43 year-old former supermodel and mother of two Cindy Crawford posed in a nude portrait covered in foam for Allure Magazine’s “anti-aging” edition. Before seeing these pics I thought that the soap would be more strategically placed, but it’s not. She’s really showing almost everything except her nipples and she looks incredible.
Crawford told Allure that her regime involves “a day cream with antioxidants, a sunscreen, a night cream, and an eye cream” and that she uses microdermabrasion. I would say her gorgeous appearance has more to do with diet and exercise than any products she’s using, but I would definitely take her advice.
In the 90s I did Cindy’s VHS workout tape, Shape Your Body, with fitness trainer Radu a few times and found it kind of hard to follow and not that great of a workout. Whatever she’s doing works for her, though, as she’s in fine form many years later.
Crawford told Michigan Avenue Magazine in an interview published last September that she runs, lifts weights and hikes and doesn’t deprive herself of treats:
“I exercise and eat pretty well, and I’m not a big drinker,” Cindy reveals. Her routine? She runs on the treadmill and lifts weights three to four times a week, and she hikes every weekend with a girlfriend. One thing she doesn’t do: fad diets. “I want my kids to see their mom eating normally. If we go for ice cream, I might get the tiny size, but I’ll eat it. I don’t want my daughter [Kaia, 7] to think she can’t eat ice cream.”

I like that she’s honest that she only has a “tiny” size ice cream occasionally and doesn’t act like she eats whatever she wants and doesn’t exercise. So many actresses and models fib like that.
Crawford can sure make some fuzzy soap look tasty and good for her for having the nerve to bare all.

Sorry, nothing to do with nudity, but there’s nothing attractive about this shot. Cindy looks great normally, this is harsh and seedy and the pose is borderline porn. For someone so careful of her image, it’s an odd direction for her to to go in. She looks way more attractive in the other images from this shoot.

This looks like a porn poster. Megan Fox kind of cheap. Not eactly something I’d wanna see my mom doing and she IS old enough to be my mom. Nothing against women that age more power to them andI hope to have that body when i am her age but I expected more class from her than this. I means that’s whats soppose to happen right? The older you get the classier you become?

I think the caption should read “This is what 43 CAN look like” not “this is what 43 looks like”.
I don’t dislike the photo but it’s not the best I’ve seen of her. Cindy has occasionally done these edgier shots.

She’s a beautiful woman but I don’t know what to make of the photo. Seems like it’s inspired by envelope-pushing the likes of which we’ve seen before.

Good point, Mme X. Aniston’s photo got so much coverage — maybe that’s what Cindy is hoping for. She hasn’t exactly been the hottest commodity in recent years…

Great body but her face does not look normal to me.She has definately had a brow lift and it changed her face alot!
I also did her workouts Kaizer when they first came out.They are very hard the first couple of times but they do wonders.After 2 weeks you’ll see a big difference.I now have them on dvd,but it’s been a while since I used them.Now I think is a good time to start again.
