Is Jennifer Lawrence putting the moves on Michael Fassbender? GMAB.

I’m reasonably confident that this Radar story is full of crap. I’m reasonably confident that Michael Fassbender pretty much only likes women of color. I’m pretty sure that Jennifer Lawrence sees Michael Fassbender as a weird, older Irish brother-type, and that he sees her a former (and future) costar and friend of his ex-girlfriend (Zoe Kravitz). I’m pretty sure that Radar is just trying to start something because there were photos of Michael and Jennifer talking to each other at the Weinstein Company’s BAFTA after-party, and people are trying to make a casual conversation into The Romance of L’Fassdong. We don’t have those pics, but you can see them here.

Jennifer Lawrence is a wanted woman right now – just ask Michael Fassbender! The 35-year-old actor, who earned plaudits for his depiction of a sex addict in the critically-acclaimed Shame, managed to charm Jennifer, 22, at The Weinstein Party after the BAFTA Awards in London on Sunday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

And, Jennifer was so smitten by the charming star that the pair is planning a date night soon!

“Michael and Jennifer were locked in conversation for a long time, he was charming the pants off her,” an eyewitness at the party reveals. “And even when she was talking to other people at the after party, Jennifer couldn’t keep her eyes off Michael!

“They initially met on the set of X-Men: First Class a few years back and got on like a house on fire. And they’ll be reunited again for the film’s sequel when that starts filming in the next few months. So, they will be seeing a lot of each other – and it’s clear to see there’s a strong physical attraction between them.

“When Jennifer wraps up The Hunger Games: Catching Fire she said to Michael she would love to do dinner with him. She might want to be wary of [her ex-boyfriend] Nicholas’ feelings though – as he’s also going to appear in the X-Men sequel!” the eyewitness says.

Fassbender is back on the market following his recent split from Shame co-star Nicole Beharie in January. Roughly around the same time, Jennifer broke off her two-year relationship with Warm Bodies star Hoult, 23.

[From Radar]

Michael keeps an apartment in the shady part of London and when I read his GQ interview last year, I found out that the apartment is basically his bangporium and ping-pong hangout. So, will Jennifer get an invitation to Michael’s Dong Hut? I just… I can’t… I won’t. It feels like the Charlize Theron thing all over again, where some lovely woman is friendly with Fassy and the tabloids are all “OOoooh, they should DATE!” and no one ever mentions that Fassy has a type and it’s not six-foot-tall blondes. Except in Charlize’s case, I think she was truly all over that and in Jennifer’s case, I think she knows that she might not be able to handle it. The Dongporium is a powerful thing.

Luckily, she’s not exotic enough for him! 😀

Also…Dongporium!! That’s where all my Fassy fantasies reside…*sigh*

    • Annie says:

Exotic? Really? Women of color are not aliens. Don’t call them exotic like they’re birds or fruit. A certain race is not the norm, while everything else is “exotic and different.” Especially when you’re all from the same country.

Please stop using this word to describe people, everyone. I know you don’t mean it but it’s offensive.

      • ArmeniaK says:

I’m indian, don’t find it offensive at all, each to their own. Actually, I don’t like the term ‘of colour’, I’m not a bloody rainbow, but whatever floats your boat.

      • Jaded says:

Lighten up, it was not meant to be pejorative, it was a compliment. I’d love to be called exotic but I’m about as bland as a dish of milk.

      • stellalovejoydiver says:

Aliens are not exotic, they are extraterrestrial. Just trolling 🙂

      • Latisse says:

I’m black and absolutely loathe the women of color thing. Actually like being called exotic.

      • two_seconds_ago says:

I honestly never meant that comment to be offensive, Annie.

Being a brown-skinned girl myself, I’m always flattered when someone calls me ‘exotic’, but each to their own I guess.

      • Amanda says:

Everyone on the planet is exotic to SOMEONE. Get your panties out of a wad. I’m sure that if I were smack dab in the middle of China right now people would probably think my blonde hair and blue eyes are exotic. Even living where I do, in a city where whites are a minority of the population, makes me feel “exotic” sometimes (especially when I’m being hit on).

      • Leen says:

I have to agree with ArmeniaK and latisse. I’m Arab and I despise the term color (as if there are two terms white or colored!). I don’t find exotic that offensive tbh. I take it as a compliment.

      • Harriet says:

Weird. In England no one is called ‘of colour’ And now that I think about it, if I was called a woman of colour on the streets or even by someone I know, it would make me seriously angry. How irritating!

      • LAK says:

i think ‘of colour’ is an Americanism as in USA. I never here that used in other countries. Not even Canada or Mexico.

of course i haven’t lived or travelled around Canada or Mexico beyond one or two major cities in each so i may be wrong on terminologies from those countries.

@Harriet – i am just as offended if anyone calls me ‘of colour’ what are we green? it’s wierd. don’t get why they don’t see that.

