Here are some new photos of Kim Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner last night outside of Jimmy Kimmel’s studio. Can I just say? I continue to be SHOCKED at how little Kim is showing. She’s only about four months along, so we still have months longer of Bump Watching, but seriously, with her build? Wouldn’t you expect her to be all Jessica Simpson at this point? Instead, her boobs just keep getting bigger and they make her waist look smaller. Surprise!
As for Kim’s pregnancy cravings – which Kris Jenner is just so excited to talk about, because she dreams magnificent dreams of cradle-to-grave pimping – apparently, Kim isn’t eating quite so healthy. It’s not full-on Jessica Simpson territory, but there are cookies and French fries involved.
Moms will be moms. Proud mama Kris Jenner opened up about daughter Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy in a sit-down interview with E! News on Tuesday, Jan. 29, and couldn’t help gushing about her middle daughter’s impending bundle of joy.
“Kim’s doing great,” she told the site, adding that the 32-year-old has been having the most unusual pregnancy cravings lately.
“She’s having one [craving] for giant cookies from BJs,” Jenner shared. “Last night she craved French fries, Chinese chicken salad and artichokes.”
The 57-year-old Kardashian family matriarch even excitedly suggested that she will be a hands-on grandmother with Kim’s little one, even though she will undoubtedly be busy with the launch of her new Fox talk show this summer.
“I could have a nursery on the set and could babysit,” she teased before turning to the camera: “What do you think of that, Kim?”
The mother-of-six, who announced her upcoming show on Monday, Jan. 28, explained that helming the hour-long daytime talk show is “a lifelong dream” of hers, and that she’ll be looking to “dig a little deeper and put a new spin on the talk show world” with her program.
“This is a lifelong dream,” she told E! News. “I used to visit Kathie Lee 20 years ago and thought how lucky she was to have a talk show. I can’t believe this is really happening.”
Except for the artichokes (I can’t stand artichokes), that sounds exactly like my non-pregnancy diet. I love French fries. I love chicken salad. I’ve been going through a cookie phase since Christmas (it’s something about winter for me, it makes me want to consume baked goods). What does that say about me that my normal eating habits are the same as Kim’s pregnancy cravings?
As for the Jimmy Kimmel interview, Kim was asked if she was going to put her baby on any of her reality shows. Kim said, “The baby is not going to be on our show… When the baby’s old enough … or when he or she decides that’s what they want to do, then that will be a decision.” Kris Jenner just had a stroke with that one.

Everyone doesn’t carry baby weight the same. I saw a picture of Kim from last week and her boobs are huge. When Kourtney was pregnant she was not showing for a long time. Anyway, I don’t think it will be the same for Khloe.

She might want her own spin-off show — or — what about my theory: the more she keeps the baby in seclusion and private and off the show, the higher the baby’s value!! Magazines and other media would pay big bucks to get a pic or video of the baby. And knowing what a fame-hungry greedy person she is, it all comes down to dollar signs with her. Totally agree. I never had cravings. If anything, I just liked the same things I always liked. Maybe a little more and maybe a bigger portion. But there were no pickles with ice cream at 2 in the morning.

once I was totally fixated in eating some Nürnberger sausages but I had some leftovers for dinner so I tried to be disciplined and I didn’t cook them. Around midnight, I just had to get up and cook some of them ’cause I couldn’t take it anymore. No, I was not pregnant
Everyone can have cravings…they are not so healthy since they usually drive us to some uncontrolled behavior (actually cravings is a concept very analyzed in eating disorders), but as long as they are not too frequent is not a problem, and sometimes they have a purpose like equilibrating something that our organism is lacking or simply making us happy when we are a bit low.
Maybe some pregnant women have more cravings due to hormonal changes…I suppose. Since craving as a trait also seems to be more present in some ppl then others, those differences might be even more present during pregnancy.

I had a craving for brussell sprouts once when I was about 5 months along. I couldn’t tell you the last time I had them prior to the craving, but I went up to the store, bought an entire bag, cooked them and ate the entire pot in one sitting.
I also had cravings for about a month for taco bell soft tacos. I would stop on my way home from work and get three and eat them before dinner.
The tacos were more of a “I’d really like the taste of these right now,” feeling. The brussell sprouts were, “I need to have them right now,” feeling.

