Chris Hemsworth has been quite generous to his fans lately by doing several public appearances while holding his baby girl, India Rose, and showing off those amazing triceps of his in short t-shirts. Just last week, he did the same while grocery shopping in Venice with wife Elsa Pataky, and now they’re in New York City as shown in these photos from yesterday. Sadly, little India Rose is nowhere to be seen, but maybe she’s back at the hotel. In her place in these photos is Chris’ brother — not Liam, the other one — Luke, who has acted on an Australian soap opera for over a decade and is looking to take Hollywood by storm just like his brothers. We’ll see.

These photos are noteworthy for a few reasons. First off, look at how cute Elsa is. She’s been hiding her figure in drapey tops, but she looks fantastic here in a snug, long-sleeve tee with leather pants. I don’t really see the point of a yellow bra shining through, but she looks excellent overall, and it’s nice that she and Chris are getting some couple time. They look like a very close pair, and Chris seems totally into Elsa. She certainly has a bewitching way with men, but I think she’s very much into her husband as well. I’m still surprised that nobody ever mentions her new post-baby haircut. I wonder if she was experiencing the typical new-mother hair loss and decided to dispense with waiting for it to fall out in favor of taking matters into her own (stylist’s) hands. Whatever the case, she seems so effortlessly stylish.

Earlier in the day, Elsa was spotted shopping by herself and sprinting across a street while wearing very high-heeled “smurf” boots. How does she do that? I’d be totally down for the count.
