She looks great. I like the dress; the shoes; all of it.

  2. smee says:

    She’s really cute.

  3. Valerie says:

The dress is cute. And B.Coop speaking French? Super hot.

    • FLORC says:

He thinks it’s hot too. That’s his big pick up move.

      • SonjaMarmeladova says:

Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t stand French.

      • itstrue says:

He always looks like a wax figure to me. I do not understand his appeal.

      • Clever hand says:

I don’t care much for him but his French is pretty good. He should be proud of it

      • Virgilia Coriolanus says:

I am very jealous–I’ve been studying French for almost four years (two years here, didn’t for another two years, and then two more years), and I am absolute crap at it. I am such an American……

But I don’t doubt that that’s his pickup move……and any hotness about it was killed from that coat. He looked like ME, when I wear my dad’s navy peacoat–which is too big for me, but it’s really warm.

  4. Kimbob says:

IMO, Rashida Jones is one of the most beautiful actresses out there right now. I just love her hair, skin & eye colors….she’s just gorgeous to me! Oh, & she seems like such a nice, down-to-earth person, as well.

    • emmie_a says:

I agree. I’m going to miss her on Parks & Rec so much! And I like her outfit. The dress, shoes, hair, makeup. All great.

    • David99 says:

      +1000

    • ZigZagZoey says:

That’s funny ~ I have always thought that too. Her skin color is so beautiful as is the rest! And she does seem very nice and cool.

    • dizzylucy says:

I agree, I think she is very pretty.
I’m going to miss Ann and Leslie’s friendship on Parks, but I’m excited for Rashida – she’s got a couple of shows she’s developing/already sold, and I hope everything goes well for her.

    • LilyT says:

People gush about her being such a great beauty… I just don’t see it. At all.

      • Georgia says:

A lot of it for me is in her personality. She just seems to radiate good humor, no matter what role she’s playing. And the facial expressions! She’s expressive and funny, and that I think makes her even more gorgeous

  5. Ag says:

Rashida is so lovely. But I don’t understand this dress. Yikes.

  6. Arock says:

I like it. It’s individual and sexy/fun with out the Katy perry foolishness.

  7. MissNostalgia says:

she is very cute and would look phenomenal if only she chose the right outfits; her dress sense is abyssmal.

  8. sputnik says:

    i want that dress.

  9. HappyMom says:

    Matt Damon is adorable.

  10. Leah says:

Rashida is so beautiful. I was watching Idris Elba on GM show and he was gushing about how beautiful she is.

  11. megsie says:

Love Rashida (love Kidada even more) the dress is cute and something she is perfectly capable of pulling off.

  12. Aria says:

    Is she pregnant?

    • Cali says:

That’s what I’ve been thinking the last few times I saw photos of her…one angle looks totally preggers but then the next she doesn’t. It’s weird.

  13. Dawn says:

Love her as an actress and for the many kind things that she does. I think she looks great.

  14. Virgilia Coriolanus says:

Let’s see–that dress on Rashida is UGLY. Don’t like the pattern of it at all, plus it makes her look like she’s got a gut that she’s trying to hide a la Julia Roberts.

I wish I were old enough to buy wine, as rose sounds right up my corner—two more years!!!!! On my 21st birthday, I will drink enough wine for all of you celebitches, and you can all share my hangover the next day 🙂

    • gg says:

Your posts are pretty intelligent for someone of your age. I would have never guessed. 🙂

      • Virgilia Coriolanus says:

I always seem to think that most of you guys are in their 20s, maybe early 30s—but a lot of you are a lot older…..

  15. Janet says:

Looks OK to me. Love the shoes.

  16. Ayush says:

She looks so nice, what is the issue here?

    • Kiddo says:

I think because it’s Winter and she might be cold. I don’t think it was a commentary directed at the style.

  17. LilyT says:

The sl*t-shaming bachelor is a douchey scrotebag and a poster boy for the most horrible stereotypes about Latino men.

    • Tiffany :) says:

LOL! “Scrotebag” is such a refreshing change from “douchebag”!

    • Virgilia Coriolanus says:

EXACTLY! If she was THAT bad, was that skanky or whatever, what does it say about HIM to have slept with her?

She didn’t hold a gun to his head.

