Johnny Depp has so far resisted marrying his girlfriend of eight years and mother of his two children, pretty French actress Vanessa Paradis. A report in Star magazine in July suggested that Vanessa was resistant to marriage, but that Johnny told her he
would get married whenever she changed her mind.
Now rumors are heating up that Johnny might marry Vanessa soon!
That’s what locals say in Plan de la Tour, a 12th-Century village near St.-Tropez in the south of France, where the couple, who’ve been going steady for eight years, own a $2-million villa.
It’s a bit of a surprise, since Depp’s often denied he’s interested in the M-word. “It would be a shame to ruin her last name,” he quipped to OK! magazine last year. “It’s so perfect. It would be such a drag to stick her with Paradis-Depp.” Understood, dude!

Maybe Vanesssa will keep her last name, which means “paradise” in French, or maybe this is just a rumor. Regardless Johnny is undoubtedly a great dad and partner and these two have been together a long time. We hope they make it legal.
Meanwhile the second installment in the “Pirates” series has grossed over $1 billion worldwide, making it the third highest grossing movie of all time! Success couldn’t find a more deserving actor.

you know why I like Johnny with her? Because she’s not a typical beautiful woman. Don’t get me wrong, she’s not ugly, she just isn’t like Angelina beautiful, do you agree? It’s like he loves her for what is on the inside, and that is how it should be.

many actresses keep there own name for stage purposes but use there married name for personal or don’t change there name at all, if they are happy as they are why change it till there ready.

I remember her when she was first starting (she was very, very young, almost a child star)–very pretty in an understated, French way. The only problem I see is her teeth, but the Europeans don’t have the American obsession with perfect teeth (preferably all caps for stars who end up looking the same).

Why get married? They are happy as they are. 8 years is a good long time and they dont need to make it legal. Marriage is such a farce.

I think she has an original beauty and Johnny loves everything about her.
