Brangelina has materialized in Long Island again. This, after scattered reports of a rendezvous at Dunkin Donuts, a casual report of a book store visit, and the collective swooning of dressed-up Long Island mothers for Brad “Mr. Mom” Pitt. So was this a dangerous liaison amongst the yogurt? Alas, ‘twas not to be - young Zahara and Shiloh joined Brad and Angelina for the Stop & Shop grocery store jaunt.
You know Princess Zahara made the grocery list. She probably sat her parents down and was like, “This is what we need, write whatever I say… Coco Puffs… tuna… skim milk… cookies…” The grocery store visit lasted 30 minutes - pretty quick, considering they were buying for a family of eight. Princess Zahara’s list must have been organized by aisle.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie hit up a suburban grocery store with two of their kids Saturday afternoon, a Stop & Shop employee tells Usmagazine.com.
“They were here for 30 minutes and left,” Monira Ahmed, who works in customer service, tells Us of the pair — who are staying on New York’s Long Island while she films thriller Salt.
“They were very friendly,” continues Ahmed of the couple, who were joined by Zahara, 4, and Shiloh, 2. “They gave autographs and allowed people to take pictures of them inside…very nice.”
Jolie was dressed down and “looked ordinary — not too much makeup. They were simple and humble.”
Pitt — who donned a newsboy cap — pushed the cart while Jolie followed behind them as they shopped in the produce, fish and meat sections, Ahmed says.

Good Lord, people were getting Brangelina autographs at the Stop & Shop? What the Long Island son of a …? Best grocery store visit ever. You know at least one person probably grabbed the closest piece of paper handy for them to sign… and it was like Star Magazine or Us Weekly. Somebody should put that on eBay, a signed copy of Star’s “Angelina’s pregnant to keep Brad from sexy nannies” issue. And notice Brad was still wearing the damn newsboy cap. Enough with the cap, Brad!

Rosalee: it’s because no one asks normal people for autographs. Next time you see normal people with several young kids in a grocery store, ask them very sweetly for autographs and see if they oblige. You’ll be surprised.
By the way: Angelina is too skinny, it’s painful to watch.

You have to hand it to her, Angelina is really a master of the media. Here she is, posing at the grocery store with her 2 cutest kids. Uh-huh. Bet she shops there every day, wearing her 5-inch Christian Louboutin heels.
Simultaneously, People comes out with an article denying all the rumors, except to confirm that Brangelina is “living a quiet life” on Long Island. The source of the story is “a source close to the actress.” Uh-huh. It is the actress herself, methinks.

That is so sweet. I have a big family and there are quick stops into the grocery store. As a matter of fact I have to make a stop today because I forgot some items yesterday. Looks like they are trying to live a normal life as best as they can. I like that they don’t try to teach the kids to fear people in the world around them.

A trip to get groceries is a PR stunt? How about hiring a “fake” boyfriend to go to the Oscars then breaking up a week or so later? Guess that could be considered a PR stunt as well? Think AJ looks good, as thin as she always has been but not as skeletal as when her mother died.

Yea, relax, those are leggings and tons of kids love them nowadays. They’re perfect because the kids get mobility and coverage.
I just can’t help but feel really bad for them, can’t even pop into a grocery store in peace.

Lovely family. But me thinks the photo op was in response to the tabs reporting they had separated. After all why do they need to grocery shop? They each have an assistant and there is a house keeper along with a number of nannies. Their reality is vastly different from ours, which includes great wealth and the means to never pick up a carton of milk on the way home from a film set.

I stop to the store after work and church when I’m very dressed up. So I see nothing wrong with the way Jolie is dressed.
What does look like a PR stunt is Jen/John relationship and trip to the Oscars.

because everytime you see her to the grocery and with the babies she’s always dressed up to the nines or something. no jeans, no t-shirt like she used to do not long time ago.

um ned they were only in namibia for a month or so. Are you telling me you can tell how old a child is by the day? That’s talent, what are you doing wasting your time on a blog?

While Angelina’s mother was dying, Brangelina went to Namibia for several months.
While Angelina is obsessed with her body image and do not want to be seen too “heavy” and hides during the last months and after the baby/es are born, I do think it’s strange they shut down Namibia by bribing the officials not to let in photographers without their permission (that could have helped the economy at such poor country) and to shut down an entire beach (that was preciously open to all Namibians.
Angelina needed to seal the deal somehow, since Brad wasn’t sure. He couldn’t have stayed married to one woman when another woman is having his child, could he?
So what a Hollywood girl to do? She goes to a poor third world country, makes sure nobody knows when exactly the child is born, and comes back after the dates seem a bit less of a PR problem (plus more time to lose the extra pounds).
I do know how a 3 years old child vs. a 2 years old child looks like.
Shiloh is either 4 or closer to 4, than to 3.The real travesty is that they claim for some years now that Maddox is 7.
Perhpas they want to lie about the ages of the rest of the newest additions to their family. -

Angelina is trying to let her kids live a little normal life and she’s not gonna avoid going to the grocery just because of the paps.
She probably only did this for the kids, thats prob why it took only 30minutes.
C’mon can’t the kids experience a little bout responsibility and budgeting.

Ditto what truth-at said about ned. Ned what a sick thing to say. I have a 11 year old girl and she is as tall as my 20 year old. My 11 year old was born a big child. The doctor told me she would be a very tall girl and she is. If you looked at my daughter you would not think 11. Ned you can not always tell how old a child is by looking at them. You should stop your lies because you do sound so negative and bitter.
