Jennifer Aniston may – may – have finally wised up and gotten rid of John Mayer. I am not an Aniston hater or lover, so there’s no secret anti/pro Brangelina agenda going on here. But I was never a fan of Jen dating John Mayer. His reputation makes it fairly clear that he was probably just wasting her time. It would have been cute if somehow Jen had been the one to change him, but I really don’t think Mayer can be changed.
Jen was spotted out last night with a very handsome gentleman, that according to Ted Casablanca at E!, is a much better looking guy than John Mayer. And it appeared they were on a date from the man’s body language, though he could have just been Jennifer’s colleague. Nonetheless, I’m excited at the potential.
Jennifer Aniston was surely looking as if she was doing something, or someone, naughty last night at Chateau Marmont. An utterly radiant, glowing, just-washed-that-hanger-on-stinky-pop-star-outta-my-fabulously-coiffed hair Jen was dashing down to the valet last night giggling. Of course, the garage was closed to the common folk, but eager parking peeps couldn’t wait to service the gal Brad got tired of servicing all those years ago.
But it wasn’t Jen’s preferential treatment that had folks gabbing, but her companion:
J.A. was “absolutely radiant and ravishing” as she held tight to her man-date, exiting the posh bad-girl’s hang for babes like Sienna and Lindsay. And he wasn’t one of her gay pals or John Mayer, thong-wearer and dubious starlet escort. Nope, the guy in questions was a taller, darker and handsomer babe who held his honey tight, protected and away from peeping eyeballs like yours and mine.
In fact, we’re assured the mystery man is mucho miles ahead of Mayer in the looks department, so maybe there’s hope for Ms. A. one-upping that bitch Angie, after all, let’s pray, OK?

The only sorta-questionable thing about the guy is that Casablanca says he was wearing makeup. He emphasizes again that the gentleman is not one of Jen’s gay friends, but there was makeup, nonetheless. He didn’t specify what it was, and to me that makes a difference. I mean are we talking guyliner or rouge? Or a full out Mac face? Jen’s people didn’t respond to requests for the guy’s name or relationship to the actress.
It’s been a month since Jennifer and John Mayer were photographed together. That’s a considerable amount of time. A lot of people speculated that the pair only rekindled their relationship for the “Marley and Me” publicity. If so, it worked fairly well, though people track Jen’s love life with an obsessive zeal no matter who she’s dating. Overall, it’s not totally safe to say their relationship is over, but I’m hopeful Jen’s moved on to better dudes.

Yup, that’s the only reason she’s ever seen out in public. To promote movies. Really, God, she should just stay in her house where she belongs!

Jaybird it’s not true it’s been a month since they have been photographed together. A quick search on Just Jared shows some long lens shots of them on New Years Day in Cabo. If you are talking about together as in leaving a restaurant in L.A. no there hasn’t been any in the past two weeks even though they have been snapped in L.A. at different places.John said on the radio before Christmas he was going away to work on his album this month.
It’s a known fact in hollyweird that Jen’s had a longtime boyfriend since her Brad breakup. But her sick publicist Huvane set hr up with V. Vaughn, Paul S. and John Mayer for movie publicity and to compete with her Ex at the box office, while they help her real guy get his acting career on track behind the scene. They are suppose to go public soon, so this guy may very wll be her secret boyfriend. I understand how she feels no one should try to snoop in her private life. But letting her publicist help her lie to her fans is kind of a low blow to them, if you ask me.
God, even the gossip about this woman is boring.
if what anastasia is sayin’ is true re: JM being a publicity stunt relationship to keep our interest in JA (which I hear from my hollywood peeps, happens pretty frequently) then maybe the guy is the real thing and was wearing a bit of left-over stage make-up from “building up his career” or maybe it’s a little joke about him wearing HER make-up (like lip stick from kissing). Is that too generous?
If it’s true that she’s just manipulating her image, then that sucks, but it’s kind of what we deserve, don’t ya think?

Jennifer is definatly not a top notch actress, have never seen her in a movie that made me remember her intensly..she is very beautiful though and hope she has a few hot men in her life til she finds the one she can settle down and have a family with if that even happens or if that’s even what she wants. She needs to change somehow as an actress take on some important roles not just these petty little comedies..I want to see her in something moving..Is she even capable of that though?? I am keeping my fingers crossed that this is true. I am no Mayer fan either. But I have grown to like Jen quite a lot in the last couple of years. I find myself wishing her well.
Regarding the comment about “other women” getting pregnant to trap men.. You must not get out much.. A baby(ies) does not keep a man with you.. Talk to the women who have children with their husbands or boyfriends, and he still walked. Grow up.. a man stays with a woman because he wants to.. children or not. If Jennifer wants or wanted to be a mother she would have done so by now. There is nothing wrong with saying that you do not want children. If she had courage she would go ahead and adopt or get pregnant. I think she won’t adopt because she does not want to be compared to Angelina. I hope that is not the case. I know women who “accidentally” got pregnant at pivotal points in a relationship and it prevented the men from leaving. Some of these men, including my cousin, eventually left (1-5- years later), and some did not. I agree – the strategy is dumb, and without guarantee of success. Nevertheless, it is still being practiced quite often.

