Jessica Alba showed off a new tattoo on the base of her neck at the Oscars. Alba, along with her mom and aunt got the tattoos as a “bonding experience”:

It’s nice to see that most celebrities have tattoos, considering that my mom warned after my first tattoo that laser removal surgery was painful and expensive. (Plastic surgery is painful and expensive too, but I never heard her complaining about that.)

What’s a ladybird? It looks like some kind of Japanese character. Can anyone confirm this?
