I don’t know what’s going on with Nadya Suleman, but she seems like a crazy sociopath who is more than willing to sell out her kids for whatever fame she can squeeze out of her sad situation. Today she has a kind of disclosure video on Radar Online that’s staged to look like an intimate conversation with a friend over fondue. It made me ill to watch the whole thing, because it’s like she’s saying all these things for show and doesn’t realize the ramifications her words will have on her children for the rest of their lives. She’s lying and trying to justify her actions to the public without taking any personal responsibility.
She says her kids asks several times a day about their father, who they’ve never met or even seen a photo of. The details are vague, but it sounds like the guy was a friend of hers. After he fathered six children with her through IVF he said he would be open to meeting them. He seems to have own family, but to have once been willing to tell Nadya’s children he was their father and to visit with them. Then Nadya got pregnant again this last time using the frozen embryos without asking his permission and it ruined their relationship. So she’s basically admitting that her children’s father could have been a part of their lives but that she ruined it by going behind his back and getting pregnant again. How are her kids going to feel when they’re old enough to find this confessional video on their own?
In this brand new story, Nadya reveals –for the first time — how she coerced the father of her 14 children to be the sperm donor, and that he was extremely upset when he learned she had frozen his sperm to keep having kids.
“I screwed myself. I screwed up my life and I screwed up my kid’s lives. What the heck am I going to do?”, Nadya says as she dines Wednesday night with her best friend at The Melting Pot, a fondue restaurant in Brea, California near her home in La Habra, Calif. In another candid statement, Nadya says “I have to pretend I don’t regret it.”
Nadya also reveals that every day, her older children ask about their father, whose identity remains a mystery. “He’s just afraid. He’s hiding,” says Suleman. “He’ll lose everything”.
In past interviews, Nadya has described the babydaddy as a “friend,” but now, speaking to RadarOnline.com, she admits: “I secretly wanted him in my life.”
Nadya says she wants to apologize to the father, saying “he’s probably angry and resentful.” Adds Suleman: “I’m the ghost that’s haunting his existance.”
She also says if the father does not initiate a relationship with her children on his own, she will reveal his identity to her oldest child Elijah when he turns 18 in ten years, so that he can contact his dad, if he wants to.

Nadya talks about the father of all her children without giving his name, profession or any personal details. She says she convinced him to donate more sperm to father more children with her “year after year,” but that it wasn’t until about a year and a half ago that she told him she wanted him to be a part of her children’s lives. He agreed, she says, but then he was understandably upset that she went and got pregnant again with eight more. She said “I feel so much guilt for that,” but then turned right around and acted like it was no big deal, adding “How am I supposed to know more than one would grow?”
Suleman said “I live in denial. I blame myself and that’s how I live with it. I coerced him into helping me every year.” It’s like she’s saying all the right things, but she doesn’t mean them. Given her actions she’s surely lying through her teeth and doesn’t feel guilty about anything. This woman does whatever she wants and thinks she’s justified.
Her friend brings up the father’s “his profession,” and I get the feeling that the guy was an IVF doctor. Nadya’s friend says “In his profession, he could have said ‘no,'” but Nadya says she’s “trying to protect him and his profession” despite talking all this smack about him.
Whatever the guy does, he’s got to be scared that Suleman is going to reveal his identity. What do you think her motivations are for talking about the father? Is she trying to threaten him for going back on his word by making it seem like she’ll go to the press with his name? Is she trying to earn headlines however she can in her twisted way? This is not a sane person.
This entire situation – stem to stern – is just sad.
I’m not condoning Nadya’s obviously selfish actions throughout this. And I do believe she’s got some serious issues. But it bothers me that, here again we have a situation where the woman is fully at fault, and the man is just one of the hapless victims.
I think it needs to be looked at from a more balanced perspective: this man is just as irresponsible given that he’s been willing to help bring these children into the world (6 times, no less), yet flat out refuses to have any kind of relationship with them. He’s being just as selfish and needs to be held accountable as well.

I don’t think it’s her last IVF doctor, because she got implanted with the embryos without the guy’s knowledge. I think it’s someone in the medical field she worked with before that.
just b/c he donated sperm doesn’t make him the “father” of these kids. if that were the case then sperm banks would be empty.

he is, however, a major dolt for even agreeing to do this in the first place. if he has other children, this will be most difficult. child support for 14?? seriously? in this economy? but being that tax payers have to pay for their poor judgement, perhaps he should cash out his retirement fund and pony up.

I can only say that the “doctor” who furnished her with children should be held liable for any harm they encounter under her care. Psych evaluations should be MANDATORY when providing IVF, if only based on this fiasco alone.

Nadya Suleman is a nut job. How could anyone treat this woman as a sane, rational,sensible person after what she did? What she did was insane. She also now appears to be a habitual liar. Why should we even believe that the children all have the same father? Because she says so? I don’t believe anything that this woman says.
Holy Lord, when I first read the headline I thought she was saying she was pregnant again, I darn near fainted.
I thought the ‘father’ and I use that term in the genetic sense only, was not interested in having a family with her but agreed to be her sperm donor. Why should anyone, Nadya specifically, expect that he should be involved? Don’t most sperm donors prefer to be uninvolved and usually anonymous? I don’t know what their ‘deal’ was, but it doesn’t seem fair to have a bunch of kids through IVF via donor sperm (any donor) and then decide later that the donor should be a ‘father’ to those children. If that becomes an issue many men who donate sperm might think twice and choose not to do so, which is terribly unfair to women, gay and lesbian couples, infertile couples who need that sperm to have a child, because that could scare off potential donors that would ultimately help them complete their families.
I feel so sorry for the family out there that Nadya is just waiting to destroy with her revelations. Add Home wrecker and emotional terrorist to her list of accomplishments. She is a sick person and a horrible person for Americans to be stuck with.
@ Dua- She IS a national embarrassment, for sure. As a Californian she disgusts me to no end. But, at least she is consistent in that she uses her own parents the way she uses the tax payers, like we all OWE HER.

