Let me start off by saying I’m not defending Hernandez because I do believe that if he didn’t kill this guy then he knows who did BUT that case where he shot someone in the face was dismissed years ago for lack of evidence. While I think it does show a pattern of aggression, I don’t think they can use it against him. I don’t understand why it is so hard for athletes to keep themselves clean, he just signed a 4yr contract for what 40mil? Dude had the world by the balls and now it’s just going to kick him in the butt..
That case was not dismissed for lack of evidence. There was no case, only a failed investigation. The victim wouldn’t cooperate with police because Hernandez was his friend. It was also only a couple months ago, not a couple years. The guy alleging he shot him only filed his case this month and he voluntarily withdrew it due to error and then refiled with a correction, the correction being that Hernandez didn’t shoot him in the face but in the arm and the bullet traveled through his arm and into his face.

If he’s trying to get money, he’s a cheap date only asking for $100,000. I think he has always known it was Hernandez but didn’t want to name him because they were friends and it was an accident. Now, after all the medical bills have come in, he needs cash.
If he didn’t name hernandez when it happened, wouldn’t he just go to Hernandez directly insyead of suing. I can’t see Hernandez saying no to $100, 000 when it would save his image and a potential suspension

I know right. Harry used to be the odd duck but he’s blossomed. He is so strapping and full of gingy gorgeousness. Wills peaked early for sure. He so favors his mom. I wish he could just get hair transplants but I guess it would be un-royal like to do so. Just a shame. The technology has advanced so much it would look extremely natural not like dolls hair. Anyway, he seems like a down to earth guy. Happy B’day wishes to him.

Tebow was never ready for the pros. It’s because he has fans that he remains. Maybe Belichick can force him to play a position other than Quarterback. He might have a chance at a moderately successful career if that happens.
