As I mentioned last week, I am freeing Celebitchy from Movable Type and moving to blogger-friendly open source Wordpress. The closer I get, the more I want to take advantage of Wordpress' ease of use and quicker publishing. Movable Type really is a clunky pain, and I would not recommend it to anyone, although it did the job for a while.
I need to work on the Wordpress conversion for the rest of the week, (I know I said I would do this last week, but I'm dragging my feet.) Right now I think I'll be able to report some gossip for the rest of the week, just not as much as I normally do. Thanks for bearing with me.

Wordpress is definitely a superior platform for dynamic blogging. It's so smoooooth and no rebuilding!
BTW, if you have any questions, feel free to holler. I've done so many Wordpress installs, upgrades, and conversions that I'm quite fluent. ;-)
I don't know why I had Brad Pitt's picture up there instead of Jessica's. I was kind of rushed last night.
Thanks agent! I may take you up on that. I'm pretty comfortable with Wordpress now as I've customized a couple of installs for clients. There is always more to learn, and I love the fact that I can look up just about any tag or question on the codex and in the forums. The plugins are easy and there are more of them too.
I went with Movable Type at first because I knew it and had used it for awhile on another blog. I should have looked into it more.