      • Zozo says:

I’m a biracial woman. I find the term “of color” worst than exotic. I don’t understand. It’s weird. Everybody has color. No one is transparent. 🙂

      • Tommy says:

        Sheesh, get over yourself.

      • Louise says:

“of color” is so close to “colored” which is such a no no. What a tightrope. A stupid tightrope.

      • Annie (Different!) says:

I am 100% in agreement…”of color” is much much worse in my eyes as it harkens to the era of “Coloreds” vs. “Non” and separate drinking fountains….Of course, I’d like to be considered a person above all else, but referring to me as a “woman of color” is much more offensive than “Exotic”. I’ve almost knocked someone out for calling me “Colored”. I’m not a crayon.

For reference (not that it should matter…) but I am an Asian American So-Cal girl with a fierce tan ;D

      • Amanda W says:

@Annie, really love your comment “Exotic? Really? Women of color are not aliens.”

I have to say I agree with you!

    • Pippa says:

Agreed Annie, the word exotic makes my skin crawl. I think it’s just because it’s so often used in an ‘Ooo you look so ‘exotic’! Where are you from exactly?’ context, which has always just seemed to me a ‘nice’ way of asking ‘but like why are you brown?’

      • Jenny says:

I don’t think the word exotic is reserved for darker skinned women. I have been called exotic and I’m not fair, but maybe olive tone. I would consider a Milan Kunis or Adriana Lima to be exotic.

The more I think about it, I guess it could be found offensive as it seems to mean (at least as I’ve heard it used) that you look anything but Western European.

      • Sweetness says:

I’m white Russian (haha) with very Semitic looks – black hair, almond shaped brown eyes and light skin. People are always calling me exotic and I think it’s a really nice compliment!

  2. Amelia says:

“…that the pair is planning a date night soon!…”
    Nice grammar, Radar 😉
Meh. It’s probably BS and the tabloids getting gossip withdrawal symptoms.
I don’t know, I just think Fassy and Jennifer are more likely to laugh about fart jokes over a beer rather than spend 72 shameful hours in Fassy’s dong hut together.

    • T.C. says:

      +1

That Magazine (vogue?) article said she trades fart jokes with Fassy. You don’t tell a guy fart jokes if you are attracted to him. They are too goofy together to have any sexual feelings for each other. I’m calling BS on Radar.

      • Erinn says:

Yeah, one of my guy friends and I just watched a reel of JLaws goofier moments on youtube a few minutes ago. She’s so adorably goofy… I just can’t believe the story.

If anything the ‘date night’ means they’re going to dinner or something as friends sometime.

    • Liv says:

Yeah, I don’t buy it either.

But I’m so on edge with the type talk, especially when it’s about Fassbender. Jesus, you can have a type for years and then there comes this totally different person who turns your world upside down. A type is nonsense.

      • Oops says:

+1, having a type is BS, when I read he has a type I always think at my cousin and his wife. For years, he dates tall blonde with big boobs, in fact the Dicaprio’s type, when we were young, he said this type of woman is his ideal and that it was inconceivable that he was attracted by another feminine type and now he’s married with a little laotian woman, so I agree a type is a nonsense

      • Lia says:

I totally agree with you. I really can’t understand the “type” issue, like can the man date whoever he wants? I have an ideal man too, but that doesn’t mean that I’m never gonna date someone who doesn’t apply to that standard…

      • andrea says:

I believe many people have “a type” in terms of who they’re generally attracted to, but the matter of who they actually fall in love with is something else entirely.

If you’re the kind of person who can have his/her pick of the bunch (a la Leo, George, and yes, Fassy) then you tend to end up with the people to whom you immediately or instinctively gravitate.

    • Dutch says:

Gotta love tabloid math: famous man + famous woman x conversation = BONING!

    • Kate says:

An American told me that they don’t share our grammar in terms of plural entities. So a crew are a singular entity in grammar terms, as are a family. It really surprised me, but apparently that’s the case, so a pair may well be a singular, too? (Sure US people here can correct me, if I was being teased!)

    • ViktoryGin says:

      It’s considered a collective noun.

  3. T.Fanty says:

She seems so, so young when put next to Fassbender. You just sense she would be so out of her depth.

    • Jane says:

But didn’t he date that other young woman from X-Men who was younger than Lawrence? It is not the age, but dating your best friend’s ex is just tacky. He seems to be like DeNiro and gravitates to women of color, and there is nothing wrong with that.

    • Christina says:

I dunno. Fassbender doesn’t strike me as being all that deep, nor do any of the (often much younger) women he dates.

      • stellalovejoydiver says:

Yeah, I think he his motivation is mainly sexually, he is not looking for intellectual, spiritual stimulation.

  4. brin says:

Too soon to call them Fassniss?

  5. mel says:

@Kaiser, it’s good to mention that Charlize was begin more than friendly with Fassy. That girl wasn’t thirsty, she was dehydrated!
Anyway, this story is just stupid. Jennifer would never do that to her bff Zoe.

