I feel like it’s been FOREVER since I’ve discussed anything to do with Alexander Skarsgard, which is sort of true. He went dark for a large part of 2014 and I haven’t personally written about him in months, nor have we had many photos of him. But Bedhead did write about him (*shakes fist*) back in January, when he was hanging out at Sundance. Apparently, Alex was making out with Margot Robbie. Interesting. But now People Magazine (!!) says that Alex might be spreading his Viking goodness to another lady: Alexa Chung. Even though I’m not crazy about Alexa, when I read this story this morning, it made sense. Alexa does seem to be Alex’s “type.”
Is the world ready for a couple as hot as Charsgard? Fashionista Alexa Chung and True Blood actor Alexander Skarsgard have been spotted together twice this week. Chung, 31, and Skarsgard, [38], were first seen together at the Father John Misty show at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City on Monday night, when an onlooker tells PEOPLE the two looked “cozy.”
“They were deep in conversation,” continues the onlooker. “He seemed really laid-back but she seemed super animated and into him.”
The next morning, Chung was photographed with Skarsgard at a New York coffee shop.
“Here is @alexa_chung getting avocado toast!! She was with #trueblood hottie #alexanderskarsgard,” comedian Haley Sacks Tweeted along with a photo of Chung on Tuesday morning.
Skarsgard was most recently seen out and about with his Tarzan costar Margot Robbie at the Sundance Film Festival in January. Reps for Chung and Skarsgard have not returned requests for comment.
In case you’re screaming “WHO?” at Alexa Chung’s name, I’m right there with you. She’s more famous in the UK, mainly for dating rockers and being a fashionista/entertainment journalist (sort of). Her name cropped up repeatedly in Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow’s conscious uncoupling too, and it was widely believed that Alexa and Chris were in some kind of quiet relationship about a year ago.
As for these rumors, as I said, I’ll believe it. Alexander is The Viking Thunder. I tend to believe he spreads it around to lots of ladies. So yes, I’ll believe that Alexa and Alex had a thing, I just don’t believe that she’s his one and only.
(PS… It was also widely rumored that Chris Martin had a thing with Alex’s ex Kate Bosworth. Do Chris Martin and Alex Skarsgard have the same taste in ladies?!)

I can’t remember the exact interview but one I read, honestly I eye rolled myself into a seizure.
One comment went something like “a guy told me I’m pretty, and I groaned, why couldn’t you say I’m smart?” There were a lot of chestnuts like that in it and honestly I couldn’t see an ounce of sarcasm, wit or anything like it.
Lindy: YES. I did like her – particularly on Pop World with Alex Zane, but in the last five years, she has done no work that I can think of, but given tons of stupid interviews. There was one, where she described listening to a record, and reading Moby-Dick by candlelight, and I just thought, you sound sincerely PAINFUL to spend time with. Bloody hipster.
While I can’t say anything about how she comes across (I’ve never read or seen an interview with her), I just don’t understand why people always shame other people if they don’t work enough. She was very much hyped a few years back and I guess she made good money from it. So if she wants to live off that money now and have a good time, why not? It’s not like she’s on the dole and wasting your tax money.
Well, if her “let them eat cake”-ish complaint about too much vintage champagne backstage at fashion shows is any indication (she was “so tired of it” and just wished for some whiskey, and when she was called on it, jokingly complained about how her diamond shoes were killing her feet), she’s a smug entitled bitch. But that seems to be Skarsgard’s type, whatever.
I’m pretty much over him, anyway – True Blood was disaster of epic proportions, and all his films have been disappointing. Flash in the pan.

He does like ’em skinny, but I think honestly it’s because he’s so skinny himself. Don’t get me wrong, I think he’s a god in the looks department, but then I’ve never seen him in person. I’ve read several accounts by fans who’ve met or seen him in person, though, and remarked that they were floored by how thin he actually is. One woman stated that she could probably break him in half with just a strong hug…lol! On camera and film he looks amazing because of those notorious added pounds, but I think in person his thin frame could be less attractive. And if you’re a super thin guy, you certainly don’t want to be dating a woman who could snap you like a twig! 😉
Lol, that was when he lost weight for a film “Hidden” a few years ago. He was at Sundance and a woman made a remark on his thin frame and he had lost a lot of weight then and mostly ate vegetables. He has gained a lot of weight since then and bulked up for the Tarzanrole.

To be honest, I think Alexa is everyone’s type. She is just that cool, attractive girl, with a great sense of humour, sarcastic, great company, party animal, but doesn’t age, etc. Guys love her, she just takes her pick. Girls too, I think, she’s got many friends.