Cheyenne, your comment made me laugh out loud! So true, the haters will always find a reason why Brad is with Angie, except the obvious: he’s in love with her and loves their kids. I don’t recall her getting pregnant when they started dating “to trap Brad”. As to Brad wanting kids with Jen, he was VERY clear about it in every interview, even teared up about it to Diane Sawyer. Jennifer lied about wanting kids, it’s obvious she never did and her career was always more important than her marriage. NOthing wrong about not wanting kids, btw, just don’t lie about it to your spouse.

Have you forgotten that she ALREADY was a mom with Maddox when Brad met her, that that was what attracted Brad to Angie? Secondly, Brad went with Angie to Africa adopt a SECOND child, an almost near death black baby girl, who was later named Zahara, remember? If Brad wanted to bolt, he had more reasons and opportunity to do so with the first two adopted children. Then he adopted them and Maddox and Zahara’s last names changed to Jolie-Pitt. The rest of the children are just part of their plan and history.
There is little room for doubt that Brad and Angie love parenthood. It is what they both wanted individually and they are LUCKY, or blessed, to find within each other mutual goals about family life. Their desire to have and raise children is authentic. Their story stands above others because you do not see people wanting and having large families anymore. The average family has 2-3 kids. How many families do you know, in which the parents are less than 45 yrs. old, that have 4 or more children (excluding stepchildren) and are still together?
Well I see the Brad/Angie fans once again can’t help themselves from posting on a Jennifer post. Really sad guys. As for Jen she could date a garbage man and the whole world would be crazy with the news! Who knows what she has up her sleeve – but whatever she is so private that it is difficult to get pictures of her when not promoting a movie. Whatever is happening you can be sure that Jen is living a very fun filled life with friends. She will find the right man yet. Obviously she hasn’t found the right man yet to have a child with. There is not one picture of her with Sculfor. I know there isn’t but if you think there is please post the link. You won’t because there isn’t one but you can try. Also very few of her and Vince and again very few of her and Mayer. They do not even walk the red carpet together on purpose so people cannot get pictures. Also very few in Cabo. The paps were desperate and many flew there to get pictures but not one good one of her and Mayer. Jen is very private – good pictures of her are rare. and as for tabloid pictures they used old ones mostly. I know it hurts to admit it. Aniston is a B-list actor whose career is sliding downhill at an accelerating rate. The only kind of roles she can play are the kind which the studios will give to Anne Hathaway or Katherine Heigl instead of her: both much younger, both much more attractive, and both much better rom-com actors. Aniston’s best bet is to go back to TV and maybe she can pick up a few roles in some sitcoms as somebody’s mother.

“Management” is being released in Iceland and Croatia, of all places, before it goes into very limited release in the U.S., and from there to DVD.
“Traveling” still can’t find a distributor, after all these months.

So… there are people in this blog that think Jennifer Aniston could be amongst ANY of these true movie stars? All of the above have at least starred in a movie or carried a movie solely on their name and ACHIEVED success in doing so. Almost all of them have been nominated or have won an award in a movie. These are some of the A-List actresses that are known world-wide.
I believe Aniston is a great, TV actress and an up and coming movie star. She currently does not fit in with any of the above groups, and that’s OK. If her true passion is to become a movie star and she is committed to reaching this goal, above marriage and parenthood, then I believe she will have it.
She is not up and coming she has arrived! She has four movies out this year. And the first one was number 1 for two weeks. Watch He’s just not that into you will make loads of money too. Jennifer has arrived. I loved the above marriage and parenthood. Jen has years to get married and become a parent. Sheryl Crow adopted at 45. So jen still has 5 years. And as for marriage. I don’t even know if she wnats that. She said to People magazine sure maybe. Doesn’t sound like she is dying to get remarried. and by the way she fits into most of those lists just fine. give it up haters. Jen has arrived you are just to jealous to admit it.
That “secret longtime boyfriend” rumor has been circulating for months and it is total bullshit. No celebrity would let herself be subjected to the ridicule Aniston has put up with over the past few years if she didn’t have to. What possible good could it do her or her career to be publicly derided as “dumped and desperate”, a “serial dumpee”, and a pathetic loser who can’t keep a man?
Aniston made four movies last year, only one of which has been released. The score so far:
1) Marley and Me — successfully released, #1 at the box office for two weeks.
2) He’s Just Not That Into You — originally scheduled for release last June; postponed because the studio didn’t want to go head to head with Sex and the City. Re-scheduled for release in October, but the studio didn’t want to go head to head with either Changeling or Burn After Reading. Re-scheduled for release in February 2009. Audience reviews from preview screenings were dreadful, which may have been the real reason the movie’s release has been postponed twice.
3) Management — bombed at the Toronto Film Festival and could not find a distributor for months. Imdb.com says release dates are as follows:

I would say so. don’t worry the movies you mentioned will do great. Jen now has her last 2 movies over 100 million in the US. Few female stars and say they do.
