Paris is Feeling the Pressure

Paris Hilton is starting to crack under the pressure as her life falls apart around her. She is trying anything to keep herself out of jail.

Firstly, she’s sacked her defense — criminal defense lawyer Howard Weitzman — and hired famed DUI defense lawyer Richard Hutton to help her with her appeal. Then she has that “petition” making the rounds on the net to get Arnie to grant her clemency from her sentence. Unfortunately for her, no one seems to be taking her seriously. In fact, it looks like everyone is turning against her.

The Sun reports:

The star was caught on camera crying again yesterday after reportedly sacking her lawyer.

The upset hotel heiress was being driven in her Bentley by dad Rick, leaving mum Kathy to comfort her in the back seat.

Meanwhile, just to rub it in, a US pressure group are venting their frustration at the socialite’s overexposure by starting a campaign against her.

Citizens For A Better America have launched the Go Away Paris appeal selling T-shirts, hats and even thongs with their campaign slogan on them.

And they’ve even gone as far as recording a song, which is available for download on iTunes and has its very own video.

The track includes the lyrics: “I saw her picture in the magazine / I saw her book in the store / And she had sex on my computer screen / But I just can’t take anymore…

“So here’s to you Paris Hilton / Will you hear me when I say / You’ve got everything you want / So could you please just go away.”

You can play the video here.

To add to her worries, Parisexposed.com is going back online next week, so now more people can go through her treasure trove of trash and see what other misdeeds she has gotten up to.

I never thought I would say it, but I feel bad for Paris. Not because she’s going to jail — she did the crime, and deserves to do the time. What I feel bad about is the fact that she’s kind of been thrown to the lions at this point. She’s not a nice person, but it’s equally not nice to see such public hate towards a person either.

Paris needs to keep her head down, stop thinking that she is actually too special to not go to jail, actually do the time, and grow up. Once she does all that, I am sure the public will have a place for her on Dancing With The Stars where she can gain public redemption.

Note by Celebitchy: a lot is being made of the fact that Paris has been seen driving again. She actually is allowed to drive at this point, as the ban was lifted in mid April.