CB I watched the interview before I read your recap and when Nadya said it would jepordize his profession, I immediately thought: it’s her first IVF fertility doctor. That’s why she had to go to a different doctor to get the frozen embryos implanted the last time. That’s why he was so furious at her for using the embryos behind his back.
She’s calling him out to protect herself from further criticism. As if, she made the choice to become a single parent with the caveat soon or later he would join in the parenting responsibilities. It sounds like she tricked him and he wants nothing to do with her.
Nadya is truly crazy. I assume she knows she’s being filmed because the camera keeps swooping around. This is not an undercover thing.

I shouldn’t matter if the sperm donor is married or not, he was simply supposed to be an ‘organ’ donor, so to speak, and didn’t actually sleep with Nadya… I hope.
But I don’t quite understand why she is threatening to ‘out’ him as the ‘father’ (in DNA only), while he may have known her, up until now it she made it sound like he was just a donor, he has no more parental obligation to those children than any other willing sperm donor, that is generally how sperm/organ donations work, usually anonymous and not in the picture. It seems as if she is just looking for more press and is willing to put the donor and his family under the spotlight to get it, and if that is the case she should be ashamed of herself.
Her motivation? She’s in love with him. He won’t talk to her anymore so she send him messages on Radar.
Nadya is talking babydaddy to get back in the media. It worked. And sperm donor may not make him the father, but seems he would know donating sperm would result in at least one baby. So it’s not like he had no knowledge of what would become of his actions.

First of all, while I did not watch the whole interview as I would prefer to keep my lunch down, I didn’t see a ‘best friend’ probably just some RadarOnline intern across the table, and secondly and most importantly she actually asked those questions NOW?? After all those kids? It didn’t occur to her after the 3rd or 4th kid to wonder if she was screwing things up? It took her 14 kids, tens of thousands of dollars in IVF from a sperm donor who was obviously not into her psychosis, and NOW it seems like a ‘bad plan’??? Well congrats Nadya you may finally have realized that you may be f*cking up the lives of innocent 14 kids with your idiotic nonsense. It really pains me to say this about another living creature, but that is one sick, d*mbass moron who belongs in a institution, not just for her sake but for the sake of those poor kids and all the rest of us who have to suffer this fool.

This woman should have been stopped long ago. She sits there plain-faced and blatantly says she has NO WAY of paying for 14 children. And all of these children are under the age of 8. The whole thing is so appalling.
From what Nadya says, it appears this man thought she had stopped getting pregnant and she went behind his back to concieve the octuplets. So I will let him off the hook for that pregnancy. Yet, as a married man, what the H-E-double hockey sticks is he offering another woman his sperm to knock her up?!?! Again, from Nadya’s explanation it seems his wife didn’t know about this. He should step out and take responsibility.
This whole thing reminds me of novel The Scarlet Letter. Nadya is mentally ill. People should have stopped her from continuing to impregnate herself. This is totally sick.
I hate it when she says she thought she would only get twins at the most when she underwent IVF treatment with the octuplets. Yes those are the odds for these types of procedures but she knowningly put 6 fertilized eggs in her uterus. Anyone with half a brain would realize that if you implant 6 fertilized eggs you could potentially get 6 fetuses (even more if the eggs split).
P.S. I highly doubt there is a friend. They just didn’t want another regular interview with her, most likely because it seems like that is all she does, interviews with radaronline as opposed to say… taking care of her kids.

Nadya is a nitwit, but the sperm donor is not responsible. He donated sperm so she could have ‘A’ baby and from what she has said in the past, he had no intention of being an active father, just an organ donor from the start. It isn’t fair to expect him to suddenly be responsible for those children unless it is fair for any random sperm donor to be responsible for a child created from their donation. As for social services, I wish they would do more, but sadly they won’t or can’t. As for her IVF doctor, they can only make suggestions for a patient, right or wrong it is her body and her choice to use as she pleases. Doctors can not make our choices for us, they are there to do what we ask be it right or wrong in other peoples estimation. But the IVF doctor should be investigated at the very least for implanting so many embryos at one time.
Oh, and that being said and this is just an opinion, that wackadoodle woman shoud be hospitalized in a looney bin until she is infertile.
I think she had 8 embryos transferred and not 6, like she says. It would be highly unlikely, nearly impossible (as one IVF doctor claims) for the eggs to split. So at 33 she had 8 embryos transferred. I agree that others need to take responsibility, too, particularly the IVF doctors that allowed this to happen. They could have refused her either for psychological reasons (as an IVF patient I know you need to see a psychologist before you’re accepted) or because she had so many children already or because she was never infertile. The doctors can refuse. It’s not like these are life-saving procedures that they must do or violate their Hippocratic oath. In fact, the Hippocratic oath states, “First, do no harm.” Thus, they violated their Hippocratic oath by servicing her so many times. It’s all about the money and that the technology is there to do it.
I’m scared just by looking at her face.
She knows who fathered all of her children. He should be paying child support so that our tax dollars are not being used. She made the choice to have all these children. The rest of us used our heads and only had as many as we could comfortably support.
She is trying to get a BOOK DEAL, and this is probably just a prelude to that –as in trying to generate public interest so she can sell books! Radaronline shows her buying a laptop to write her tell-all book on. Octarazzi talked to her lawyer about the book. For all we know these latest revelations could all be fiction.
