Trek update: They were intending to fly everyone from the Pole to Novo by today and then stay in Novo a couple of days before flying back to Cape Town. However, because of a predicted blizzard they flew out to Cape Town today:
“We all arrived safely back in Novo yesterday, having the second half of the expedition team being picked up from the South Pole […] – it is about an 8-hour flight back to here in Novo.
” Now on a very blustery, very snowy day, with a blizzard coming – well a cyclone actually – we are about to fly out to, well we are about to be dragged out on the back of a skidoo to our Aleutian aircraft. That Aleutian aircraft will be flying us back to Cape Town, where we have a few days of decompression before returning home to our loves ones.”

I remember reading an interview Brad gave last year where he said that the older he got the more time conscious he gets. That he wanted to leave a legacy behind that his family could be proud of.
Well with 6 wonderful children, equally wonderful partner in Angelina, memorable movie performances & productions, award winning humanitarian work and one of the -if not the most powerful man in Hollywood whom everyone namedrops – it seems that Brad has succeeded.
Just imagine how much this man has evolved after falling in love with Angelina and becoming a father. If it wasn’t for Angie he would still be high on weed, tanning on the beach somewhere in South America, only have show business friends, estranged from his family, childless and looking like a Ken doll.

I seem to be the exception here, but I don’t find Pitt sexy at all these days. And no, it’s not because of age per se. There are plenty of 50-something actors – Colin Firth, Viggo Mortensen, Daniel Day Lewis – who are still very hot. Brad just looks like a hobo.

Yeah…brad is handsome but he never was my type. Viggo however…I first saw him in Indian Runner way back in the early 90’s and was like, damn that man is fine as hell. Shoot, one of my ex bfs kind of resembles him physically, and I was insanely attracted to that bf so I guess Viggo fits my ‘type’
The problem is, he is such a good character actor that Id seen him in loads of movies since then and didnt even realize it was him to I went back and viewed them later. Talk about your talent eclipsing your looks.

Yeah, I can’t imagine watching someone’s wedding–someone who I don’t know that is. Like I wouldn’t even watch Brangelina’s wedding (I’d look at pics, but pay for that shizz, no way), and I’m a HUGE fan.
