Britney Spears is not doing herself any favors by speaking at length to the paparazzi about her recent trouble with the press. On Friday she made an obnoxious sarchastic tirade to an X17 photographer about how “our world is so nice” with a faux Valley girl accent and persona. I wonder how long she practiced that shit in the mirror.

The truth is that X17 recorded Britney giving that same speech another time with the same points she made earlier while overacting in that dumb voice.

Her three main points are:

• She’s not pregnant
• She wasn’t drinking all the time as USA Today claims
• Her management didn’t know what they were doing when they sent her to rehab.

She initially thanked her fans and told them that she’ll have new stuff coming out soon:

I’m just really really shocked at how nice our world is, because it’s just so nice. Oh my God, like the other day, like I was sitting there, and and I saw these magazines and they said I was pregnant, and like it’s so true, like America, believe everything you read, because like you’re smart and I’m stupid. Like, for real, come on ‘yall, and then after that, like I totally saw, also like (unintelligible, sounds like USA Today) ’cause always believe everything you read, that it said that you know like I was drinking all the time, and like it was so right. It was so true. I mean oh my God, it was so right, and like my management totally knew what they were doing when they sent me to rehab, so right, you know, and it’s just, like I’m just going to cry right now because like the world is so nice, like this lady so told me she said (voice pseudo-breaking) Britney, go to the light, go to the light and see Jesus, ok? And I was like (fake Valley accent) “Oh my God, I’m gonna do it.” and I did it, and it happened and it’s just so weird, because our world is so nice, so thank you so much.

I see what she’s saying about how people are bashing her, but she seems entirely unstable in those videos, especially the first one. Maybe she was worked up or whatever, but I would bet some kind of chemical or drug imbalance was to blame.

X17 claims to have 3 other parts to that video interview, but the others are just paparazzi footage along with some shouted questions. Part 2 is just an interview with the guy who Britney requested to film her speech along with a brief question to her while she’s walking into a restaurant. The paparazzi asks her if she were to go on tour, what country would she start in, and she blurts out “Australia.” Then there’s footage inside the restaurant where she’s eating with her cousin, Allie, and she says goodbye and “hopefully we’ll see you tomorrow.”

With all the photographers filming her, which you can see in the third and fourth videos, you can sort of understand how she would go off the deep end like this. She clearly loves the attention though.

She’s also still wearing bad wigs and hats along with making poor fashion choices. Perez Hilton reported that Britney has re-hired her old publicist, the hardworking Leslie Sloane Zelnick, and hopefully that’s true. She’s also in dire need of a stylist and some down time.