    • Gala says:

“Jennifer would never do that to her bff Zoe.”

Why not? Zoi is move on, she is over him, and he is over her…

    • Annie says:

There’s a gif of Fassbender coming up to kristen stewart backstage at the MTV movie awards, very excited to introduce himself, Kristen is with Charlize and Charlize’s smile immediately goes away after she sees that. Lmao. She was probably like “Really? Her?”

I love Charlize so much but that Fassbender anxiety she had was very… Embarrassing. She’s too good to chase after ANYONE.

  6. Gala says:

Sure I can find some black guys handsome, but to be with some of them in relationship, just can’t imagine. That is why I can’t understand that Michael F. loves color type women. As for he and Lawrens, well… the two of them just don’t fit together.

    • marie says:

what works for you doesn’t work for everyone, different strokes for different folks and all that..

      • Gala says:

        I know that.
And I’m a bit of jealousy when is really good looking guy with some average women. If you ask me M.F. is too good for Nicole, Zoi, and Lawrens – IF there is something between them.

      • bluecalling says:

@gala: it’s ok sweetie, they’re not that into you and won’t find much in common with you either since it seems you are enveloped in your white-woman-delicate-privileged world and black men (outside of Africa) live in the polar opposite. Now if you peek your out of your snowy bubble and have acquire… more maybe then there might be a chance but I highly doubt you’d do that. be happy and stay exactly where you are. ps: he likes is because we’re that good.

    • Tiffany27 says:

People of color are capable of being funny, smart, and beautiful. Why is this difficult to imagine?

      • T.Fanty says:

Yes, that’s the nice thing about the twenty-first century. They let us intermingle.

(Seriously – I can’t believe this convo is happening)

    • Anmelt says:

That is an odd statement to make Gala and somewhat offensive. I have dated people from all colours (ok, not a ginger) and believe me there is no difference in the sack or in romantic life.

      • T.Fanty says:

As a ginger, I object to your prejudice.

      • I Choose Me says:

As a ginger lover, (seriously I have a massive thing for red hair and freckles) I also object on their behalf. 😀

      • Anmelt says:

T Fanty, not being prejudiced at all, I can count on one hand how many gingers I have known and they are all from childhood and only one or two were male. I would have loved to bed one but alas as I am now a happily married woman, it will never happen.

      • Malificent says:

Anmelt didn’t say that she WOULDN’T date a ginger, just that she HADN’T dated a ginger. Neither have I — doesn’t mean that I wouldn’t be all over Fassy or Tom or Damon on my doorstep. (Or all three at once, which is a thought that will get me through the rest of my day!) Redheads are a statistically rare occurence in almost all parts of the world — very easy to never have dated a red-headed guy even if you want to….

      • T.Fanty says:

I think we’re all getting a little hypersensitive here – just trying to lighten the mood.

I was kidding – I wouldn’t date a (non-Cumby) ginger man myself. The idea of getting it on wit a PURE ginge (if you know what I mean) isn’t particularly appealing to me.

    • Cleo 2.0 says:

Excuse me? What the f**k is that suppose to mean?

    • Lolly says:

      @ Gala
Are you for real right now?

    • Justyna says:

Gala – but why exactly? Could you explain what is your line of reasoning? You mentioned it is not a physical thing since you find some black men handsome and I just can’t imagine what else could that be. Do you really think white people are better, smarter, more intelectually capable than black people? Or is it a cultural thing? I’m usually attracted to pale, ginger guys and that is my type almost exclusively (plus there are no black guys where I live) but I was once seriously crushing on actor Chiwetel Ejiofor only because of how articulate and smart he seems to be in interviews. There are smart, funny, responsible and sexy people of any race or nationality and the same is with fools and arrogants.

      • CF says:

Gala, your explanation is that you are racist. That’s the words you were looking for.

      • Justyna says:

But even racists usually have some weird reasonings. Some of them think they are intelectually superior, some claim people of different races look or smell badly (for real, I heard that), others focus on the false stereotypes and I’m always fascinated by their (mostly illogical) explanations and how easy they are to refute.

    • Angelic 20 says:

      Gala,
Wow that is probably the most racist and offensive statement I have read on this side. Thecolour of someone’s skin do not define their personality. Your statement is really racist, offensive, ignorant and offensive.

    • Ms Kay says:

@ Gala isn’t it possible to be attracted to women of varying ethnic backgrounds, but still have a particular preference for black women/women of colour?

I think it’s the word preference that bothers the likes of you, so much because it seemingly excludes those who aren’t women of color from the fantasy. Plus he may date a totally different type from what people expect, who knows.

