Sorry for the low number of posts, I was wicked sick today. I did do a guest post over at celeb-diet.com though called “Kate Beckinsales Diet and Fitness Secret.”

Whenever I get a chance, I tout the little-known fitness and nutrition program Best Shape of your Life that helped me lose 20 pounds in two months. I finally got my pre-baby body back and am excited about it. I found the program on my own after hearing that the founder died in a car accident this summer. It’s easy to follow, requires only 2-3 exercise sessions a week of just 40 minutes each, and lets you eat carbs, protein and fat. (I am not paid or encouraged to endorse it.)
