Kylie Jenner adopted another pet for her collection, a bunny rabbit named ‘Bruce’

Here’s the latest Kyle Jenner Instagram endorsement for LyfeTea. This is a different herbal tea than the one Scott Disick promoted a few weeks ago to hilarious effect. The competing teas are probably a sure sign that Kris Jenner wants nothing more to do with Scott, except as a plotline. Last week’s issue of the Enquirer said Scott was gunning for his own spinoff, which surely won’t happen.

Kylie has a new love in her life, other than Tyga. She adopted a pet bunny rabbit and named it “Bruce.” I think this was a sweet nod in Caitlyn’s direction, and People notes that the name was available. Kylie is supportive of Caitlyn, and the two are still reportedly close. Perhaps closer than ever. On Father’s Day, Kylie wrote on Instagram how Caitlyn said, “You can still call me dad, Kylie. No matter what I’m always going to be your father. That’s never going to change.

In this video, Kylie’s friend Mia (with a hefty vocal fry) introduces the rabbit as “the new addition to the Klan” on Instagram via a Snapchat video. She asks Kylie how it feels to adopt a rabbit, and Kylie enthuses, “So good.” I just hope Kylie takes better care of this pet than her Christmas puppy, Norman. We’ll be seeing the rabbit on KUWTK.

Oh, and a video of Kylie’s face evolution over the years has been making the rounds. The video cuts off before the most drastic changes that have occurred this year, but it’s still a revealing watch.

Does anyone know if those teas actually work?

    • GirlOnFire says:

I think youre probably better off drinking normal green tea because thats proven to be good for you. Those teas are so expensive!

    • wiffie says:

No. Just no. It’s tea. Not Lipo. Tea.

    • The Eternal Side-Eye says:

      …really?

    • TeaAndSympathy says:

I recall a respected Australian doctor saying there’s no credible evidence to support claims for weight loss. He said if the people enjoy the taste, it’s preferable to drink these rather than, say, diet colas. However, they are a lot more expensive than nice, regular black tea. And as you say. GirlOnFire, green tea has proven health benefits, and very likely tastes a whole lot nicer than this stuff. It’s just another rubbish fad, cashing in on the eternal weight-loss-health trend. These teas have been around for a long, long time.

The first photo – when, oh when, will this trout-pout-duck-lips thing end?!

  2. Swack says:

What 17/18 needs to drink a detox tea for?

  3. claire says:

Besides the lips, the eyelid/eyebrow lift surgery has had the most dramatic effect on her appearance, IMO. Personally, I wouldn’t want to look like i was permanently raising my eyebrows at things but the questioning look it gives her does goes with her personality. LOL.

  4. sarah says:

I wanna hate her and wish for her to ‘get a dose of reality’ or whatever, but to me she just seems like a young girl with VERY, very, very, very, low self esteem.. like she hates her (true) self (appearance). So if anything i feel bad for her… i feel bad because she is adored by girls/boys my cousins age (14, 15) and it’s just a shame.

    • Sarah says:

Another Sarah her chiming in to agree with you. It is so easy to hate on the Kardashians, but there is something about Kylie that just makes me sad. She’s had a horrible mother. A horrible father. Horrible sisters. Terrible examples set for her by all. Her parents are apparently OK with her sleeping with Tyga for the past couple of years and are also apparently ok with her getting plastic surgery and injections and heaven knows what else. She just seems like a sad, lost little girl to me. A “poor little rich girl.”

    • Lala says:

I also agree. As much as I can’t stand her or her family, I just can’t help but feel sorry for her. I came across an Instagram profile set up to capture all of her snapchats (named something like kylizzlesnapchats) and the sheer volume of videos that are posted (sometimes up to 10+ a day) of completely inane shit like herself twirling her hair, lip synching to overly sexual rap music, talking in her newly acquired Paris Hilton man/baby hybrid voice, biting her (over inflated) lips and posing is just downright sad and pathetic… To have changed her appearance this drastically and to be so obviously craving attention for it just gives me the sads… I don’t see good things in her future

    • speshul says:

