This new “ZOMG BREAKUP” story comes via Star Magazine (Jezebel), so it’s probably nothing. But it still gave me pleasurable goosebumps, just because it’s going to be such an amazing day in the gossip world when Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson split up officially. I don’t think it will happen until next year, though, so mark your calendars! Anyway, Star reports this week that Sparkles hasn’t been all up on the Lip-Biter’s grill lately, which is new. Usually Sparkles is “the one who loves too much” and the one who loves some PDA because he adores his girlfriend. Kristen is almost always the one “playing it cool” and seeming to “keep her options open.” According to Star, Sparkles has been partying in London (and perhaps Canada) without Kristen. He “seems bored” with the relationship, according to sources, and he’s been ignoring Kristen’s calls, which makes her weepy and infuriated. A Sparkle-friend says: “He drinks and flirts and acts like a single guy when she’s not around.” Yeah… I still think Sparkles is the one who loves too much in this particular relationship.
In other Sparkles ‘n K-Stew news, did you know that they’re up for “Best Kiss” at the MTV Movie Awards AGAIN?!?!? And they’re both expected to show up, according to the most recent reports, which means we’ll get another awkward, lip-biting performance when they “win”. MTV also announced that Sparkles, K-Stew and Taylor Lautner will be introducing never-before-seen footage from Breaking Dawn during the awards show. Here’s a teaser:

Sparkles was filming in Toronto last weekend and I didn’t hear of anyone running into him out at the bars – I thought for sure there would be a spotting at Hemingways.

As if them breaking up wouldn’t cause enough hysteria, they have now apparently adopted a dog together… ZOMG who will get custody of the poor puppy they rescued together from the animal shelter????!!

When they break up, it’s gonna be like the end of times for all twihards, they forget how young they are. I think he’s so under a pap and twitter microscope he can’t even blow his nose in peace, let alone get some side action though.
But the tabloids seem to have two stories for these two, and they trade off weekly with them either getting married or breaking up. They are like the budget version of the Brange.

Re breakup “next year, so mark your calendars!”: ROFL totally. I am excited for the breakup, but even more so, to see what they do when they are unfettered. Especially my girl there, but that nice boy too. I dunno that he’s gay. He might be.
The R-Pattz-instigated PDAs I have seen do not seem to me like he loves her too much. It looks more as if he is trying to maintain the facade, and she just doesn’t have that in her, so he’s assigned himself. They are genuinely close friends, I think; K-Stew has said some things about him in which I don’t think she could have faked the hearfeltness.
For some reason I seriously hope he’s dating someone. But even if he isn’t, I don’t think he has ANY delusions.
