Charlize Theron, 30, has split with her boyfriend of five years, 33 year-old Irish actor Stuart Townsend, The Sun reports:
Hollywood’s rumour mill went into overdrive. And last night a pal said: “Charlize is free and single again.
“Her relationship with Stuart is well and truly over.
“They just grew apart. It wasn’t always easy because filming often kept them apart for months.”
The Sun also reported that Theron said she wasn't ready to marry Townsend, and that marriage is "not really what I want - or what he wants.”
Theron told Oprah last year that Townsend was her best friend and that the two liked to make out.
Theron flew to Japan the day after the Oscars to promote the Japanese release of Aeon Flux. She certainly keeps busy, and It's a shame that her full schedule got in the way of what seemed like a great relationship.
