Jessica Simpson has said several times that she wants to follow Angelina’s lead and adopt a child, and it sounds like she’s getting ready to do so any day now. The NY Post’s Cindy Adams says that Jessica told her she wants a child pretty soon, and not a biological one:
JESSICA Simpson, jealous of An gelina and Britney and Mrs. Ben Affleck and Christina Aguilera and Brooke Shields and Liv Tyler and maybe Demi Moore and Seal’s wife and Reese Witherspoon and Ann Heche and all the movie mommies who are parading babies, says she’s getting there. Getting ready. Getting set. Not that there’s necessarily a donor all primed – other than maybe Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and Zsa Zsa’s frog prince. She says what’s getting her ready for motherhood are her dogs. They’re putting her into the maternal caregiving mode. Gorgeous Jessica, who’d have no trouble with volunteers to make a baby in the old-fashioned way, says she’ll first adopt. So look for another designer kid to come down the pike.
And reader Clarimonde points out that there’s a gift registry at high-end boutique Petit Tresor in Jessica Simpson and John Mayer’s name. If it’s not an easily-created fake, it might signify that Jessica wants a baby girl, as it includes “Cassie bedding” in pastel pink.
I’m surprised Jessica and John have lasted this long. She seems to hang all over him when they’re out together and he looks like he’s annoyed. If she adopts a baby it might guilt him into staying or he might want to get out of there immediately just like Billy Bob did to Angelina.
Jessica and John just enjoyed a romantic trip to Italy, and despite vowing never to be caught out without her panties, Jessica’s buttcrack was on full view at the airport.

The odd thing about that registry : the dresser and mobile were added back in July 2006… o_O How can that explain this is a serious listing? It looks fake , fake, fake.

Read carefully! The dresser and mobile were added to the Petit Tresor catalog back in July, not to her registry which means it could still be very real.

I bet you that she really is pregnant. and that the adoption thing was just planted by her people as a decoy. so that people will go “no she cant be pregnant, she wants to adopt first!”.
