Brandi Glanville has either given a series of new interviews to Radar, or she just gave them one big interview and they’re slowly parceling it out day by day. Brandi spoke to them about LeAnn Rimes, of course, and whether or not there is still a lot of custody drama about the kids. Brandi also discussed LeAnn’s lawsuit against the Smileys, and a lot of other stuff. Here are some highlights:
Brandi Glanville is never one to hold back, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills beauty doesn’t disappoint in a new Q&A, where she calls out perennial rival LeAnn Rimes, and fellow Bravo star Kenya Moore.
She told US momentum in co-parenting with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian “goes in waves,” as it’s “difficult, especially when you aren’t getting along with your ex.”
She then took a dig at the Spitfire songstress, painting her with a brush of incompetence in regards to tending to her two boys, Mason and Jake.
“LeAnn said in an interview recently that she had the kids by herself for two nights and was overwhelmed: That shouldn’t happen,” she said. “If Eddie is out of town, I’m supposed to have my kids, so it’s frustrating. But the boys do love her and that gives me peace in my heart.”
She also had mixed messages about stunning Kenya, whose ditty Gone With The Wind Fabulous has garnered a cult following. Brandi — noting she thinks Kenya is a pretty and intelligent woman — said the former Miss USA “reeks of desperation,” at times.
“The whole ‘I want to get married, I want to get married’ thing is not hot for anyone to say,” she observed.
Brandi Glanville also confirmed she has donated $500 to the defense fund for the teacher being sued by her ex-husband’s new wife LeAnn Rimes, and she claimed she made the gift because she was “stalked, harassed and bullied” by members of the singer’s team for years.
“I don’t know the woman from Adam, but I was stalked, harassed and bullied for two years by LeAnn’s producer, Darrell Brown, her tour manager and hairdresser,” Brandi told Radar in an exclusive interview. “I never once called them on the phone or filed a lawsuit against them. If LeAnn wants to heal from this she needs to let it go and walk away like I did.”
When asked to comment about Brandi’s shock move to help fund Smiley, a rep for LeAnn questioned the Bravo reality star’s motives.
“On the day that LeAnn’s critically acclaimed album ‘Spitfire’ is released, we admire the fact that Brandi stands by her convictions and is willing to publicly donate her hard earned money to the Smileys’ six or more months after their initial ask,” the spokesperson told Radar. “Contrary to Brandi’s reasoning for her compassion and donation, the civil case has nothing to do with bullying, harassment nor voicing one’s opinion.
“The fact is, in California it is illegal to record a conversation without permission and then proceed to distribute the material. In terms of the criminal case that has and will always be the decision of law enforcement and is completely out of our control or influence.”
LeAnn also responded to 40-year-old Brandi’s claims that members of her entourage had once bullied her, insisting to Radar she “does not condone bullying in any form.”
“I would hope everyone takes a pause and remembers there are real people you are insulting before you hit ‘send,’” LeAnn said, exclusively. “There are a number of great organizations that I have worked for in the past and will continue to support. Currently I am focusing on The Friend Movement and will be performing a benefit show for them. I love their new campaign that is aimed at changing the F word.”
Brandi has stated in the past that she thinks LeAnn should drop the lawsuit against the woman, suggesting ”it is not going to end up good for anyone.”
“Maybe I should sue you for this bullying tweet!! #owners**t,” Brandi tweeted also last year. “If I sued every person that ever harassed me on twitter I’d be a GAZZILIONAIRE!”

Ugh. Do you mind if I don’t get into the weeds on this one? I will only say that from a merely PR standpoint, I think Brandi is right, that this situation won’t end up helping anyone. And from a PR standpoint, it’s a really bad call for LeAnn’s rep to issue a statement to Radar about Brandi donating money to the legal fund, and it’s a catastrophic PR decision to allow LeAnn to issue a statement about bullying. This whole thing is so idiotic.

Whoever LR’s rep is seems to be doing more harm than good when he/she tries to defend LR’s actions. LR is such a hypocrite and liar when it comes to her “bullying”. there is documented proof of the stuff she and her minions were posting to and about Brandi. I almost wish Brandi would have taken a legal stand considering she had sufficient proof and the woman causing it has contact with Brandi’s kids thru LR.
Maybe if LR drops it everyone can put at least this episode behind them and move forward. She is correct in that no good comes from this for either party.

I would agree except for the fact that LR called her (which is creepy enough as it is) and then started swearing and yelling at her. To me, that Cali law isn’t designed to protect people who are verbally harrassing you.
Dont forget one of the reasons anyone heard it at all was b/c LR was denying she ever called her to Ediot and some others. I dont blame her at all for recording it just for the reason that LR is a known liar and she proved it again in this situation.