Ziggy, cravings for me while pregnant meant I wanted a certain food (or in my first pregnancy Toasted Club Sandwiches with extra mayo) like morning, noon and night. I couldn’t get enough of them and could’ve happily eaten a club sandwich for every meal everyday for months. After I had my son, not so much. LOL!

I get intense cravings for food while I’m prego. My first it was Taco Bell bean burritos, daily. The second it was ice cream and sherbet. My husband got so irritated with buying a carton every other day he started buying me party pails :/ With the last one I longed for bacon constantly for 5 months solid 3 or 4 times a day. I’d cook it in the middle of the night. I didn’t remember the nitrates. I really hope I didn’t screw the poor guy up. I ate healthily to make up for the junk. But I couldn’t focus on anything until I satisfied the craving.

Not sure about cravings, but with my first pregnancy (went through the summer) I ate lots of watermelon – just tasted good to me at the time (more so than normal as I LOVE watermelon). With my second one it was oranges I ate a lot of, which I don’t normally do(maybe my body needed extra vitamin C). With my third child didn’t really eat anything different or more than I normally did.

I must have needed omega 3s, because with my first it was sardines and rolls with salmon, also green olives. My second pregnancy was seafood, too. I took cod liver oil though, so I wasn’t eating tons of sardines this time. I hate sardines, so that was for sure a real craving. I also ate super spicy food like it was nothing. I love spicy food, but I’ve gotten the same dish at a Mexican restaurant I would down while I was pregnant with no problem, and now it seems twice as hot. Who knows?

Vinegar for me. If it was pickled, I wanted and had to eat it. Eggs, sausages, sauerkraut, you name it, I couldn’t get enough of it. This craving woke me up at night starting at about 5 months and lasted through the rest of my pregnancy.

Sooo…I’m the only one that thinks she looks pregnant? She used to have a TINY waist. Look at her midsection! FWIW, I didn’t really show until the 4th-5th month with both my pregnancies, and my second pregnancy was with my twins. Some people just don’t show as quickly, especially curvy girls.

I’m Kim’s height with (naturally) big boobs. I had several suits I could still wear through the 5th month as long as I didn’t button the button and could leave the zipper part-way unzipped. The jacket covered the back of the skirt and no one noticed.
I was working a temp job as an assistant to a millionaire and he was looking to make it full-time, so I was trying to hide the pregnancy. Sure enough, once he found out I was preggers, the job vanished.

I’m an inch taller than her and preggo right now. I had a bump right away but don’t look preggo from the back. I think she gained weight but she seems to be getting wider instead of bumpier. The sister didn’t get wider, just bumpier so I’m a bit suspicious about this “pregnancy”. Also, everyone I know that has been preggo would never wear a band right across the belly! Even if your bump is nonexistent the area is pretty sensitive. Hence the special pants that either go under/over bump, never across.

I’m confused – Some show on E was doing a rundown of Kim’s interviews lately where she was talking about her fertility issues, saying she actually had it worse than Khloe but kept it secret(which seemed like a pretty sh*tty thing to say). But why is no one (unless I’ve missed it?) calling her out on this when she JUST got pregnant after dating someone for only a few months? Has she been actively trying with anyone that came along? Or she JUST went off her birth control and got knocked up right away? Either way, it seems in very poor taste to be discussing fertility issues when she clearly didn’t have any. I guess I’d feel a little more sympathetic if she decided to start trying because a doctor gave her this info, and she was having difficulty, but by her own admission this happened pretty quickly. It just seems very insensitive and self absorbed to play this card. A simple “My doc told me I might have issues, but it turns out that wasn’t the case” would have sufficed.

I expect that she will have that baby on the show in no time at all. She will have some lame excuse.
It will be because the ratings are slipping or some such. Or how she sees that it hasn’t affected any of the other kids that age…
I hate the whole family.
