feel bad for Lindsay Lohan. I get that she’s a big girl, and she’s making bad choices. However, I think that her parents have enabled her for so long, and I think that she really has something wrong with her. Having said that, the best thing that could happen to this girl is to have some consequences for her actions. Frankly, the state of California has nobody to blame but themselves at this point (the legal system, not like the people living in California). You can’t keep telling somebody,”Don’t do this, or this will happen,” then not follow through and expect the person to behave reasonably. Most people would be assholes if there were no consequences.

And I have to say, it really pisses me off that she may only have to pay $2000 to get out of jail. I work with people who are generally very poor, and their lives end up ruined from one drunk driving charge because they can’t pay their way out of jail. They end up sitting in jail because they can’t buy their way out, then they lose their jobs and their apartments. Although the whole bail thing may have been created with the best of intentions, it’s basically a get out of jail free card for the wealthy. And that sucks.

  90. elusive says:

Maria – it was an eyeroll with out the roll. I saw it too.

  91. ctkat1 says:

I actually agree with Harvey from TMZ- she still isn’t taking this seriously, because if she was, she would have worn something more appropriate. It still hasn’t hit her that this is serious.

I also predict that she will plea down to a misdemeanor and then get jail time for the probation violation. The real question will be if she has to serve the full 6 month jail sentence: here in my state the Judge can mandate that there is no reduction in time served, but I don’t know about Cali.

  92. Maria says:

    well apparentlY:

A quick glance sideways can also be done to show irritation (‘I didn’t appreciate that comment!’).

  93. elusive says:

maria – her oscar worthy “actressing” on display. Couldnt even keep her face in check while being “told” by the judge. Eye roll or eye shift, it was all disrespect. I got a “ya whatever” vibe from it. TMZ was calling Schwartz harsh…I thought he was very kind to her. I would have called that spade a shovel.

  94. happygirl says:

@ Melinda ~ girl, you know I could use a new beer cuzie!! Brilliant! 😉

@ Rita – preach it, sister.

  95. sisi says:

Did you see the picture of her entire profile when she entered the building? The fake tan on her legs is even more fug than normally! you cannot see it clearly on these pics though.

  96. brin says:

@the original bellaluna….your order is in and shipping is free!

  97. Lisal says:

@happygirl – That’s the thing: I don’t think she recognizes right and wrong like normal people do. She’s been coddled her whole life, either by her parents or nefarious Hollywood agents, publicists, what have you. Some child actors get over this phase (Drew Barrymore, to name one), but most don’t and they end up dead (Corey Haim, Dana Plato). She needs true help. I don’t find any of it funny; it’s sad to watch someone’s downward spiral.

  98. mauibound says:

This is just so sad, it’s like watching some kind of accident in slow motion and it can’t be stopped. I know it’s all self inflicted, her crackhead parents seemed to have helped it along, but nothing is gonna chande untill this girl grows up and takes responsibility for her actions

  99. happygirl says:

@ Lisal – I totally get what you’re saying. I’m a huge Drew Barrymore fan, and I loved Corey Haim, and you’re right, I wish he (and all the others) would have gotten help, but I think she does know the difference between right and wrong, and she’s had so many chances. She just got out of rehab, which was meant to “help” her, and just treated it like a joke. If I am wrong, and she really needs mental help, then I hope she gets it. I personally think she needs a wake up call that she is NOT so entitled as she seems to think she is. The above-the-law attitude she gives off with the F-YOU fingernails (I’m pretty sure that was a conscious decision), and the smirks, and the constant law-breaking…she seems pretty sane to me. Just belligerent. And disrespectful. Sorry, I hate to disagree with people, no harm meant. 😉

  100. futureperfect says:

    what a sociopath.

  101. CB Rawks says:

“If the necklace were loaned, wouldn’t the store have arranged for her to sign a recipient form or something?”

    Exactly, k.
With insurance papers too, and since we know Lindsay is uninsurable for all things on earth, there’s no way a company would trust her with jewellery.
She is a weasely little liar.

  102. CB Rawks says:

“How embarrassing for her. – That she needs to, and does, steal is embarrassing enough but cripes, that she gets caught, doesn’t stop, and finally is going down has to just be mortifying.”

It *should* be deeply shameful and embarrassing to her, but I really think she is actually proud of herself. And of course she revels in the attention, which she can’t get any other way, because she has destroyed her career.

  103. mauibound says:

Is it just me or are her implants dropping? No seriously.

  104. Bill Hicks is God says:

Cries for attention because her idiot parents are AWOL and likely have been since “sperm, meet egg.”

I’m actually feeling sorry for her.

She’s twisting in the wind and they’re rubbing their grubby palms together thinking only of the publicity for themselves. ‘Cause you just know, the electronic hoop juice that are tweets will follow.

  105. Lisal says:

@happygirl – none taken! 🙂 Jail might be good for the girl — just the wake-up call you mention. Agreed!

  106. Lynda says:

Those boobs aren’t jacked up. She rolls over on them in bed. Can she get a fitting in jail? Naaahh…her roomie likes her just the way she is…droopy.