You don’t engage in the conversation and hang up,which she didn’t, or inform them you are taping them and will be turning the tape over to law enforcement or your lawyer, etc. You don’t turn it over to youtube and gossip sites after not informing the person you are taping. I have zero sympathy for Smiley and her minions’ actions who she gavethe tape to in doing that, putting it on the internet just to embarrass her in the BB/ER war, because it is illegal and she has a career as a teacher and is a mother and should have thought about that instead of this ongoing internet games regarding these people in this drama she doesn’t even know.
However, I do feel sorry for her in that this was carried far too long and never should have gotten past at the most LeAnn filing and demanding an apology for disbursing the tape online illegally and then releasing some kind of bullshit statement together that things had gotten out of hand on both sides and both regret it and move on. It honestly would have made LeAnn look better than this bullshit laswsuit going on forever and forever draining a teacher financially. LeAnn, karma. Drop it and stop carryng this to the extreme since your own behavior is questionable with your online twitter “fans.” Amajean is still around you, who was a horrible person to Brandi, and you knew it and encouraged it. That Amejean is a horrible person. I’ve looked at his Twitter account before and it was very disturbing. Something is not right in his head, that is for sure. So it’s not surprising that Leann surrounds herself with people like him and gets him to do her dirty work. I agree that Leann should never have gone forward with this lawsuit – but she is too much of a narcissist to even realize that all of her dirty laundry will come out as well.

That Leann is wrong (and she is very wrong) does not make Smiley right. That Smiley’s a teacher doesn’t make her a saint. At the least, she made a huge mistake in judgment.
It’s one thing to come to gossip sites and read stuff and talk about it with other people. It’s a whole other level to personally engage and spend so much time obsessed over just one celebrity triangle. Twitter and the internet have made that easy, unfortunately.

Completely agree with Jayna — it would be better for LeAnn to drop the lawsuit, especially for PR reasons, but I have absolutely no sympathy for smiley. Releasing a recorded telephone conversation online is serious….. and there is no excuse for her and others who have constantly posted horribly negative comments about LeAnn online – a quick twitter search of Leann’s name reveals a ton of those comments – some of these haters seem crazy obsessed.

For the life of me, I can’t understand why and how a busy mother of 6 would get so deeply involved in Brandi and Leann’s mess. Why would she even WANT to hate tweet about Leann? Why did she care SO SO much about Brandi’s marriage and children. It’s baffling. Why anyone would be so personally invested in other people’s lives is totally insane. Brandi was not well-known and Leann’s team of bullies were going hard at Brandi for quite a long time. People got on Twitter to defend her because it was so insane and wrong. Then Leann lied and lied and lied about her actions. People got caught up, and kept it going, even once Brandi got more solid footing to defend herself. I really think people thought she might own up to all that she had done and was still doing through those nasty fans of hers. You know the two I’m talking about. It all just got out of hand it seems. I don’t know…I’m not on Twitter, but I’ve certainly watched this whole thing evolve from afar and I think Leann could have ended a lot of the hatred towards her had she ever owned up to the years of harassment.
I also don’t think it’s fair that she and her team attribute all the hatred towards her as coming from Brandi fans. There are a lot of people that do not like her just for her and her actions, and have nothing to do with liking Brandi.

If people are being bullied and harrassed by people they don’t know, who live in other cities without ANY personal contact or relationship, delete your account and get back to your life. What an insanely juvenile and immature thing to do. This was Brandi’s fight.
Smiley made her twitter private a long time before the phone call. Leann then had people she know access the account and give her info. Sounds like stalking to me. Rimes instigated the call by having a so called friend of smileys call her from a restaurant. The lunch was planned around that call. There are pictures of Leann smirking at the table. The purpose was to call Smiley and bully her. Perhaps Smiley shouldn’t have recorded her but everyone knows Leanne lies. And I think there is also a law against someone calling someone for the sole purpose of swearing and bullying them. With all that said, the case was thrown out today. Leann has 20 days to amend and refile. If Leann was smart, she would let it go. She could gain back some followers. Let’s hope this drama is over.
Brandi deserves every cent she is going to make out of eahc and every Leann debacle. When does her next book come out?? Can’t wait to read it.

Genuine question: Brandi’s bottom lip looks pretty swollen and… jacked up. Is that what lip fillers do and then you have to draw on your lip smaller so they don’t look like slugs?
I don’t know. But lip fillers always disturb me when they’re done big like that. For some reason, I get grossed out, like I’m looking at hot dogs or something on their lips. Nicole Kidman’s when they were big did the same thing to me. I could barely watch her in one movie one time they were so overinflated top and bottom and looked disturbing. And then the people who do this start licking their lips occasionally and that’s annoying. Maybe their lips are numb and why they do that. I don’t know. But I’ve seen a bunch do that licking the upper lip thing. Brandi was doing it on Anderson Cooper’s show. I guess she got them newly filled back then.
Lip fillers look best when done very subtly just to enhance your lips a little, not trying to have Angelina Jolie lips, which hers are natural.

