Shanna Moakler must not read the celebrity gossip on a daily basis. She probably thinks that Paris is still with her ex, Travis Barker, when the word is that she’s already moved on to Andy Roddick. Paris claims that Shanna attacked her at club Hyde last night, that she started swearing at her and hauled off and punched her in the face. Paris went to the LA cops, with whom she should be on a first name basis by now, and filed a complaint.
Shanna also filed a complaint against Paris’ ex, Stavros Niarchos, who she claimed threw a drink at her and pushed her down the stairs!
Elliot Mintz, Paris’ publicist, tells TMZ that his client was at Hyde nightclub Wednesday night and at approximately 1:10 a.m. she says she was approached by Shanna, who allegedly began screaming obscenities at her. Hilton says at that point Moakler struck her in the jaw with a closed fist as she continued to shout profanities. Mintz says Moakler was restrained and several people helped Paris exit Hyde. Mintz says Hilton never touched Moakler.
Mintz and Hilton then went to the LAPD’s Hollywood Division where she filed a police report, alleging battery.
We’re told Moakler also went to the station to file a report against Paris’ companion that evening, Stavros Niarchos, alleging that he poured a drink over her head. A source tells TMZ that Moakler alleges that Niarchos shoved her down some stairs.
Now Paris was caught making up a story back in July of last year that she was attacked by a woman in a London nightclub. She’s being sued for $10 million by the woman she falsely accused, Zeta Graff. Paris arranged to have the story leaked to the tabloids by sending an e-mail to her publicist, and then hilariously claimed in a deposition for the case that “whatever I write in email, it doesn’t mean anything. It is just words I write.â€
Paris also had a restraining order against her briefly by party planner Brian Quintana, who she called a “dirty Mexican†and reportedly harassed after Quintana is said to have told Paris’ boyfriend at the time, Stavros Niarchos III, to dump her to get back with Mary-Kate Olsen. Quintana said he would drop the suit if Paris would show up at the opening of one of his clubs.
Now, Paris claims that Shanna Moakler attacked her and of course that’s possible, but when she’s personally known for attacking other people, and for falsely accusing people of attacking her, who are you going to believe?

Wow, this story should be listed as “Paris Got a Fat Lip WITHOUT Botox” or “Blonde Bitches Boxing”. I don’t know who the hell to root for– they’re both so trashy.
By the way Kelley, I think it’s nice that you aren’t calling Paris a slut, but um, one proof of her sexual exploit is “One Night in Paris.” Catch it at your local Adult Video Store!

I’m not going to call Paris a slut, because I don’t have any proof on her sexual exploits, but I am going to call her a tramp. Every week she is making out with some random guy, and that’s just what the photogs catch, god only knows how many guys she locks lips with. I don’t know about Shanna. I know what her ex accused her of, but I sure don’t see pics of her everywhere swapping slobber with countless liasons. Now that Paris has a CD (which strangly I don’t hate) it’s a little better that she is famous, but she got too much attention for way too long based on being a rich party girl. Sorry, folks. I may get some flack, but she is annoying.
