I’m not here for Kit Harington’s butter-faced ass in any role outside of Game of Thrones to be honest, and I can barely watch him there.
Kit is one of the worst actors on GoT. Pompeii does not look like a good movie at all, Kit’s looks are probably better than the movie will be.
He kind of ruined Jon Snow for me, who was one of my favorite characters in the book. When I read the books now all I picture is Kit’s pouty mush-face attempting to emote and I just roll my eyes at some of the best lines now, and I can barely get through his arc with that Ygritte girl who’s voice is so annoying and grating and ew.
I do not and will never understand his appeal.
Have you never seen him act? Or an interview? Whatever, more for the people who like him (because he is a great actor and attractive and one of the nicest human beings ever).

I find his interviews (television) to be the worst. It’s like he gets there and just says what everyone wants him to say, which is the same stupid stuff over and over again. I’m ok being naked, I’m from Sweden, rinse and repeat. However it does seem like he is a nice guy which comes across in print.
High five Tiffany27. This dude and the Joe whats-his-name guy are easily the worst actors in True Blood. His looks aren’t anything to write home about either. He has a high forehead and looks a walking corpse. Vampire Bill isn’t exactly a conventionally good looking guy, but at least Stephen Moyer has charisma in spades. I’m always team Bill in the show-verse (or more team Sam but I doubt that’d ever happen).
No, me neither. I find him incredibly bland looks wise, no real sex appeal. I really like Alicia Vikander though, she was great in “A Royal Affair” with Mads Mikkelsen. His appeal I very much do understand.
I like Skarsgard (even though he reminds me of this REALLY dweeby man I used to work for), but I agree about Alicia. I was in it for Mads, but she was also very good (and so pretty) in A Royal Affair.

Yea…I didn’t get it either at first. I’m a big fan of the books (hate that depraved show tho). When I gave the show a shot, I totally got it. He is soooo charming. He really made me believe he could be the character (who is supposed to be gorgeous and charming). Watch him it the show (if you can stomach it) you’ll get it too.

This past July, I was at my neighbor’s, the Caspary’s (the two 90 year olds that I visit), and we were just visiting. Well it was 4th of July, and so all their kids and grandkids come to see them for the week. And let me tell you, one of their grandsons came in….he looks EXACTLY like Ewan McGregor.
Right down to the same body type, same hair color and style, EXACT same face, but no ginger beard :(…he was HOT. I did a double take and was stealing glances at him like an idiot the whole time I was there.
But yeah, he was HOT….and I just couldn’t wait to share because that was honestly the first celebrity doppelanger I had ever seen.
