Wow, this Blake Lively nude scandal is really picking up some steam. I mean, ALLEGED Blake Lively nude scandal. Since it’s so obvious from this new batch of naked photos that this is SO NOT Blake Lively. I guess I have to say that because I don’t want to get my ass sued. So, to recap: two nights ago, the internet exploded with photos that appeared to be Blake Lively naked in some bathroom or dressing room. The photos were budget, and obviously taken on a camera-phone. You can see the first batch here – beware, they are VERY NSFW, all you have to do is click through the WWTDD links. Anyway, even though Blake’s rep denied it (in an oddly worded statement), I thought they were probably of Blake.
So now there is a new batch of photos, mostly close-up shots of boobs, ass, etc. You can see the NSFW images here. There are also a couple of un-blurry photos of this chick’s face. And it’s TOTALLY NOT Blake, of course. Here’s a question: did Blake really think that she could deny it and everything would go away? For some reason, I feel like this is only the tip of the naked-photo iceberg. I think Blake gets bored and instead of memorizing her lines, she takes photos of her gorgeous (enhanced) body. Anyway, the “hacker” says that this is Blake, and he’s got more.
I have a conspiracy theory too, and it’s a nasty one. Michael K pointed out that these photos were likely taken when Blake was working on The Town – there are some shots of her fake tattoos, the ones she wore for that film. Who was Blake “allegedly” boning during The Town? Ben Affleck. Were these photos originally intended for Ben’s eyes? And the timing is so, so suspicious. Right when Blake is about to promote The Green Lantern, right when she’s rolling out her new relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio. It feels like this is someone trying to get at Blake, someone who used to be the recipient of these photos.
And yes, her boobs are fake. I’ve known that for a few years! Why are people acting like it’s new information. The bolt-ons are decent, though. Decent and completely fake.

They might have been sent to Ben Affleck, but there are a host of Hollywood producers who could have been on the receiving end of the photos.
Also, the first batch is definitely her- same phone, same body, and the blurry shot of her face has the same large freckle in the same location.

Ok so I already pasted this on the other Lively thread (and yes it is LONG), but I swear I laughed so hard at this, I want to make sure you all enjoy its amazingness! It is a comment on TMZ. Blake’s people should send this out as a press release and be done with it!
“Here’s my stab in the dark: assuming that this series of photos was taken while Ms. Lively was filming The Town, she could have snapped herself in these various poses in preparation for her sex scene with Ben Affleck. In none of the shots does she wear the cloying kind of seductive expressions that Vanessa Hudgens sported in virtually all of her sexting pics that were released online. We haven’t seen any graphic/porno crotch-shot a la Vanessa.
In fact, none of these photos bear resemblance to the ubiquitous images of naked nubile women that are hacked (or voluntarily shared) from a personal recording device. Each photo of Blake looks to me to be “test shots” she took, so that she could have detailed views of her exposed body from the various angles and in the numerous poses she might have anticipated to film in that physically revealing scene. Knowing how the camera magnifies every flaw on a person’s body, it’s not unreasonable to consider that Ms. Lively wanted to be aware of any perceived flaw (i.e. a blemish or spot of cellulite) before disrobing in front of the crew, under harsh lighting.
Still, regardless of whether or not she took these self-portraits as a professional aid or as intimate pictures to share with her significant other, from everything I’ve read about this young lady and learned from her warm interviews, she is an unaffected actresses whose level of small-screen fame and blossoming big-screen success would cause other less-grounded starlets to lose themselves in the Hollywood lifestyle that swallows up so many young actors. We don’t hear about her getting drunk, doing drugs, having indiscriminate sex or crashing cars. So what if she panicked and had her representative deny the authenticity of these very personal photos? Give Blake a break. She didn’t hurt anyone and has always conducted herself professionally. She has a big future ahead of her. This violation of her privacy will be a blip in her IMDb biography.”

I agree with the comment reposted from TMZ – these don’t look like pics one does for boyfriend. There is nothing sexy and seductive about them.
Don’t know if she did it as part of preparation for sex scene or just out of curiosity or boredom but she took them for herself, not for another viewer.
I hope this haker is caught and put in jail. I don’t give a damn about Blake but it’s a very emberassing and painfull situation to find yourself in when something private and even intimate is forcefully leaked for everyone to see.

I’m on the lainey train, the timing of these released pictures hint that she’s gotten out of line with someone. Lets be honest, a lot of these broads do a lot of couch casting and favors of sorts to get ahead, and these pictures do imply something a lot more seedy than “oops, my ex- boyfriend’s phone got hacked.”

This girl puts herself in tabloids often, she’s a driven girl and very pretty, she does what she needs to since it’s not like she’s the best actress. But Leo does not have to act that way cause he’s always been considered a strong, serious actor.
Everyone is wondering why these two are together, and that pap photo ops are happening consistently since Cannes, it’s not his style. lainey’s been saying explicitly for years that this girl has been putting out to get ahead. that she’s ambitious and does what she needs to, and that she has the hardest working publicist in show business who keeps her sounding like she’s in the running for parts with carey mulligan and the like. she’s also made it clear that she’s done a blind item on her several times, one having to do with a certain audition process with an actor/director, another having to do with a certain uncle harvey.
It’s no surprise all her early budding romances with A list hotties are documented so well from the very start(waving at ryan gosling at disneyland), and leo is no exception it seems. Which is what makes this all very weird, cause Leo is ALWAYS the exception. He does not play these games at his age and status level.