Still, Brad Pitt dude has dated women of varying ethnic backgrounds (Robin Givens, Thandie Newton…) but seems to have a particular preference for white women. Colin Farrell hooked up with several women of different ethnic backgrounds as well. Is there any problem in this case? If the answer is no then there shouldn’t be any problem when it comes to detailing Fassbender predilections. If there is a problem then here we go, another matter indeed.

Can’t believe this convo is happening… And before you say that people didn’t understand what you meant please do think before you write such things? You haven’t been in a relationship with a person of colour, so based of what you don’t see it happening besides the colour of the skin? Ignorant much?

Gah! Got over my hangover for this…

    • T.C. says:

Gala, what country are you from? Girl men are men no matter what color they are. Black men are no different than White men. Maybe you have never spent personal time with Black men.

    • Annie says:

Wow, Gala. Just because you think people of color are absolute crap for you doesn’t mean other people feel the same way. You’re just a racist a-hole.

You’re like Lena Dunham telling magazines she doesn’t write about women of color because she is not one of them and doesn’t know “how they think or what they go through”. She sounds like the rich girls from The Help. “They”. We’re people too and we’re women who face the exact same issues and if you can’t see us at your same level then you are ignorant, racist and embarrassment to modern society.

Re-evualuate yourself. The more you think this way, the more things in common you have with Hitler, who thought this way too “me, superior. They, inferior.” Do you want to be at the same level of someone like Hitler, Gala?

      • stellalovejoydiver says:

On the same level as Hitler, seriously? Making a racist comment is bad, but it is not comparable to the Holocaust by any means. You should re-evualuate yourself if you think this is just as bad as killing millions of people in concentration camps.

Besides that the Nazi propaganda was not about “inferior vs superior”, but about erasing anyone who was considered to be “bad for the health of the German people” (Jews, Communists, Social Democrats, Sinti and Roma, disabled people).
In case of the Jews it mainly was about them being wealthy due to only being allowed working in finances and therefore controlling a lot of money, they got (falsely) portayed as evil and greedy not inferior.

You are being just as ignorant as she is.

      • Annie says:

Yes, you read me correctly. Feeling racially superior drops you to the same level as Hitler. It’s disgusting. Hitler is only Hitler because he was an ambitious politician and a sadistic criminal on top of being a racist like Gala.

You don’t need to murder millions for people to say “Oh yeah, she’s racist.” Racists are all bad just for being racists. They all think the same things Hitler think.

It’s pure evil. Awful, awful people.

And I love how they don’t stop themselves from saying something horrible but don’t you dare call them racists. They KNOW they’re being awful, they just don’t want to admit it.

      • Liv says:

Annie, but then Paula Patton is also racist – she said no one could understand what she’s going through as a black woman.

      • stellalovejoydiver says:

Making a racist comment is one thing which is not necessarily made out of malice but ignorance(and I think the latter is the case considering Gala), ordering to kill millions of people because of their ethnicity, political or religious beliefs, mental and physical disposition another.

      • stellalovejoydiver says:

Unless Gala did the latter IMO you can’t compare her to Hitler, because you are trivialising the atrociousness of the hate crimes committed during the Nazi regime.

@Liv: I don’t think Paula Patton meant that she feels superior to other ethnicities, therefore she is not a racist.

      • Liv says:

Wait a minute, that’s not my opinion! I just said that if Annie is coming to this conclusion she must include women like Paula Patton…

      • keats says:

        @stella, re: trivializing the Holocaust.

Yes. I agree times a million. Ignorance and genocide really are different things completely.

      • stellalovejoydiver says:

@ keats: Thank you, I am German, I grew up with our heritage, I learned about this in school and I visited the concentration camp Buchenwald, which was a heartbreaking experience, therefore stupid reaching Nazi/Hitler comparisons are a pet peeve of mine.

      • Ace says:

        @Stella
There is more than one holocaust you know. I guess it is controversial to say this but I find that other genocides get little to no attention.
Like the genocide in rwanda, and what about Darfur and armenian genocide etc etc
even when talking about holocaust in Germany, it’s always about the jews that were killed, what about the roma victims of the holocaust? And please don’t trivialize racism against black people, it was a lot worse than the media would have you know.

My friend who is black and from Germany says she experience a lot of racism there which she finds interesting since you would think a country where you are sensitive towards nazism, you would be the same towards racism. She has been called the N word by strangers, been harassed and threatened because of her skin color, it’s terrible that this still goes on, especially in a country that really should know better.

    • jaye says:

Ok…this comment is offensive. You seem to be saying that you can’t fathom a white person being attracted to a black person? Why is that, I wonder? I’d love to hear your reasoning.

    • keats says:

Are you talking about finding someone attractive versus finding someone good looking? Because oops! It came out all racist and weird.

    • vvvoid says:

I don’t understand what you don’t understand. He’s not you.

I will say that it’s ridiculous to assume he has an iron-clad type, though.

