Tori Spelling had her second child, a daughter named Stella, almost seven months ago. The 35 year-old reality star is also mom to a son, Liam, 20 months. Tori has lost 50 pounds since she last gave birth and is in this week’s In Touch showing off her tight tummy and thin legs in a bikini. Not one to pass up an opportunity to toot her own horn, Spelling tells the magazine that she “kicks ass” for being able to lose the weight so fast, and calls herself “a working mom of two” who “did it all by myself.”
“When I got my body back after Liam, I was happy,” Tori tells In Touch. “But this time, I was like ‘I kick ass!’ I’m a working mom of two, so to know I did it all my myself was huge.” Now slim, sexy and bikini-ready, Tori exclusively shares how she did it - and how she’ll keep it off.
How much did you gain while pregnant with Stella?
I gained 50. I lost 10 pounds instantly and then another 40.What was your diet like while losing the weight?
Breakfast was yogurt, fruit and nuts. Lunch was homemade soup with a sweet potato or soy milk base. We’d snack on celery and peanut butter, and then I’d make lean protein with vegetables for dinner.How many calories did you eat a day?
I never counted. I just ate healthy.What about exercise?
I would go for long walks or biking with the kids. We’d do physical activities every day.How does it feel being back in a bikini?
I’m proud! I could’ve gotten here sooner if I was fanatical and worked out extensively every day, but I’m glad I didn’t. I’m so happy I did it with my family and in a healthy way.

Good for Tori and all, but the “working mom” bit comes off as insincere when she’s not working a regular 9 to 5. It’s hard enough to take care of two tykes but surely she has help and it’s doubtful her husband works a regular job either. There’s something kind of off putting in the way she brags about it but doesn’t admit to much exercise.
There’s a follow-up page with her sample daily meal and exercise plan. In Touch she says she does exercises like weight lifting, yoga, and long walks although Tori didn’t admit to more than group exercise in her interview. It takes a lot of strength training and cardio to get slim like that and it’s almost like she’s dismissing it as easy but still trying to take credit for the results. Maybe the magazine spun it that way and I just find her annoying. If you see the photos in In Touch she looks pretty smug, but at least people won’t concentrate on the faces she’s making now that her body is banging again. Given her fashion sense, the less clothes she’s wearing the better.

I saw Tori in person at her book signing and she is gorgeous. Her big brown eyes are her best feature. Ignore the haters, Tori! They’re just jealous of your great family. Her and Dean work together - they may even still be doing their fun reality show.

Tori learned everything she needs to know about “dieting” from her mother. Find a good surgeon (with a solid non-disclosure agreement) and then take a recuperative trip down that beautiful river called Denial.

Of course she wants to minimize the amount of “exercise” she’s been doing. Any idiot can stick two fingers down their throat.
Seriously though, she doesn’t look like she’s at a healthy weight for her body-type. And her preoccupation with her figure over her family is awful telling. . . Poor thing.

Hey, remember when Tori said new mothers should focus on their kids and not miss those moments trying to lose the baby weight? As if anyone who did lose the baby weight quickly was just running a treadmill, ignoring their child? And how she got all bummed looking at pictures of Jessica Alba in her bikini? Wasn’t that, like, two months ago? She’s lost about 15 lbs since then. She looks thinner than Alba and frankly, scary thin. Why doesn’t anyone mention those remarks to her or does she just lose weight or not depending on whether she can score an exclusive in a magazine?

Uh no:
1. She did NOT get to looking like that through healthy eating and activity. That’s called the “I’ve purged every calorie I’ve put in my body for the last three months” diet. That’s not the look of someone who did it slowly and healthily.
2. Working mom? WORKING MOM? What BS. She has a nanny or two, people to clean and cook for her, and people to run the less photogenic errands for her. What does she do? Go to pedicures? Shop?
3. As others have pointed out, that face is what we call in my family “unfortunate.” That’s the nicest thing I could come up with.
Good thing she has money, I guess.

She’s a homewrecking tramp and he’s a worthless piece of slime. They both screwed around on a spouse…and they destroyed the home of his kids…who now play 2nd fiddle to both Tori and HER children when they visit their father.
She accepted a man who was willing to leave his wife…and dismantle his home with her and their multiple children (one was a BABY).
She’s a scumbag. I’m not jealous of ANYTHING that woman has.

i think tori spelling looks hot! and theres nothing wrong with her face. The problem is you women are always compareing yourselve with other women. you feel guilty about the way you look. So you put down the hot women!

This is exactly why women feel like they to hurry up and look good. because of disgusting women like most of you who’ve commented on here. Instead of supporting each other all we hear is how ugly her face is, or she’s to skinny or too fat. That’s just petty and sad.

Even though she is pretty thin, at least on her realty TV show the cameras made sure to always show her eating. I won’t target her as being anorexic. She has always been thin, even since her days on Saved By The Bell as Violet. I think she just eats really small portions.