I think I know what Lainey means when she says Leo is burying something. She said a couple days ago that she couldn’t post the pics of Leo/Blake holding hands because they have been embargoed by some publication. Next thing you know Us Weekly is the only magazine that have published the pics with an exclusive and rather laughable story accompanying the pics . I guess this pics have been staged exclusively for Us Weekly, they probably find some damaging info about Leo and ask him to stage a fauxmance for them to make it disappeared(maybe something related to the TMZ lawsuit that seems to have vanished). That’s the only rational explanation, everybody knows that he’s a very private why the sudden change in attitude, his career is doing good at the moment so I don’t think he needs the publicity plus, he has broken up with his long time GF a couple of weeks ago so it’s safe to say it’s too soon for him to find a new beard. I think he choosed Blake because they have been linked in the past plus she’s a tabloid fixture which is better for sales.

but something makes me feel bad for Blake. The pictures weren’t meant for thousands to see. They were private pictures, and even if they were for her boyfriend/costar/director, it seems like a huge invasion of privacy to have these pictures analyzed by all of us, and her actions. I don’t know much about Blake Lively and I’ve always sort of wondered about the level of hostility directed at her so I’ll just say a couple of things:
1. I thought she was good – very good, even – in The Town.

I don’t think that she send those pictures to Ben or that Gossip Girl boyfriend. I feel like she send those to producer that she slept with at the time for movie roles. Maybe it was Harvey Weinstein. Or some other producer.
I mean she was completely nobody and then in one moment she suddenly gets all those covers and appearances. She must have some powerful mentor who arranges it all for her. And pictures were for him. And he was the one who released them. Who knows why. Maybe she decided that she is big star now and stopped sleeping with him. And he revenged and showed her her place.

It never mattered whether it was her or not. Once they were out there she is branded, job done. People prefer to believe the scandalous, its more interesting and unfortunately for the ‘victim’ there is very little address when photos trickle then flood the internet. Nevertheless the photos were private and I’m ashamed of all the misogynistic and sexist baiting that I hope is about to peak and the tide will turn to another pressing issue. Why do we need to make Gods of mortals/models/actors and then feel sanctimonious glee as we push them of their pedestals? Whether you like her or not (and I do, she’s a nice girl, probably a bit flirty but who wasn’t in your early 20′s, you learn as you get older) all the nastiness, the speculation and the spreading of those photos is tantamount to raping a young woman over and over again. She’s not acting in a porno, they are private photos not meant for publication. Her stupid publicist made this the biggest story of the summer by using the word fake, adding longevity to the story and incredulity to her client. Now people who may not have been interested can feel legitimate in searching for them to investigate for themselves and websites and blogs can feel justified in publishing them in their journalistic pursuit of the truth, ha! It has also given the ‘leaker’ the upperhand as they can post just about any pornographic or suggestive photo without a head, next to a legitimate photo and say it is her. (I personally don’t believe half the 2nd set of photos are her). I think the ‘leaker’ is daring the publicist to make another false statement. However she can’t say half the photos are real, half not, I lied/panicked before or that will just make her look a fool and surely lose her clients. (her previous clients include Lindsey Lohan and Britney.) The ‘leaker’ timed the story for maximum exposure – the Us magazine story leading up to the MTV awards this Sunday. The photos it seems were taken some time ago, so they have sat on them for many months presumably waiting for the perfect moment for us to eat it up, to cause the maximum damage to Blake’s relationship, image and career, though i hope that isn’t the case. That is cold and this was a premeditated assault.

There are no victims when it comes to taking pictures of yourself with your cellphone. We ALL are big enough boys and girls to know the potential repurcussions of taking photos this way, either with getting hacked, or having the recipient share with others,etc. I’m sorry but if you are famous, you should be doubly more careful too. It’s just a dumb thing to do, and everyone knows they are taking a chance when they do it, Blake included.

I don’t know that the photos were not leaked by her PR but I’m sure if they were they didn’t expect to cause the sort of vitriol that is coming from you or the censure and attacks whirling around the internet. Perhaps Chanel do a limited edition bag with a scarlet letter to replace the logo. Presumably all actors must audition to get a part and sometimes you get them, sometimes you don’t. That said she has had more opportunities in the past than the vast majority of actresses ever do, but don’t worry @ Bubelle I’m sure that’s at an end now.

I don’t understand all the controversy
about someone trying to make it in her field of choice. Politicians have been known to make up stories, so have some of our Presidents,
the Governor of California, Judges, lawyers, doctors, etc. Madoff stole millions of $$’s from people, the stockmarket crash, lenders falsified docs to make loans, and the list goes on and on. I bet none of those people got any derrogatory remarks from any of us. And, yet, Blake is a young and ambitious young woman who is wanting to get ahead and we are all passing judement.
We are applying a double standard, Blake needs to be morally correct, but the people that should make a difference in our daily lifes don’t get the same comments that we are writing about Blake.
I guarantee you that Blake is not the first person to use her assets to achieve success and she will not be the last one!
