Jennifer Aniston adoption rumor surfaces again

Jennifer Aniston is yearning for a baby, claims Star Magazine, and they say she’s ready to adopt as a single mom just like her friend, singer Sheryl Crow, recently did. What’s more is that she wants to look for an American mother, and is working on a domestic adoption. The article has no new details, just “insider quotes” and old remarks from Aniston saying she wants kids, so I would bet it’s recycled from older stories.

Jennifer Aniston is looking for the next love of her life – an adopted baby! Pals say the broody star is lonely and feeling the urge to raise a child of her own. “Jen’s at a place where she seems at peace with her life, but she’s actually very lonesome,” a friend tells Star. “Having a child would fill the void. She’s 38 and in her prime. The only thing she’s missing is a baby…”

“Jennier and her friends have discussions about domestic versus international adoption,” says the friend. “I think Jen qould like to adopt a child from this country. She says there are lots of kids here who need good homes – you don’t need to go to a Third World country. I think that’s a stab in Angelina’s direction, but that’s how Jen feels.

This isn’t the first time this rumor has come up. In January the news came out that Aniston wanted to adopt a baby and was working with a private agency to bring home two tots, a boy and a girl, from an American mother. She was even said to be asking Oprah for advice.

Meanwhile Aniston’s friends Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Sheryl Crow, Laura Dern and her husband Ben Harper had a family getaway weekend with their kids to Montecito, California, about 90 miles north of Los Angeles. It was the first weekend out of town for Sheryl Crow’s 3-week-old adopted son, Wyatt. Maybe Aniston feels left out as a single person and is ready to commit to a child, too.