A lot of people would think that about me if they looked at a certain few years of my dating history. Around 23 I got on a foreigner kick [Israelis, Russians, Mongolians], then a black guy kick, then combined foreigner with black guy, lol, and was engaged to a Somali I am still in love with somewhat.
But now I’m with a German/Irish farm boy from Ohio with a little drawl, tattoos all over and a mohawk.

    • Gene Parmesan says:

@ gala , the world is a worse place with u and ur reasoning.
Everyone notice she didn’t come back to explain herself or justify her godawful reasoning?

    • Shelly says:

I was thinking of calling you a racist. I changed my mind, you’re just a sad prejudiced individual with a small mind.

    • Bijlee says:

Okay wow I interpreted this comment completely differently. I thought she was saying I can find people of color handsome but it doesn’t mean I would be in a relationship with every one of them. Which is why the whole fassbender woc type came up and not understanding people having a “type” especially one that relates to race. Like if she’s a pretty black girl of course he’d be all over that you know? I took it as not understanding why people would have a type. Now I’m thinking maybe I’m racist because everyone else seems to think this comment is racist.

      • vvvoid says:

I took it to mean Gala doesn’t understand how anyone could be in a relationship with a black person. She sounds like my aunt, who finds some black men handsome but couldn’t imagine herself being with a black man.
I think it’s racist and absurd. She never condemns me if I date a black guy, she just doesn’t understand it. I don’t understand HER.
Race is such a superficial thing. And even cultural differences cannot really stop love. I was madly in love with and engaged to a guy born and raised in Somalia, raised Muslim. Father is a Sheikh. Didn’t matter. I think saying you “can’t” be in a relationship with someone of a certain race indicates you fail to see their humanity.

      • Bijlee says:

@vvvoid well I think that’s a little unfair. Your aunt doesn’t seem to condem you for dating a black man or seem to say anything remotely negative. If she had simply on him being black then that would be racist. People have preferences which I can agree with.

I think there are quite a lot of handsome white men out there, but can’t imagine myself in a relationship with any of them. We don’t share the same culture, same language, etc. unless he spoke the language and you know was every which way a part of the culture then I could imagine myself in that kind of relationship. But there really are so few of them out there that I more than likely will never find such a guy. I dont think im being necessairly racist. I don’t know this issue is more complicated then that. Maybe you’re aunt is racist.

I’m just honestly confused by what gala wrote and don’t really understand it.

    • ViktoryGin says:

Gala, this is a really asinine comment. So, you can’t imagine being with a black man. What does that have to do with Fassbender? Non-sequitur, Sweety.

    • Amanda W says:

Gala, you sadden me. People are people, right? Race doesn’t matter! Sadly, you are part of the group who have too small of a mind to think it does.

  7. Earth to Kelly says:

I saw this story on another website last night, and immediately thought of Kaiser :). I wondered if she would cover it this morning:)

Jennifer is out of her leagues with this one. IMO.

  8. Tiffany27 says:

    GMAFB?….. Get me a f-cking bat?!?

  9. marie says:

I’m not really a Fassy follower so please correct me if I’m wrong, but hasn’t he dated a woman of every color? Isn’t he just a fan of women in general? The story is probably complete crap though, and that’s sad cause I’d liked brin’s name of Fassniss..

    • mel says:

he dated WOC and brunettes. I think he had a german girlfriend that was brunette but I don’t know if she was the exception though

    • Oops says:

yes, a miss germany I think and also Maiko Spencer, I agree he loves women every woman, no matter her color, her nationality…, I wonder who will be Mrs Fassbender if he gets married one day

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

As I have stated here many times, I wish people would stop saying that he has a thing for “girls of color”, as if it’s some weird fetish, and not about the actual woman that he’s dating.

He probably likes women that are confident, talented, intelligent, and sexy like Nicole Beharie and it probably has nothing to do with skin tone. Let’s give both Fassy and the women he chooses to date more credit ok? Thanks.

    • lena80 says:

Kim Kardashian has dated all ethnic groups as well, but she is always associated with having a “thing” for black men….and I never see women OR men disputing it. It seems that SOME white women get overly “bothered” when people talk about Fassbender dating Ethnic women and they repeatedly bring up the one/two White women that no one is too familiar with as if it’s a way to validate that Fassbender would be attracted to them as well. It’s very odd, and I’ve noticed it on nearly every Fassbender post. Please don’t take it that I’m saying that this is you, it’s just food for thought and people should start observing it.

  10. dcypher1 says:

id love to play ping pong with la fassdong sounds fun.

  11. Sara says:

He is too old for her. I would never have dated a 35 yo when I was 22. I would have considered that an old dude back then.

  12. Ms Kay says:

They are just two co-stars happy to see each other again and make fart jokes and more jokes to come on X Men sequel. Other than that, ain’t nothing happening so far eh…

  13. Harriet says:

Don’t think it’s true. They always hang out and are friends. As for shady part of London…it’s more a hipster shady part of London.

  14. GeeMoney says:

Can’t say that I blame her.