Brandi has said Leann was sending her taunting texts even before Eddie was kicked out of the house. That’s in her book. But the mean tweets were all public. They were either directly from Leann, or from her employees or close friend-fans. She would LOL or 🙂 at them often. They basically spent 24/7 trying to smear her reputation, all because their favorite cuntry singer wanted a man that was already taken. These are fans that she has offline relationships with, like calls, meetings, texts.

I agree with your points. Any public figure who would choose to take it this far will probably keep it going (unfortunately). Just because a lawsuit is filed doesn’t mean a plaintiff will prevail. The daddy lawsuit ended up shining a spotlight on some alleged dirty laundry, so you think people would learn the risks involved.
Eh. While Ed is certainly lacking class and honor, it isn’t his job to police his wife. I’m a stepmom and despise my husband’s ex-wife, not because she is his first wife, but because for six years she has actively put her needs before her children (one before my husband and one with him). The problems that she has with her daughters are her own fault but she likes to play the blame game… similar to LeAnn.

In the first picture Brandi looks amazing. However, the pictures where she is wearing the blue dress are not flattering. Her face looks so puffy and bloated. She needs to quit with the fillers/botox etc. She is naturally a beautiful woman but she is ruining her face ala Kat Face.
I know. Brandi is such a striking woman and the older first picture is so much prettier when comparing to the new ones in the blue dress. Just the photo Celebitchy used on the front of the article to click on they did of Brandi yesterday I think it was of Brandi getting out of the car in the white dress or sitting in it, showed her face so distorted looking. That’s the thing with overuse of fillers. They might look passable looking at the person face on, but you catch the face at certain angles and it really shows you how odd they make the face look.
All these women ruining their faces has been an education for me. I know I will run from overdoing anything when I hit my forties. Less is more.
She just doesn’t photograph well. If you saw her in person, you would change your mind. I have a friend who always said Brandi looked like a tranny, then she saw her in person one day and could not stop saying how stunning she looked. For some reason it doesn’t come across in photos. It could be her makeup.

TheTruthHurts, what do I need to change my mind about? I watch her on TV on her show and interviews, not just photos. I said she was very striking B/F the heavier use of fillers and overuse of botox this past eight months or so.
The first season she was stunning and very soft looking and much younger lookng than her age. She has been looking very cat-faced, has a hard look now, puffy face. In one interview her smile was so tight because of her blownup lips and cheeks, couldn’t even smile fully, not natural. She still looks pretty, but the overuse of fillers is ruining her beauty and not making her look younger, instead more plastic. It was sad to see. Sure, she’s still attractive, but it was all I could focus on in some interviews after she put too much filler in. Plenty of people are saying the same thing. She needs to stop it.
To be fair…
She was trying to get out of a luxury car, with a short dress, high-heels, impossibly long-legs, no panties, while holding a clutch that wasn’t large enough to block the paps’ Britney/kitty-kat shot. And then doing essentially a walk of shame hoping the paps didn’t get the shot.
Think of yourself in that exact situation then go check out your face in the mirror.
That said, everyone takes bad pictures. And being on tv means there are more angles and bad lighting to worry about. Brandi has often said she has some issues on this front.
In a similar situation, it would be hard not to try and correct them for even the most well-adjusted among us.
Brandi has often said that the boys “love” LeAnn which I think is very big of Brandi. It would be so easy and natural for Brandi to drop shade on the boys relationship with LeAnn but Brandi accepts it and is honest about it.
Brandi has forgotten more about honesty and class than LeAnn will ever learn if she lives to be a hundred years old….and OMG, let’s hope that doesn’t happen.

the woman isn’t suing Leann but rather the opposite– Leann is suing her. and Brandi knows what it’s like to have the full-force of Leann’s money and lawyers against you when you don’t have the same resources. You know, when this story broke a few years ago, i was surprised–I didn’t know much about LeAnn at the time, even though I knew she had been embroiled in a couple tabloud dramas–but none of that really led me to disliking her. That came from her entitled, immature, remorseless reaction to the whole thing, as well as the fact that she won’t STFU about her stupid ass affair already. She can’t have her cake and eat it too. If LeAnn wants people to quit talking about the affair, she needs to sit the f down and just. Stop. Talking. Already. Side note: LeAnn’s lawyer neglects to mention that when a conversation is in a public restaurant and in front of a group of people, the conversation ceases to be private. Smiley had the same right to record the conversation as I do to record a parade and post it online. It’s not like Smiley and LeAnn were sitting alone in a room together and Smiley had a camera hidden in her purse. LeAnn just doesn’t like the public backlash.