She didn’t tie him down, open his pants, make him pop a viagra, and have at it.

He chose to get into her panties. She wasn’t skanky when he was screwing her.

  18. gg says:

That dress is so wrong. It’s shapeless. Looks like a beach towel wrapped around her with another top on underneath, half covered. D-

  19. Karen says:

I like it all because she normally just has bad style; this shows some personality. Knowing how thin her hair is, the extensions bug me. Probably wouldn’t if I didn’t know, because her natural hair needs more volume and I guess that’s the only way she can get it. But a loosey-goosey up do with random tendrils falling down would totally score.

  20. Ally8 says:

That Prada “face” collection is from hell. I think Miuccia must have sustained a design-crippling head injury.

  21. Leila in wunderland says:

I kind of like this dress.

  22. Karen says:

I wish everyone would stop with the pigeon-toed stance.

  23. Mhmm says:

Plenty of people never, ever do drugs. I mean its a pretty stupid thing to start, it’s not something that should be hard to believe.

  24. LAK says:

Vanity Fair has an article about missing Shelly. It’s amazing. Please, please cover it.

      • Virgilia Coriolanus says:

I wonder if 2014 will be the year we take down Scientology AND Woody Allen.

Maybe it’s just me, but after Dylan coming forward (I applaud her!!!), I don’t see too many people working with Woody Allen. Unless they have already been contractually obligated to do so i.e. signed a contract to work with him, before all of ‘this’ started, I don’t see too many people beating down his door.

Everything’s coming to a head for Woody. I think that a majority of people forgot about the molestation allegations, in favor of him marrying Soon Yi. Plus it was like twenty years ago, and some people don’t pay attention to stuff like that–especially when you had to wait for it to be given to you. Now we can go and google anyone’s life story, know everything they’ve done within seconds.

I hope someone goes after Roman Polanski next. I was just looking at the wiki page for the 2008 Cannes film festival–there was a documentary there, about Roman Polanski. I didn’t click on it, but I’m assuming that it was about the trial/him pleading guilty/him escaping to wherever, from those rape charges.

The thing that struck me was that he was in Cannes last year—how do you have a documentary about how he ran away from rape charges in competition at the Cannes film festival, and then only a few years later, have the man himself, WITH A FILM IN COMPETITION, come? Does that make any sense?

And I’m sorry (NOT), but I wouldn’t want to go near Roman or Woody, after knowing what they’ve done. And I mean that. When I found out that one of my great uncles molested/raped my grandma when he was a teen, I haven’t felt comfortable around him–the few times I’ve been around him. I remember he was at my aunt’s house and wouldn’t leave, while I spent the day w/my cousins and my aunt had to go to work, and I just tried to keep away from him as much as I could. Didn’t want to talk with him, didn’t want to go nowhere with him–he tried to get me to go driving with him, apparently so the cops would know he wasn’t driving high or something.

But go Vanity Fair! Maybe that’s their way of apologizing for the GOOP debacle, although that thing the editor published–‘how do I get people to like me?’–says it all. Who the f-ck asks that? To an editor of a prestigious magazine, who is probably most certainly recording that phone call.

God–just being Goop’s godfather makes me want to break up with Steven Spielberg. I hope that smugness isn’t inherited from him–I would die.

  25. Other Renee says:

She is so adorable that she could wear a shower curtain and still look great.

  26. Audrey says:

Sorry, I never got the Rashida love. Ya, she’s pretty, but so, so awkward when she acts. I don’t think she adds anything to Parks & Rec. I am old enough to have watched Mod Squad, and her mother was AWESOME and Quincy’s accomplishments speak for themselves, but whenever I see Rashida, I think, meh, there are tons more women out there can are more “wow” and more talented than she is. She may be a very nice person, but I just don’t get the love for her.

  27. Maureen says:

It’s a really classy and artsy shift that looks great on her. Maybe she loved it so much she couldn’t wait for Spring. I’ve done that — worn off-season things because I couldn’t wait a couple months to put it on. Feeling great in a cute dress far outweighs feeling silly for a minute.

  28. homegrrrl says:

Few women can pull this off. It’s hugely refreshing, the dark hair, the sexy but not obvious styling. Thank you Rashida, for this bright fashion moment on a grey day.