This child is just so tragic to me, I cant hate her despite her ubiquity. She is the lost offspring of 2 narcissistic self-absorbed parents, and equally horrid, pathetic sisters. The only time she probably feels good about herself is when she gets all that instant feedback on her snapchats/twitter/instagram posts. Its not like shes working towards anything academically or skill-wise like singing or acting. Shes just…there…absorbing adulation. Shes the perfect cipher for the selfie generation, which is tragic in and of itself…

    • vauvert says:

I would feel a lot more pity for her if she lacked the huge resources she has to make something of her life. She can afford private tutors, psychotherapy, she can turn off her camera and phone and instagram and go travel the world for six months – nice to have money… so many people coming out of much more difficult situations make something of themselves because they WANT to. She would certainly be shocked to hear you pity her because according to her family’s rules she has it made – lots of cash, zero work, servants to do everything for her…
I agree, she has zero family looking out for her and teaching her anything worthwhile (from our perspective), but she is not exactly using her brain cells either, and there is nothing to stop her from doing so. She does not suffer poverty, poor health, oppression, dead or dying loved ones, war, loss of her home or country, being a dispossessed immigrant… so really, save your pity for people who actually could use it. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t wish her ill just because she is a K, she can’t help that – but if she is old enough to hook up with 25-year old fathers, then she can certainly crack open a book and go see a psychiatrist to deal with her issues.

    The Kardashian Pet Hotel:

Animals check in but they don’t check out.

No, but really why do I feel like they have a Kardashian Pet Cemetary? Now I’ll admit I don’t look into anything these girls do anywhere but this website, so maybe these animals are all safe and happy in the background and no longer getting screen time. But seriously…they have new pets every few weeks/months and yet they never seem to have more than one or two pets.

  6. original kay says:

I can’t quite get my thoughts straight on this, but it’s something like- how is calling her new pet bunny “Bruce” a sweet nod to Caitlyn?
to me, it’s a cry for.. something? she lost what Bruce means, to her, in her life, and replaced it with a bunny?
Cait herself has said Bruce was a liar, etc etc, so.. her daughter calling her bunny by the name her dad disparages isn’t cute- it’s sad. For Kylie. It’s a sad thing for Kylie.

    • claire says:

Agreed. I don’t see how it’s cute or an homage at all.

    • Livealot says:

Agreed. I thought it was very real and nice of Cait to tell Kylie that she can still call him dad. I understand Bruce was a shitty parent but obviously not to Kylie. Hence why the loss of Bruce would be devastating to her, not really Brody or the older ones.

    • Tate says:

      I find it really strange.

    • G says:

      Two words, Daddy issues.

    • Carla says:

This is actually very alarming to me.
Calling a pet bunny your dads name?
      This is not good.

      • jwoolman says:

Not necessarily. She never called her dad Bruce. So it may not be all that weird. I just hope she takes good care of little furry Bruce.

My aunt called her cat the name of a coworker…..

    • speshul says:

Its disturbing actually. But as with anything Kylie, the press and her fans spin her tragedies into cotton candy. She is gonna Lohan it pretty soon.

      • SnarkySnarkers says:

The first thing I thought was “obvious cry for help” She is mourning the loss of her father Bruce. I get that Cait is still her father but c’mon. Its still got to feel like a loss.

    • meh says:

I think it’s really weird too. She needs to see a therapist who can help her process the feelings of loss and grief that sometimes come up when a family member transitions. She is only 17, and shouldn’t be expected to be practiced at coping with complicated grief

But as far as things she needs to see a therapist for, that might actually be low on the list for Kylie.

  7. FingerBinger says:

She needs stop with puckering her lips. It looks disgusting. It also reminds me of Lindsay Lohan.

  8. waitwhat says:

That bunny is a nod to the fact she’s missing a father figure and has no stability in her life. Am I the only one who finds this disturbing? No matter the PC spin the media has put on Caitlyn’s coming out, it isn’t natural for children to lose a parent that way….sad

    • original kay says:

No no. This isn’t a transgender issue, this is a Caitlyn issue.

Let’s not generalize- this has everything to do with Caitlyn and the choices she has made through her entire life.

      • Moneypenny says:

I think it is both. I am a big advocate for transitioning and being your true self, but of course a transition impacts your family. People will react to the transition in a lot of ways and I’m sure it is hard for kids and young people. It’s still fresh for them, so hopefully with time they won’t feel like they’ve lost their dad.