  15. Miss Kiki says:

This is a crock, they’re just pals. I actually couldn’t look at those pictures for too long, I felt like Fassy was staring directly into my soul. Beautiful ginger man.

  16. Talie says:

It’ll be interesting to see who Jennifer goes for now that she is a grown woman…Nicholas was clearly her first love, and she hooked up with him as a teenager. I wonder if she will go older or maybe someone more anonymous.

  17. I Choose Me says:

Yeah I call b.s. on this story. I think they’re friends only. Fassy does have a type and as a woman of color myself, it does help boost the fantasy that I might have a shot (yeah right) but that does not mean he won’t get down with a woman outside his normal predilections. He seems like a massive flirt and all around good time guy and he’s single so I don’t even bat an eyelash at the rumors he was making out with Cam Diaz. It’ll take a lot to tame the Fassbender I think.

  18. Helvetica says:

I am not sold on this story but wow, anyone who gets to do him is lucky.

  19. Clara says:

He dates women of every colour and has done, the idea he doesn’t date Caucasians is nonsense (I hate putting it like that, it’s so crass, but that is what you end up having to say when every damn Fassy story turns into this…) did you SEE the way he looked at Gina Carano during publicity for Haywire? SIZZLE. And now she’s got Cavill… Anyway. Ahem. Fassy seems to just love beautiful women, word is he is just a serious charmer.
That said I’m +1 for he and JLaw just being good friends. Fart jokes not to be shared with potential hookups…

    • sy says:

What white women did he date?
None of which I know, every sighting of him with women is that they are not white, usually black and his dating history shows that too. That’s his preference and he has right to it.

      • Clara says:

Course he’s got a right to it and fwiw I think he prefers ‘darker’ women of all races, but to rule people out on the basis of a cast-iron type is nuts- he’s dated at least two white women (miss Germany and an Irish girl whose name I can’t remember). Fair enough they were both brunettes but definitely fair skinned. The idea that he would not be interested in theron/Lawrence because ‘they aren’t his type’ I find strange – just because I’m dark/olive skinned I hardly have more of a chance, do I? 😉

      • Zozo says:

        Lol
You know he is irish, don’t you?
He’s from Killarney. I don’t think there is a big race/color variety of girls there. 20 years ago was probably more difficult. So he probably dated some white girl in his past. If he didn’t, so he was a very alone men in his youth. Kinda difficult to imagine 😉

  20. volk says:

lol, i hope this is true

  21. sho says:

Seriously, I somehow get the feeling that deep inside, these two are very similar (the thing that makes them different is probably that in her case, successes come early). People like that hardly attract each other sexually. But I won’t be surprised if they become close friends despite the age gap.

That said, I won’t be surprised if they sleep with each other once or twice. Actors and actresses usually love experiences, and Fassbender loves his buffets, after all.

  22. vvvoid says:

I kinda thing if they get along so comfortably as friends they might make each other pretty happy.
Also, come one, look at Jennifer, you think he really can’t “see” her that way? It’s not like he raised her or grew up with her.

  23. May says:

I don’t mind the story like I mind the fact that just 2 weeks ago there was a different story involving Jennifer and a co-star.
Also, what they’ve failed to mention was that Bradley was also in that party, also taking pictures with the pair, also hanging out in a corner with Jennifer, talking.
BTW at the BAFTAs apparently, Bradley and Jennifer talked throughout the entire ceremony, even though she sat one row behind him, and after her ex presented an award, Bradley was seen passing her a note. Yeah.

Jennifer is not a Taylor. Let’s not turn this into a fiasco.

  24. Reece says:

Not buying it! Besides…That would totally break the GF Code. JL doesn’t strike me as that chick.

  25. NeoCleo says:

Something about the “bangporium” is really off-putting for a man of his age. It’s something I would expect of a very young 20-something and it sounds greasy, smelly, deplorable. For all I know he might keep it fully staffed and clean as a whistle, it just sounds icky and immature. If I found out as a woman he was dating that I didn’t rate entrance to his real place of rest it would be over, don’t care how cute the face or large the appendage.

    • Bijlee says:

Agreed gross in too many ways to name.

    • Christina says:

Yup. If this were Leo Di Caprio everyone would be talking about how adolescent and disgusting a ‘bangporium’ is? But because it’s the ‘Fassdong” it’s somehow OK? He’s 35, not 18. This is why I said above that I think Fassbender is actually about as deep as a puddle.

And BTW Hackney (if that’s where he still lives) isn’t really a ‘shady’ part of London. It’s rough around the edges yes, but I’d say it’s ‘edgy’ rather than ‘shady’.