I don’t think the timing of Brandi donating that money had anything to do with LeAnn’s stupid CD coming out. The Smiley’s had to raise a certain amount of money to pay their lawyer for their court date and were in crunch time. There was a big push by all of the Smiley supporters to raise the money by June 5th. If you use LeAnn’s lawyers logic, then you can blame LeAnn for having a court date on the day after her CD release. Was she trying to use that date for publicity? It’s all so stupid.

I really feel like people misunderstand what Leann is doing. There are two different cases against the Smileys as far as I can tell– the civil case filed by Leann and the criminal case that the state will pursue. I don’t agree that Smiley should prosecuted by the state because I don’t believe that the law was designed for such situations BUT technically what she did was criminal. Leann suing her civilly seems is completely unnecessary– the sole purpose of this lawsuit is financially ruin the woman’s family. THAT is why Leann is evil. She didn’t like that this woman had the audacity to prove that Leann was a liar, a bully AND a terrible step-mother, therefore she is out to destroy this woman’s life. Actually that is a genuine question…… I really don’t get why people are so invested in this. This is a Hollywood situation where all the people involved live in some kind of alternative celebrity reality. I don’t think anything any of them have done has any applicability to real life morality.

if i remember correctly, she only released the audio tape AFTER leann went on record denying that it ever happened, saying this woman contacted her, claiming smiley was bullying her, playing the victim card, etc. basically leann was blaming this woman for the whole incident and she was simply fighting back.
i don’t know how “engaged” smiley was prior to this other than her twitter account was private (and leann wasn’t following her) months before this happened. leann went out of her way to make sure she got into contact with this woman. i agree it’s silly to get THAT involved (i love reading the gossip but seriously i would never engage in it) but at the same time, when someone with a national platform starts slandering you, i think you have the right to fight back.
Brandi irritates me. I don’t think she has the Issues Leann does, but I don’t like either of them. Eddie’s the worst of the bunch and he doesn’t get the flack he should. He married two women who love the smell of blood in the water, and while they’re engaging in drama, he’s off cheating.
He seems to stay under the radar for the most part. I think it’s been several months since he has (at least in public) spoken up for his wife. In older photos, he appears to be more fully enjoying the ride, but since last year, maybe not so much. He looks a little more engaged in photos this week, but then again he has a birthday this month and probably wants a nice vacation. I would like to think he could be a voice of reason, but he seems to be just coasting along.
Completely agree with Emily. I do not get the Brandi love. She is crass and classless. Don’t love LeeAnn either. She’s ego maniacal and clueless. But she can sing. A great voice.

If she wanted to coparent without conflict she would stop all her crap. Does she really think it is going to help to publish the intimate details about her marriage, constantly criticize her children’s stepmother, or tweet every time she has a tantrum about not having her children 24/7. What about her statement that she would no longer talk about LeAnn or her ex after her book tour?
Was it really necessary for Brandi to publically claim she contributed money to Smiley’s defense? She could donate money to any antibullying campaign or organization, but she just happens to choose a private lawsuit that her child’s stepmother is engaged in. This chick is so dumb she can’t even understand the basics of the lawsuit. LeAnn is NOT suing because she was bullied she is suing because her conversation was recorded without her permission and leaked online to be heard worldwide. The distinction seems to be too complicated for Brandi to grasp.
If Brandi was really worried about custody details she would discuss them with her lawyer, privately. Unfortunately for her, her complaints are so trivial her lawyer won’t bring them into court. She knows this too, but she will continue to tweet about them so she can keep coming across as the victim. Her hatred for LeAnn/Eddie is stronger than her love for her children.
I love that brandi called out Darrell Brown specifically. He comes across as super creepy with a hidden agenda, and is for sure involved in keeping up the drama.

What reeks of desperation is Brandi running to the tabloids and twitter every time she gets an itch for attention & concocts or rehashes an old story about her boys staying with Eddie and LEAnn to get sympathy. Brandi can’t shut up & leave her kids any privacy. That might cost her a story on Radar Online, God forbid! LEAnn is immature but Brandi is worst. Cut the crap & put your kids first. I don’t care what happened between the adults, put the kids first. PERIOD!!!!! “but the boys do love her”…this should be meaning something. She is cray cray and she has done sth bad, but she knows it and I really do not believe she is evil. She is not just tolerating these kids, she actually accepts and loves them. When she and Eddie get divorced, and they probably will, I bet she will continue to care for these boys. Also, does anyone think she is rather naive and does not have much of a defense mechanism?