But I totally agree that it is also Caitlyn. She was not a great father (still should’ve prevented this child from dating a 25 year old, getting plastic surgery, etc.) and having this play out so publicly must be hard.

  9. My Two Cents says:

Kendall seems to be forging a life for herself in modeling kind of separate from the Kardashian crap. But, seems like all this girl has is promoting this fake thing or that fake thing and her selfies and snap chat. Beyond that and the stupid fake show what does the girl have? Oh yeah, several million dollars and a fake rapper boyfriend that pretends to be rich but is broker than broke. Lest we forget her Dad that is now a woman and a Mother dating someone young enough to be her son and some screwed up fake sisters. Sounds like a great life!

  10. yuck says:

“A bunny rabbit named Bruce”–is that supposed to be poignant or passive-aggressive? LOL

  11. Kathryn says:

What happened to the two chocolate labs her and Kendall got for Christmas a couple years ago?
Then Kendall had a Great Dane puppy. Khloe had a boxer…
Where do all the Kardashian/Jenner pets go? Have they every kept a pet past the age of 1? So heartless…shows how shallow they really are. I don’t care about them, I feel bad for the animals they toss out when they’re no longer “cute”

  12. Shitler says:

Where I’m from naming an animal after someone is considered disrespectful

  13. Carla says:

The fact that she named an animal after her father is very scary, alarming, and weird. Something’s deeply disturbing her.

  14. me says:

It’s funny how much they talk about their dad now and act like they are super close with her. I remember a time their dad had to beg them to spend time with her. Hmmmm what happened? Oh yeah, their dad got more famous and has the spotlight on her now. These Kardashian/Jenners love to chase the spotlight don’t they? Also, please don’t ever believe any product claims they make…it’s all for money. Do you really think they use this stuff? Please. Remember when Kim was promoting those diet pills? If those pills really work why did she start promoting the Atkin’s diet as soon as her contract with the diet pills were up?

  15. Alexis says:

I feel bad for Kylie. She is LITERALLY just a kid (17 years old!), and a victim of her family’s fame. The Kardashian siblings (those with that last name), had their father in their lives when they were young and also were able to have their formative years not on television. No one is raising Kylie. Everyone in her family relates to her as a friend/manager. She has sibling/friend-type relationships with both of her parents. It was stunning that when Amber Rose expressed concern about Kylie’s “relationship” with Tyga, she was attacked by Kylie’s family. Those sentiments should have been expressed to Kylie in private by her family in the first place! And honestly, I think naming her bunny Bruce is a cry for help. I respect the journey of Caitlyn and all trans people. However, I get the sense that Caitlyn is still dropping the ball on her parental responsibilities as she always has. And on top of not being a parent, she’s calling upon her children to be in a purely supportive role. All of their interactions need to be guided and controlled by Caitlyn’s journey. Where is the space for Caitlyn to support and help Kylie? Caitlyn doesn’t appear, publicly anyway, to be making room for that. Basically parenting a parent is a lot to put on a young, already troubled teen. And perhaps that’s why it makes sense for Kylie to have a pet, that she cares for, named after her father (who she still calls Bruce). It seems Kylie has done more taking care of Caitlyn than the other way around.

  16. BRE says:

I work at a College and all these 18 and 19 year old girls are WAY over-contouring! Seriously, they have beautiful faces and don’t need the makeup. I can understand if you are going to the club but they are showing up to class like Kylie looks and it makes them look horrible.

    • Lala says:

I’ve been curious about contouring as I have a wide nose but after watching several tutorials on it, I decided there was no way I could leave the house wearing 10lbs of makeup on my face just to have a slightly more narrow nose. In one of the videos I watched, the person was literally applying their makeup with a large paint brush.

    • word says:

Yes contouring is getting really out of hand. The amount of time and make-up you need is ridiculous. Not only that, but only pros can do it the right way. You can’t watch a Youtube vid and think you can do contouring like a pro. You will end up looking like a clown (especially when you walk out into the sunlight !) For the most part, contouring makes you look older !

That face evolution video all I could look at were how her eyes become more and more dead over time