      • sho says:

Years ago, I felt the same, and as someone who looks for stable relationships, I still prefer one-woman men much more (in general). But I accept that some people have high libido, have a busy/mobile life and don’t want to settle down as soon as others (Fassbender said he learnt from bitter experiences that he couldn’t have it all, and he wanted to put his career first and it wouldn’t be fair to make someone else wait, but he needed sex and through it, some kind of contact). As long as both parties accept the deal willingly (and if a woman does it knowing what kind of lover he is, or if she seeks such relationships herself, she shouldn’t complain), they are free to please each other’s physical needs (and others) as much as they want. Also as celebrities, they shouldn’t throw it at people’s faces and let their their sexual life and other shenanigans supersede their real achievements – and people like Fassbender and Di Caprio don’t do that.
Women too. I don’t care how many men Elizabeth Taylor married or that Cameron Diaz didn’t think that she should marry at 30s. People like Kardashian however, are gross to me.

      • Christina says:

There’s nothing wrong with Fassbender being promiscuous – he’s young(ish), hot and, most importantly, single, so why not? It’s just that the idea of a ‘bangporium’ strikes me as adolescent and frat boy-ish.

      • sho says:

Ugh, as said below, there’s actually no bangporium. That’s his home. Kaiser made a joke (because said articles say that he brings his girlfriends there; and it isn’t a wonderful place at all. Another man would choose another house as a dating venue, or more likely, move out of that disgusting place and buy a great mansion to live as well. But Michael is quite an eccentric person…)

      • Irishae says:

Fassy is the guy you screw, not the guy you marry. As long as he has someone, you know, cleaning up the place I’d totally RSVP an invitation to the Bangporium, lol! Please don’t slut shame me :)….

    • mom2two says:

Yes, finding out he has a place for that purpose just totally makes me side eye him. Comes across douchey to me.
Jen Law would be smart to just keep him in the friend zone. No girl deserves a guy with a “bangemporium…” just gross.

      • Lucretia says:

The alleged “bangporium” is simply his apartment. He lives there and probably entertains friends there too, when he is not off making films. No need to sexualize the place.

      • sho says:

Said bangporium is a, uhm… really sexy place of material luxuries. Small, one bedroom apartment, leaky roofs, as dirty as a pigsty (or so the journalists say), no TV, no nothing. It’s a joke.

  26. MsAubra says:

I don’t believe this story, but not on the strength that he has mostly dated women of color, and I bet while that may be his main attraction, I bet it’s not the be all end all to it! JMO

  27. Sam x says:

So what if he has a thing for exotic ladies, He is a grown a*s man and can date whoever he wants. I think Jennifer is probably one of those girls who gets on with guys better and strikes friendships up with them easily as she is a guy’s girl. Even though I personally think guys are easier to get on with as opposed to girls. x

  28. aud says:

But I thought jennifer and bradley were on????

Didn’t buy that rumor, not buying this one either. Sounds like friends who worked together, and will be working together again soon, ran into each other. They got excited and made plans to hang.

Naturally it has to be sexual. They can’t just enjoy each other as friends who care about each other. They also know each other’s exes/will all be working together soon. Will be good to lean on each other a bit.

They’d be hot together, just don’t see it happening

    • Kate says:

It’s a sad indictment of the HG casting that not a single rumour has ever surfaced about her and Josh Hutcherson. They just made a movie, there have been casual references to phone calls and visits, but they have such negative sexual chemistry that nobody has even thought of it. Whereas costars almost twice her age -even when they’re exes of her best friend, and friends with her ex – are fair game.

On the plus side, at least it spares us all a Twilight type are-they-aren’t-they marketing blitz?

  29. petla says:

Ummm didn’t he date her “bestie” zoe kravitz??????

  30. petla says:

Ummm didn’t he date her “bestie” zoe kravitz??

  31. StaCat1 says:

Yeah…this is total BS. Can’t see either of them going for the other. I think they are former and future co-stars who get along well and END OF STORY.

  32. afrotastic says:

Kaiser, London Fields/Hackney is not a shady part of east London. It is a cool trendy place full of middle class hipsters/creative types. The part where he lives has lots of nice cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants. I should know I live there. As for Michael having a type what is the big deal?! Leo has a type for young blonde Victoria Secret models, Rod Stuart prefers blonde women and wouldn’t look at a black or Asian chick. I am never going to be their type but that’s OK. However, Michaels’s preference for Asian/Black/brown skinned women seems to stir up a lot of angst and controversy. I don’t get it.

    • stellalovejoydiver says:

“However, Michaels’s preference for Asian/Black/brown skinned women seems to stir up a lot of angst and controversy. I don’t get it.”

It has to do with projection. His white fangirls can´t see themselves as his girlfriend due to his alleged preference, which is why a lot of stars, have to hide their non-white gfs because their white fans can´t project themselves into a fantasy in which they are their gfs.

It is bullsh*t, but unfortunately that is how Hollywood and the music industry work.

