Actor David Faustino, best known for his long-running role as Bud Bundy on “Married With Children” owns a medical marijuana clinic in Reseda, California. His ex-partner says it’s so he can get the highest grade pot possible, and claims that he was shafted out of the business by Faustino. When his partner went on vacation, Bud changed the locks, changed the business name, and did his best to shut him out.

Unsurprisingly, Bud just got busted for low-level pot possession in New Smyrna Beach, FL, and was charged with “disorderly intoxication.”

Faustino, who filed for divorce from Andrea Elmer, his wife of six years, in February of this year, saw his good time in Florida go “up in smoke” when he was busted by New Smyrna Beach police and charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and “disorderly intoxication,” police sources told the ENQUIRER.

It’s nice to know that not all former child stars get into the hard stuff.

Faustino has appeared in several straight to DVD pot comedies, including 2001’s Killer Bud and 2006’s Puff, Puff, Pass starring Danny Masterson and directed by Mekhi Phifer of ER fame.