      • afrotastic says:

Sorry I don’t buy into that – white male celebs hide their black girlfriends or don’t date black women openly because it can damage their career. This school of thought is getting tiresome. Has no basis in fact. There is no evidence that that is the case. Can you name me one current white male or female celeb whose career has been damaged by dating a woman or man of colour, particularly a black woman/ man? Maybe 20,30, 50, 60 years ago but not now. I know that Kim Novak was warned off dating Sammy Davis Junior because it could hurt her career but that was back in the 50s/60s. Sammy was threatened by the mafia to stay away from her also. Let people date who they want.

      • Andy says:

        Exactly. Perfectly explained!

      • lll says:

Yep. Not the first time I’ve heard of it. There are white entertainers that creep with non-white women but don’t go public with one.
You would like to think that we have progressed but Hollywood is far behind.

      • Louise says:

OMG – I am 60 years old and survived a race riot. This is 2013!! Who perpetrates this crap?? Get over the hate, people.

      • stellalovejoydiver says:

@ afrotastic: I said this was bullsh*t and I am all for people dating whoever they want I was just trying give you a reason why Fassy’s preference stirs so much controversy, go on tumblr or fan forums and you will read some racist remarks about this.
Leo di Caprio hides his black girls, not sure if he does out of fear though.

@Luise: I was just trying to answer afrotastic’s question about the controversy regarding fassy’s preference, I am all for people dating whoever they want. I have a stepmother and two stepbrothers from Ghana from my dad’s second marriage and I love them.

      • lll says:

        @stellalovejoydiver

Right. Not just hiding but are likely outright told not to date/marry one too.
Brad Pitt is another example. Dated a few non-white women prior to becoming A-list. Became A-list and hasn’t publicly been linked to one since.

        That is NOT a coincidence.

The ones who go ahead and do it anyway, aren’t too worried about the bottom line…..money & fame. imo.

      • Ace says:

I didn’t used to believe it, but then I saw something so blatant….it was on E! entertainment and they were showing Brad Pitt’s past girlfriends and they completely ignored Robin Givens, Thandie Newton and someone else black he had dated. I wouldn’t have thought anything of it if it weren’t for them naming off random white women he had dated in the past whom he dated for a shorter time period than Thandie Newton for example.
It was so obvious that they ignored his black girlfriends. It was so strange, I didn’t think this was still going on…And then I kept seeing how they ignored his past black girlfriends on these lists they do in the newspaper as well! So it wasn’t just a one time thing. Whenever they’d mention his past famous girlfriends they’d completely ignore Thandie for example! And this in british magazines as well!

      • ViktoryGin says:

Afrotastic, I’m not entirely convinced that there isn’t some truth to this supposition. Yes, we are beyond these days where there is industry-sanctioned disenfranchisement for interracial-coupling, but lingering social stigmas regarding interracial dating is still a touchy subject here in the States. It may be bait difficult to understand as I assume that you’re British. I have found that these issues are less pronounced with the British, generally speaking. But Don’t underestimate an American white dude who will f*ck you but not take you home :-/

      • ViktoryGin says:

        @ Stella

That photo link……Just. Wow. The fact he has been linked publically with this girl despite the media’s reporting of his constant, tenuous, and fantastical hook ups with every model under the sun is TELLING.

You can’t tell me that there aren’t actors who refuse to go public with an interracial relationship because they worry about public perception.

    • ViktoryGin says:

Because both DiCaprio and Stewart date comfortably within their race. It doesn’t confound people. It REALLY is mind-boggling for many who can’t understand why aman who has his pick if whomever he wants doesn’t date as
he’s expected. We are all conditioned from birth, no matter what race we are, to internalize that white women are aesthetically superior (something that white women internalize as well, whether or not they know it). It goes against socio-cultural wisdom. MF is SUPPOSED want Candice Swanepoel, not Nicole Beharie. He turns expectation on its head.

Thank God, there exist men who are able to think outside of this narrow box.

  33. Camille (TheOriginal) says:

He is so, so beautiful. Sigh.

As for this story, meh, I doubt it.

  34. Louise says:

She is so pretty no matter what, but I loved her dark hair in SLP. She’s a cool chick.

  35. Kate says:

It seems Jlaw and Fassy have been friends a while:

    http://ohnotheydidnt.livejournal.com/69345106.html?page=7

If he dated Zoe Kravitz, and Lenny Kravitz has said Jlaw is his daughter’s best friend, and the above pics certainly seem to indicate Fassy is friends with Nicholas Hoult, too… I dunno. This seems a stupid rumour. If true, that’s a love square, and won’t that movie be an awkward enough shoot as it is?

  36. Addison says:

It’s surprising the comments that one little headline brings…

  37. happyhomo says:

Why is it whenever there is a story about Micheal Fassbender it drives all the women here out of their minds with stupid, idiotic, racist comments?None of us have any chance with this man in real life, white or black so can’t we all just accept that and enjoy his sexiness the way Kaiser does,in a healthy way.Lawd,he is not even as fine as he was 5 years ago, with all the smoking and drinking.
